I am new to the neighborhood and after trying three cleaners within three weeks I found satisfaction with Prime Cleaners. Im honestly a first time user or a new customer but I definitely see myself becoming a regular customer because I was pleased with my work shirts that they did. In my opinion, it defeats the purpose to put your clothes in the cleaners and you still have to take then home and press them. Wheres the convenience in that? Thats part of why I put them in the cleaners, to be cleaned and pressed. Great job on the starching and creasing!👍

I have Use their drive-through services for two years. They are always professional and turn in my items on time. I have never had any issues with them.On several occasions I’ve had taken several different items such as jeans and a gown for a wedding to be altered And they always do a magnificent job. Unfortunately, Google requires a minimum of a 1-star rating to post a review. However, if I could give this place 0 or a negative number of stars, I would.I accompanied my mother to this establishment to pick up some jackets that she had left to get cleaned. When she dropped off her clothes, she dropped off a beige trench coat, and a dark blue jacket, both in excellent condition. When we picked up the items, they gave us the same trench coat, but they had dyed it peach. We argued with them about the trench coat, and even though they acknowledged that they had made an error, they refused to correct their mistake and/or provide a refund. When we got home, we saw that they had also burned a hole through the dark blue jacket, so we went back to let them know about this, and the employee admitted that the hole was not there when we dropped it off, and told us to come back the next day when their manager was supposed to be there.The next day, when we returned, the manager accused my mother of taking the jacket home, burning a hole through it, and then coming back to try to swindle them. We explained to her that even her own employee admitted to us that the error was on their part, so she called her employee, and she outright denied ever having had said anything of the sort. We had given them our receipts to show them what services we had paid for, and what items were serviced, and after taking our receipts, the manager refused to return our receipts, and was extremely rude, and again accused us of wanting to steal their money.Please, do not do business here; this place is run by a bunch of dishonest crooks.

The pros: the ladies in the front are very sweet and nice.The cons: horrible time management skills and multiple errors with my work uniforms (pants), which they either seem to make the Hem to short, or they give you a date and when you come the date is moved back. Worse of all, they couldn’t even give me the $24 dollars I paid for a service that was not rendered. But they did offer me a credit which is pointless when I already made it clear I will no longer do business with them.

I have been coming here for years. I never had an issue until they changed employees and management. I recently brought two pants to be altered and hemmed. They charged me 15.00 for the alterations and 14.00 for the hem. I spent almost 30.00 on each pant to get fixed. When I tried on the pants at home they were two inches longer than what the seamstress had originally measured. My pants were literally dragging on the floor. Today, I went back to get the pants fixed and the seamstress was surprised to see how much fabric she left on the pant. She then proceeded to tell me that when she altered the waist it must have loosen up the material and that’s why there was more fabric left that what she measured. She also used an excused that the day I was measured was wearing different shoes (I wore sneakers at both fittings). As she made the corrections she told me they would need to charge me another 12.00 to fix each pant. This was very upsetting because this was a mistake she made and she did not make the correct measurements. I refused to pay for their mistakes and will never do business here again. They are extremely overpriced and will try to take advantage of their customers for the mistakes they make. Do not come here for alterations!!!!

A week ago, I took my trench coats to this dry cleaner. When I received my articles, the employee who was attending verified that the jackets were in good condition, and they told me to return after four days. They charged me an amount that I thought was much in excess, relative to other similar places that I have used, but I agreed to pay them, and left my clothes in their hands.I came back after four days, and they told me my clothes were still not ready, and they told me to come back two days later, and thats what I did. When I return two days later, the employee hands me my pieces, and I realize that one of the beige coats that I gave her was returned to me in a peach color. It was the same coat, but the color was altered. I told him not to give it to him like that, so they had to reward me anyway, and I brought the rest of the other pieces.When I got home, I noticed that one of the pieces was burned, and I went back. The clerk accepted the part, apologizing that the part was not like this when I gave it to her, and told me to come back the next day to speak with her manager.The next day, I returned, and the manager told me that they could try to fix the jacket whose color had been altered, but she couldnt fix the other jacket, because apparently, I went to my house with the intention of burning it, and try to go back to scam them. I told them that their service was terrible, unprofessional, and that I did not want those pieces, and that they please give me the receipts, so I can have proof of what had happened to me. The manager refused to give me my documents, and was very aggressive, and I left.I see that this is a lost cause for me, but I write this so that whoever reads it does not have the same bad time that I do. Please do not take your clothes or your money to this business.
