All packed longest lines. Rude rude people. Cant ask any employee where a item is they just say ay no se terrible

Today,I picked up a order and had to wait for 45+ minutes to get the order in my trunk. One car arrived after me and was served before me,(I did the check in online once arriving using the app.) But that didnt help, I called several times but nobody was answering the phone. The employee who was serving the car who arrived after me said other persons was assigned to bring the order. That person was Ana, who said she was busy doing other activities and she couldnt brings my order. I had to go inside to the store before she came to my car and I found the asisten manager having a conversation with a non employee, she then called to the pickup Dpt. And then I was served after 45+ minutes waiting for it. Very irresponsible and disorganized staff. Take your money somewhere else if you want to avoid unnecessary wasted time.

Whose great I was in and out I used self checkout. The only thing is the one cat food and I love and was economical and my cats all loved is no longer to be found at the store I cant even find it online

Always clean. I did self checkout and the lady had to help me out and was very understanding and nice. I will recommend especially if you need to run in and out really quick. Fresh food great prices.

They should do a better job not wasting peoples time. If they say 40 min then have it ready then and not almost 2 hrs later.

Upon arrival there was no problem parking. Employees were professional yet friendly. There eas no huge crowd as in Walmart other stores. The produce, meat and dairy were all on stock. The bathroom was clean. However inventory of water was not sufficient. Overall it was a great shopping experience.

This is the closest Walmart to my house, I love coming here because everyone greets me when I am here, all the employees are helpful if I dont know where something is, and the managers are on top of their customer service, on top of all of this, the store is organized, and there is constantly people restocking shelves so they are never empty. 10/10 highly recommend this location over the others.

Just food and everything is fast. It is not like the other Walmart where it sells other items. Without much waiting.

This walmart is one of my favorite places to shop. The atmosphere is always one of friendliness and thats important to me as a purchaser and customer. There in the store was a worker named Mr. Lazaro, he was all around the store helping everyone in need of some assistance and I really appreciated his caring nature an attitude as a walmart representative. My hats are off to you walmart, keep hiring individuals like Mr. Lazaro. Way to go!

First time at this location, the store is clean, well stocked, well organized. Great prices, always find what Im looking for. Checkout was quick and easy

Place feels a bit cramped it is a pretty tiny Walmart and the shopping carts are not in the best shape. But they are always decently stocked up, produce is pretty fresh and staff is pretty nice and helpful. Great if you need to grab a few things and go.

Well located, well maintained, clean. The store has plenty of lights inside and out. The parking lot was clear of any trash. They could collect shopping carts more frequently, as occasionally a cart blocks a parking spot. Overall, I felt the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Im a bit disappointed by the selection here. There are a lot of Hispanic foods available here, though some stores nearby have a better selection of those. The international foods section is especially disappointing, as its mostly more Hispanic foods. Other locations have a better variety of international foods and staples I tend to purchase. On the plus side, its open 24 hours. This location does seem clean and well-maintained.

I remember that I was attended by a worker named Emilio whom I want to thank for their collaboration and good service to me and my mother, I hope that the other workers follow their good habits and courtesy when dealing with clients

Open 24 hours but has a much smaller layout than the Supercenter (no clothing, electronics, bedding, etc.). A great alternative for quick late night shopping. Youll easily find all the basic necessities you usually find in a convenience store but at much lower prices. Another upside is they also have a much larger produce section and bakery than most other stores open past 12 pm. Whether its food, party supplies, pet food, or cough medicine youll likely find whatever you need no matter the time. The only (and in my opinion main) issue I have is the self checkout lines. More often than not those are the only lanes open. I actually prefer using self checkouts myself but a lot of people have a hard time using them. During high volume times its inevitable that some congestion will occur and the lines get backed up. Especially when there are only 2 people available to help those having trouble using the touch screens. Overall its still a better alternative to other stores when you consider the selection of items, the prices, and hours of operation.

In the offices store, they had specials, great options for save money.

Good shooping place.

