I stumbled upon this website after weeks of researching where I could get the best deal on a set of CDJs. I looked everywhere, Guitarcenter, Sweetwater, Reverb, you name it, I had checked it out. RK Audio totally smash the competition. Ravi by far in large had the best customer service hands down. He was super helpful, upfront and quick with his response with every inquiry. It was a fist time purchase with me, however Im now a lifelong customer. My recommendation is to give him a call before checking out.

I used to buy all of my gear from either the big box stores like GC, SA or Amazon until I came across this site. I called with a few questions and they promptly answered them all. The salesman (Robbie) even gave me a better price with all of the stuff I ordered. Tracking number was sent a day after order was placed and everything arrived. Items were new, not gray market, refurb/repack nor someones returned gear. This guys legit.

These folks were great! They answered the phone on a weekend during the 2020 Covid19 shutdown. Shipped the product as soon as they had it (and around the date when said they would). Product arrived as advertised. I would definitely do business with RK Audio again.

I initially ordered a an XDJ-XZ system from Musicians Friend’s (Guitar Center) about 2 months ago. They lost my package, customer service center was no help, and never got a call from a manager as I requested multiple times.Ordered from RK audio and in 3 days I received my system for a great price. Got an invoice and tracking order through my email that was very easy to track. Product and service was great. I will be ordering all my equipment from RK from now on. Definitely recommend. They did an excellent job helping us find the right piece of equipment for our business. We needed a product for live-streaming. RK Audio was able to find and ship it right away even though most places were out of stock.

Bought the Pionner XDJ-XZ from Ravi great price and fast shipping Item arrived and was put in storage finally booked my first post covid gig and open up my controller only to find that the left deck was not working.I reached out to Pioneer DJ and they sugested I send it back to place of purchase or send it in for repairs. My issue is that I could not use my new $2,000 Contoller for the gig and still have to pay for shipping on a brand new controller. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING FROM RK AUDIO they have no service after the sale THEY OFFERED THEN RETRACTED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR MY ITEM TO HAVE IT SERVICED VERY DISSAPOINTED

They never processed my order after almost 3 days and then I call no ring straight to how can I help. Then I say I need order status they say last 4 I asked of my confirmation and they got snooty... then told me its on back order... NEVER SAID BACK ORDER ON PAGE... I told him that and he said they never relogged it.... worst customer service and 0 communication.... dont go here they are very overpriced also....
