The service was terrible!! I called multiple times, I never receive a call back and couldn’t leave a message either because their voice mail was full. Went to the office during a Saturday, no one opens the door even if you ring the bell, which I did twice ! They left me waiting outside for almost 20 minutes until I finally got upset and left the shop! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else

Technician failed to show twice on scheduled service dates, no even a phone call. Poor customer service.

The best place to have your Tv repaired this is a family owned place great service and the best prices and does great work and shows you what broke and fixed it back to its orignal state also fixes computers go check it out

I brought a Tv with a broken antenna plug and Ariel took care of me the same day. I was very pleased with the work performed. I will absolutely recommend their service to my friends and family.

It seems to me that they do not have the seriousness to entrust him with a job ..... when I call, ask if they could check my tv on the same day so that they would give me an estimate ... first ..... in no way They informed me that for checking it they charged me 30 dollars ..... Second ... they told me that they reviewed it to me at once and that once I had it ready for the house the same day .... well ... Well, its not that it hurts me that they have charged me for the revision ... it gave me a bad temper to be told when I was already in the workshop ... it was my choice to take him there or take him away ... .in second place, it was not useful to take it and pay a revision of 30 dollars if at the end they did not fix me and I had to take it to another place where if I got a good answer .... it is for this reason that I give only one star to this company .... Looking for a place to fix my TV in Hialeah, I found the same place where my parents took their electronic equipment to fix since 1986. They continue with excellent service and kindness. I recommend them.