I like it, I was loading my groceries to my car and I dropped a gallon of milk and it exploded and milk was everywhere, so I went inside to try and see if they would give me a new one for the one I dropped and they did, so I thought that was nice. The only thing I dont like about this walmart is that the register lines are so tight, they clash with isles and its a problem when others are shopping and trying to pass to go to the next isle.

I am so sorry to get this review to the store in general but the fact is that the pharmacy staff is really unpleasant and rude. I don’t want to generalize but I visit my this store every single day and in general is not one of the best Walmart stores and today I could not leave the day pass without posting these three star review about the pharmacy staff.I’m so sorry about it and I hope that it makes the staff improve and provide a better service to the clients.

Love this Wal-Mart... Theres not one thing you need that they dont have!! Its great!! Super nice people working there and yes they do speak English!!! LOL 😂. No disrespect to anyone but sometimes you do need to speak a little English. Their prices are so reasonable, and if youre hungry you just go to the McDonalds or whatever other place they have and eat... All in all its a great place to shop. 😄

Stop to buy a few thing. Found that they have all the bells and whistles of all Wal-Marts BUT. I can also play the lottery here. This is my new go to spot for my Walmart needs.

This store has a good variety of product, and there positives about the store. It is well located with ample parking. HOWEVER, the check-out, when you are done shopping is one of the most ridiculously managed processes Ive ever experienced in a retail environment in my life.The management is absurd. All they need to do is fit self-check out counters/ options so that the lines/ queues dont take as long as they currently do. This is the key issue with this store. The current in line waiting time is completely ridiculous. Also barely anyone speaks English. So this is a heavily biased store in terms of culture. But that comes more with the location than anything else.So there are positives, but a very serious negative in terms of check-out lines/ time to pay for groceries.

Deli meat area needs detailing, bad meat all over. Meat department, saw bloated meat packages. They were stocking the store but the meat issue is a continuing issue, we just dont buy the meat anymore. Store is clean otherwise despite the many pallets being worked. They opened a second register once the line got a little lengthy so great job on that.

Not a full Walmart Supercenter of course, but this specific Walmart Neighborhood has the best produce Ive seen. GREAT for produce and quick shopping trips. Tends to be busy in the early afternoons from 12 to 4p.

I asked someone where was a product they physically stopped what they were doing and walks me to make sure that I found that product

Just left. The checker on 7 was very rude. Never said anything. I bought a roasted chicken and mayo. I put my credit card it and she spun the bag machine around a whole turn. I had to look what bag my chicken was in and you would think she would have put the mayo in the same bag. Oh no, different bag. And did she tell me to take the other bag. No, so it was left. She probably needed for her kids or something. Never back there again, Thats for sure

Now that they have self check out and there are not lines any more, shopping there has become a great experience.

Great service but needs more cashiers

Good walmart lines are usually fast which I like since I usually dont like to go to Walmart because the long lines but this location is pretty fast most stagg are nice

Went to customer service. Attendant was having troubles. 2 supervisor women were present and not assisting. The waiting line was longer and getting longer. After 30 minutes they announce that checks cannot be cashed. No apologies for waiting so long to announce the problem. They couldve told everyone that they were experiencing technical difficulties and give the choice to wait or not. The cashier was Vivian. I dont blame her. Those supervisors/managers need to attend courses of courtesy

We try to avoid this place when possible however we the need strikes we butch up and brave the Walmart. Line are ALWAYS long. The location is ALWAYS understaffed. The aisles are ALWAYS jammed up with restocks. Shopping carts are ALWAYS broken or missing all together. Good luck finding a basket. Also we find the prices arent all that great.

I was kinda hesitant to go because I wasnt sure I was gonna find the cat litter I always get. Needless to say it was actually $5.00 less that the Walmart Supercenter located on 32 Ave and 79 St. Also, what I liked is that they opened more registers as soon as they noticed the lines were getting long.

Excellent customer service. A Manager saw me kinda loss, looking in the isle for something. He approach me and asked how can HE help me. Wow. On the way out, saw him again. He said thanks for shopping here. Come again. Now, thats customer service at its Best. Way to go Walmart.
