I went in and Dan was very helpful and told me exactly what I was supposed to do. Went in the next day, Dan wasnt there, but the guy that was, had the worst attitude. I tried explaining to him what i had spoken to Dan about and the advice he gave me, but it only seemed like he wanted to finish up quickly and get me out of there. Its really sad if one person in the store ruins its reputation.

I asked Ismail if he could print a label for me so I could ship a phone but he said Tmobile does not allow him to do that,nor do they allow internet use. Really how would you be able to set up phones he was to busy messing around with the girls in the store instead of doing his job. I went to a much better run store on 84th and Harlem and recieved excellent service.

Called with a tech issue and Rick and the staff were super helpful and patient. He waited on the phone and walked me through the different steps to resolve the issue. Dan and other staff that answered the phone were friendly as well. And thank God, the issue was resolved... all over the phone! Thank you!

Worst customer service! I purchased a new phone they gave me 14 days to return old phone,they told me they would email a label... its been 7 days now and my daughter has been there twice trying to return the phone or get the label they never emailed. They keep sending us to 611. Why the hell you guys dont received the phone or give us the label yall said you would send us??? No wonder you guys where begging for us to give you a great review. But yall dont deserve to even be working. Worst customer service.

This was the best T-Mobile store/experience I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Two names that stand out there are Vanessa and Noemi. I am so glad I was able to work with both of them. I had come in for info and not even close to being ready to buy anything but Noemi put in the time to give me all the info I needed. On my next visit when I was ready to buy Noemi wasnt in but Vanessa helped me. They were both attentive and very professional. I never felt that I was being rushed out of the store and I felt valued, which to me is very important. Thank you to Noemi and Vanessa and everyone at this T-Mobile location!
After visiting another T-Mobile store, I went in and got help from Daniel. He quickly explained the problem, and what it took to fix. I ended up buying a phone, and will be back to buy more items . Thank you Daniel!
Love the way they treated me here. Honestly the quickest phone experience Ive had at any T-Mobile store. Gave me what I asked for, saved me money on my bill, and changed my regular account into a business account with more benefits. Noemi had an answer for every question I had :).

Staff, especially LUIS, is exceptional I knowledgeable!! I transferred 3 phones froATT TO t mobile on July 16 Since then I have only received 1 bar, and less, and the conversations have been broken up. !!! Even after booster installed!!! Have spent hours, yes hours on the phone, and last thing said to me by supervisor Dennis was “go buy a new phone “”but maybe in 3 months we can improve !! I have I phone 7 now. They would not lend me a phone for one day !!! Not the store, the home office!! I only took 1 of 3 free phones offered, but no way I can get others now !!! I visited store today and spoke to LUIS. He listened and made a very simple correction in settings and I now have 4 full bars !!! I was ready to switch but no need now !!! By the way, ALL PEOPLE WITH T MOBILE SERVICE AND I PHONE WHO VISITED OUR HOME WERE UNABLE TO GET GOOD SERVICE, OR MORE THAN 1 BAR !! I WOULD SUGGEST DENNIS AND T MOBILE “EXPERTS” TALK TO LUIS AT 95th st store and get their act together!! Also 7of 8 google sites for store get the wrong area code and number !!! Thanks to LUIS who was the only one to help me.

Pretty good customer service. Laid back. Almost like a T mobile express store ( metaphor). No sitting area while waiting unless requested and they will find a chair in the back room.
They took the time to go over everything with me. They saved me alot of money on my bill and I was able to get a new phone. The team there is really good and helpful.
Great staff here, always very helpful when I come in and ask questions. Naomi and vanessa are a great team made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my silly questions but did not make me feel silly! Thank you guys you are the best!
I have just switched to t mobile from att and purchased a new I phone 8plus the employees of the store were fantastic. Javier and venessa went above and beyond with there helping me set up my new phone. They were knowledgeable and very friendly(dealing with an old guy with limited tech savvy is not an easy task) if dealing with t mobile in the future is as enjoyable an experience as dealing with your 2 young employees, then I will be a t mobile customer for a long time.
Staff is very friendly, especially Omar he was very polite and gave us all his time and effort into buying a right phone! Deifnelty best branch out there.
The retail associates, Vanessa, Evelina and Javir show great teamship while serving customers in the store. Evelina was very patience and informative when helping me select a phone for my needs. I highly recommend this store location and will be coming back.
This place has absolutely horrible customer service. They made me sign a contract without telling me that they were adding extra fees for things i didnt ask for such as accessories and extra data and Jump. BE AWARE of Jump! Its not what you think it is. First they sold it to me as an insurance then they told me it was a program that would allow me to change my phone whenever I wanted and when I took in my phone they said they couldnt do it bc they found a scratch that wasnt even visible to the naked eye. FALSE ADVERTISING ALERT! The teenagers that work there dont care about their jobs and T-Mobile insurance never comes through to solve your issues. I sent them my damaged phone and they sent me back another damaged phone twice. The first time they sent me a replacement it wasnt even the right phone. Ive paid them so much money for years and recieved nothing back but emotional stress. Bad phones bad phone service bad customer service. T-Mobile does not care they just want your money and once you give it to them they literally send you away.

Got my phone from here and everything they promise you never get and make sure to get everything in writing... I have to call my self and i spent hours on the phone to fix my account after them ... they never get things done
SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I walked in the store being greeted by Javier, Vanessa, and Domantas, although two of them were helping another customer. I was told I would have to buy another sim card, via the customer service office. However, Javier evidenced to me how to right-size my old sim to a nano sim card to save money. Additionally, since my phone was an international unlocked Galaxy Note, he took the time to test it to ensure it would work, updating apns & smart-switched all my apps, pics, & data to the new phone, spoke to me about the pros and cons of switching out phones, etc. I didnt expect to get a whole education on what I thought I knew...but, I was delighted & highly satisfied with all three of their personal professionalism. Worst t mobile store the manager Naomi and Javier. Should be fired ignorant to customers talk down to you all in the sales not customer service they put u on plans u dont want and never knew about and they did do illegal credit checks on u when u r paying cash for what else r they doing. Tack on all kind of hidden fees long customer waits. If u have a complaint they turn your phone service off for kicks then u come back in the store and then they humiliate. U all over again .and when u get home because u complained turn your phone service off again and then mess with your credit rating and start laughing on the phone to associate lets do snap chat ha ha ha

My Significant other and I visited this location a few days ago. An associate by the name Jazebel assisted my s.o., while I browsed around. My s.o. explained to Jazebel that when incoming callers would call they would receive a not in service or the phone was out of range prompt instead of an voicemail recording. The associate was like oh your your voicemail settings were turned off and thats the reason as of why your receiving that message. He then said he switch it on and there shouldnt be an issue anymore. So, we walked out the tmobile store and it just wasnt making sense to me and something told me to check before we left the store. So I did what the MOST LOGICAL person would do(which he should of done, while we were there) and call to see if I would receive the same error message. Of course I did! To cut the story short, we went back inside and I proved to him there was still an issue. He responded sort of an annoyed fashion that it should be working in a few hours to 24hrs. (Still didnt make sense to me.) The problem is still not resolve days later and it was a waste of time. Not so good customer service +lack of knowledge or seriously not caring much of customer concerns =1 star. We will stick with our chicago ridge mall
