Ordered my building materials,this past Monday and received it today, Wednesday. Product as advertised and much less from Sim Supply. Couldnt find what I needed in my area. Even on line with the big box stores. Thank You Sim Supply 👍, Ill be back.

Ok place. 2 of the workers are good. The main manager is awesome. Lets not talk about their crook of an owner who is cheap and only about personal gain. He wont help anyone when something goes wrong with a pickup or order. He goes OUT OF HIS WAY to not refund a customer and God forbid you need to return something. Good luck. It wont happen. Only thing that matters is lining his pockets not the customers. His name is Ron Smith. Ive witnessed all this first hand and the horrible treatment of his employees including myself. Firing people for no reason AT ALL. Yelling screamingand threatening workers. To him your a liability not an asset. Hes a terrible human being. And is horrible at running a business. Learn how to treat customers and employees.

They dont even have access to the things they try to sell. I ordered an item and after the wrong product arrived, they said they never had the correct product and it was a page error. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I had placed a order and not even 5 minutes later cancelled it. And they still sent it out...I didnt want them...

Awful company in my opinion

I purchased some LED shop lights from these people. When checking it turned out they were not UL rated and would not pass inspection here in Albuquerque. These people would NOT issue a pick-up ticket for the items and expected me to pay $84 to return a $243 order. Rakuten, who I purchased them through as a third party, helped with the return cost of the item. Now Sim has issued a credit for only $220 against the $243 order, another $23 that they are cheating me out of...do NOT buy anything from these people who will not help you in any way with an inferior product.

Great customer service had an issue with something posted incorrectly on Wal Mart website. Joe resolved my issue in a fair and quick manner. 5 stars for his help

Quick service

The drinking jars arrived several days ago and I just opened them to find they were not whar I expected. I thought I ordered the quart size drinking jars and was disappointed that what I received were 16 oz drinking Jars.I will keep them to use as christmas presents. If I had known I was getting the smaller jars, I could have gone to Walmart and purchased their jams and jellies which come in this size. I am sure I did not look at the size if the jars, but they are suitable for gifts.

Ordered landscape caulk and found that amazon had it cheaper and free shipping so cancelled the order immediately the next morning and got a notice it was cancelled... and was told it it ships just refuse on arrival. we were not home so UPS left it and i called the company to get an Return number for their product and told said i had to ship it back.. the shiip back price was $35 and they i had paid the 15 to ship to me so the shipping was as much as the product...Horrible service..... Run dont Walk from this supplier as they are not trust worthy.Eddie McCoy Cpa
