This company is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you buy one of their IHeat hot water heaters, they are happy to sell you the unit but the service ends there. If you try to order parts, they tell you to bring your hot water heater in so they can tell you what parts you need. Yes, because everyone knows how to safely unhook and reinstall a hot water heater! Dont buy their products unless youre a plumber because you wont get any service once you need parts or repairs. Frank Martos is the employee you dont want to deal with. He is very rude and not at all helpful!

Quick to send out parts with no instructions and shipping charges. Cannot talk with them. When you try to explain, they talk over you. Unit is continuously breaking down. Replacing it with a reliable unit. Would not recommend purchasing from them unless you like problems.

Already had to get one repair on the unit, which quit working again within a year. The gentleman I spoke to continuously interrupted me and yelled, and then finally hung up when I asked him to lower his voice and stop yelling as I tried to calmly explain what the unit was doing. Obivously would not recommend for the product or the abusive customer service.

I bought a brand new home and this hot water heater has not worked for eight months. It is a totally inferior product I would never buy one. And when I called the store owner he was rude to me on the phone and hung the phone up on me. Both heating coils burned out and Ive lived here for 7 months. This is the worst product that should be taken off the market and definitely not sold by Home Depot Im calling the Attorney General because Im so upset its such a bad product. Dont ever buy one of these

My son bought a water heater from Home Depot in june 2018 . It was made by Drakken. It never did work. So the instructions said return it to Drakken. So in January 2019 he mailed it back. They received it signed by Eric. It was supposed to have a year warranty. But time slipped by and I called them in July. Terri said it was out of warranty. Of course they received it in January. Never heard from them. So my mother called in July and they said they had to find it. They lost it. Called back they located it and it had been fixed it. But then Terri said it was out of warranty. Even though it was send back in January. They said I would have to pay the cost of fixing it and shipping it. If I didnt then they would take the fixed parts out and return it. Never buy from Drakken

Our water heater stopped working and we noticed it was leaking. I called them in the morning and by the afternoon, they had someone at my house with a new upgraded unit (ours was out of warranty) to install. And we got a discount for giving our old water heater. Barcelo was very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.
