Global Glass and Mirror just put in our new shower doors. We are thrilled at the craftsmansip and hard work put into this project. Installation was safe and with masks. The price was reasonable and we absolutely LOVE supporting a local, family business.

Brought my broken double pane window there they measured it had a choice to leave it there or take it home while they ordered the new glass,they did a great job. Family owned same location for over 40 years.

Fast and excellent service. I ordered three mirrors to line a built in liquor cabinet. The mirrors were ready two days early and looked great. I realized the measurements I gave them on one mirror were incorrect. The mirror was slightly oversized. Please keep in mind, I made the mistake. I dropped off the mirror and they very kindly trimmed off 3/16” and I picked it up the next day. Even though it was my mistake, I was not charged for trimming the mirror.I will absolutely use Global Glass and Mirror in the future.

We had Global Glass & Mirror install custom shower doors in our master bath and couldn’t have been happier with the service. From start to finish the process was simple and easy. The installers were wonderful and their work was excellent and neat; working with such precision. So happy to support a local family owned business and loving our new bathroom!

Horrible customer service. Receptionist was rude and put me on hold for too long I had to end the call.

I used Global Glass awhile ago for new shower doors for my house. Thy were easy to work with, honest, reliable, and most importantly the work was flawless. When my screen door needed to be fixed this past month, I wasn’t sure if this was something Global Glass and Mirror did... guess what? It is! The same statements hold true now, as it did then. They did a great job fixing our screen door and the screens around the house that needed to be fixed!

One word, Garbage. Thats what youll get if you use Global Glass. I spent a fortune to put in a relatively simple shower door in my home. Just two pieces of glass, one is the door and one is the rest of the shower wall. Nothing to it, but they couldnt get it right. Less than a year after they installed the door, I could no longer close it. Fast forward less than another year, again same problem. The owner had the nerve to tell me the second time in less than 2 years I had an issue with the door that things happen. He had the audacity to try and charge me for a service call to fix something that basically never worked and cost thousands of dollars! These guys are not honest, do not provide quality shower glass work, and they are the last people you should use when there are so many other choices out there.

I will rarely leave negative reviews however when you request emergency service during covid and they promptly respond be cautious because thats the only prompt part of the process. i was quoted a price and did not negotiate the price they quoted I accepted. They recieved my check but charged my cc anyway. I need to make a stop payment that they would not reemburse. After the deposit I no longer felt like a paying customer. cust service was rude and drop you on hold. They made me feel like if they were doing me a favor even though I am the paying customer. shopper beware!

I needed a shower door and mirror. From my first call all was easy. From scheduling the appointment to measure to the installation. And my bathroom looks great!! Couldn’t be happier.

Needed a glass table top. Called and got an estimate. Since it is wavy, requested a guy to come over and get a sketch. Waited 1.5 weeks only to find out he is out sick. Okay, things happen. Rescheduled for today. Took off from work today. Was told he will come from 12-4pm. 2 pm decided to call. No one answers the phone. Left multiple messages. Finally got an e-mail from Randy, stating oh sorry, I’m not in today and the guy is still sick. So you decide to tell me this in the middle of the appointment day?? This is not how you do business and treat customers. Owner, if you are reading this, you need to step up your game because I am taking my business elsewhere and so are everyone I know. Good bye.

I got my glass replaced on a frame. They did not bother to clean the glass which would be a A rating service. Frame was returned dirty with dust. The customer services can be improved. The job done is done with accuracy and precision.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not sure who Matt is but he definitely should never be up front or dealing with customers. I took a chance and bought from Gobal because its local and I didnt feel like driving to Brooklyn where I normally get my glass. That was a mistake. When I got my glass back it was cut horribly and it cracked as soon as I placed it in the frame. Matt tells me its not the glass yet I ordered 2 pieces and 1 was perfect with clean edge cut the 2nd looked like a 4 year old cut it. 1st and last time Im ever spending my money at this horrible place. Maybe its because they dont know if they have a vape shop or a glass company. Go to Paradise Glass and Mirrors trust me.

Three things come to mind when I recall my experience with Global Glass: (1) Overpriced, (2) Poor Quality, and (3) lousy customer service. If you like any of those three qualities in a company you deal with, I highly recommend them.

I had an idea for my fireplace. After going to about 5 different places that wouldnt help me with my project, (which was enclosing one side of a 2 sided fireplace with glass) Matt took the time to hear me out with what I was trying to accomplish. He offered several suggestions, and simplified the whole process. I also got cabinet door windows as well. Theres no BS, they just get the job done right. Thanks

I called them multiple times having to hear that they will call me back. They mentioned to me how they cannot finish the conversation to schedule an appointment for the fact that a customer has walked in. I think their business needs to strive to treat all customers equally and no job should be too big or too small.

Contacted them for an estimate....they charge a $90. site fee to come to your house and give you an estimate...no thanks...good luck with that business model.
