I went into this location about 20 minutes ago and while Ill definitely say the store itself was clean and well stocked per usual, the cashier that took care of us was unreasonably rude to my boyfriend and I for no reason. I can understand having a bad day because Ive worked with the public myself and I feel like weve ALL been there. But to say I can guarantee itll get declined again. Itll decline when my debit card didnt go through? Theres literally no reason for a comment like that or the tone of voice he used with us.However, Ive been to this 7-11 many times in the past and Ive always been treated well, so Id like to think that this experience was just a one time thing.

I stop in this 711 several times a week on my way home from work. The night shift worker Danielle is a great asset to your store. He is always welcoming and treats each customer with respect and courtesy. He is very customer centric and a definite asset to your team! Keep up the good work Danielle!

The woman at the counter who was working on 7/25 at approx 1:45pm was unimaginably rude to a customer. While I didn’t observe the entire altercation I saw that she refused service to the man claiming, “it’s a free country” and threw his money back at his face. An unreal level of horrible customer service. I left. I’d more happily support any other gas station or shop in the area if that is how the customers there are treated.

Slurpee machine wasnt working but they had everything else in stock and was clean
