Took in my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria with some SERIOUS damage. Car should have been totaled it it was just serious body damage, all the other goods where fine and based on my research of the crown Victoria and it’s body on frame design, I figured nothing happened that couldn’t be fixed. When I brought my car in to get work done, I came out of it with a car that I believe was in better condition then when I originally bought it. The paint job and attention to detail was immaculate. The experience gave me a truer appreciation for my car, and I was blessed to be so close to this shop. The before and after pictures speak for themself. Heavily recommend!!

They did a good job on replacing the parts and cleaning the car, but after they installed the new front brakes the car started vibrating above 55mph, not exactly sure what they did as the vibration was not there before the repair.

They fixed my car as if nothing ever happened. Definitely bringing my other car back.

I dropped my wifes car here after I did a spray job at home with an aftermarket bumper. The project didnt look good at all. I brought it here since my wife was very upset. Lots going on in our lives where I dont have the time anymore. John addressed the issue and it was done very quickly. He even spent some time to listen to my story. Its very true to say its just a car and there are more important things in life, like my daughter. Despite it being just a car the shop addressed even the smallest issue that was trivial. Id say he is not only a business owner, but a decent human being. Also thank you for the bottle of water, it was a very hot day.

Disorganized and mismanaged. Dragged on the car repair for a week and then refused to repair.

John is real professional and did an awesome job repairing damage to two of my cars. My brand new 2019 RAV4 was hit within the first few months and now its as good as new, and looks great. He encountered some surprise, extra labor, repairing my 2008 Highlander because of a prior repair done by a local competitor had glued my bumper cover in place. He completed that without an up-charge. Both cars were repaired quickly and professionally. Over the last 22 years Ive tried 3 other popular collision repair shops in Bethpage, Syosset, and Huntington. I am completely satisfied and most impressed with the job done by JVC. All those other shops had small issues not done properly or as discussed.
