First time ever leaving a negative google review, solely due to how terrible the customer service is here. After waiting hours in-store for advisement, I purchased a mattress & bedframe with a promise that both Items would be shipped by my move-in date.Today, we’re Going onto a full week after the promised delivery date with no set concrete date of when I will receive my purchased bed frame. I am still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. From the purchase date -> Now, I realized on my own that my order was incorrect (size of bed frame was different than the mattress), and was given the go-around that my order could not be changed until the salesmen was in-store. So I had to wait 48 hours and for this to be updated, even after fully explaining to the store that this has to effect my promised delivery date. Then my bed frame just so happens to break when shipped to NY, and after speaking to FedEx it is STILL being shipped back to the supplier in Canada. With no word as to when a new bed frame will be shipped & replaced.I understand mistakes happen and purchases do get delayed, and I do appreciate the salesmen telling me daily that they are on top of it. It gets to a tipping point when everyday I’m falsely being told “the bed frame should be coming soon”, and then FedEx tells me over the phone that the replacement bed frame has not even been shipped yet (from Canada -> NY) and it could be another week (14 days after promised delivery date).Purchasing & receiving a bed frame & mattress here has been more complicated than my entire move....

I went into the store today as we were overdue for a new mattress. The store was very clean and the manager who I dealt with was very nice. I gave him a budget that I wanted to stick by and he was able to help me purchase a new mattress within that budget and easily set up a delivery that worked for my schedule. The store has a guarantee and that made me confident in my purchase as I have the opportunity to try out the mattress to ensure it works for us. I look forward to getting sleep on the new mattress.

The salesperson John was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not at all pushy or just trying to make a sell. He explained the buying and return policy in detail and put my order through quickly so I could get going. I’m grateful I made the decision to stop in to see the mattresses!

Like the other reviewers mentioned, my main man ronnie hooked it up with some mattresses and an adjustable base. we came in just to get a feel for pricing for a firm mattress, but he sold us on 2 mattresses, a base, and 4 pillows. weve been to 3 mattress stores in the last few months, and we finally bought something with him. I cant say the prices across the store were completely affordable, but he accommodated our budget and found something reasonable for us. if youre in the market for a mattress, check this branch out and ask about the sales; who knows, you might end up buying!

I needed a new mattress. We’re still partly in a pandemic. Mattress Firm is close to home. I took a chance today and drove by. To my good fortune they were open. I was greeted immediately by my salesman John. Being that I was unhappy with my current mattress and not sure how to change, John knew exactly what to ask me to guide me in the process. Everything in the store is spotless and sanitized. The entire experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Tomorrow night I will be sleeping like a baby in my new bed. Thank you John

Marcia Goldman was filling in at the Hicksville Mattress Firm. And I came in to just buy a cheap queen bed for my spare bedroom. I just became single. I have a king that I bought 11 years ago from sleepys. I was in an auto accident 2 1/2 years ago. She had me lay on a 1/2 a dozen beds and I wasn’t looking for a new bed for me. In the accident I had broke my back and neck. I laid on the Tempur-Pro Breeze with the smart base. Marcia was not pushing anything but directing to the different beds. She was so help full. I have to say I had the best experience at this Mattress Firm. I went in to buy two Twin L mattress and bed frames, I just recently had a pipe burst in my house which destroyed two rooms. I saw an amazing price online so I headed to the store. Unfortunately it was only an online ad and I thank God for that bc the customer service I received was OUTSTANDING. I was helped by Ronnie Philip, he had sympathy for my situation as he had a similar experience with a house being destroyed,, he was so polite and kind,, yes that is right,, not many people have kindness anymore,, he has amazing knowledge about mattresses,, and I mean every single one I asked about,, he knew everything about them. He also explained on the adjustable frames how certain positions of the frame help people sleep and breath better,, it stops snoring as well as promotes blood flow. He was patient, I did not feel rushed what so ever and he really wanted me to get something I loved. I had looked at a Queen mattress myself but it was way out of my budget. The most comfortable bed I have ever been in but I did not have the money,, so we kept looking and I saw one that was cheaper and not as comfy but I figured I would go with that one. As we sat down for me to get the mattresses,, he again asked me if I was sure bc he saw how much I loved the first one,, I went one more time to look and then sat back down again to talk about which one I was going to get after spending a couple hours there I ended up leaving with two Twin ls, two bed frames,, the amazing Queen size bed and frame, that I had originally looked at,, he gave me it at less than half bc there was a mattress he used to do a show,, a brand new mattress never slept on,, only used for prop. He had given me thousands of dollars of discounts, I have never had an experience like this before. I will never go anywhere else Ronnie is a down to earth, funny, caring and intelligent individual,, I cannot say enough about him or this store.

I was delivered only half of a split queen box spring. The item description confirms the order should include both halves. I scheduled the delivery to arrive around 1pm (which part of it did) and received no notice that only a partial delivery would arrive.Upon delivering only half, the delivery guys said they thought the other half might be coming in another truck. They said to call the company tomorrow, but I called right after. The person I spoke with as a is she didnt know what happened and to call back at 10pm. I told her I took a day off work to receive this scheduled delivery and she said youll need to take another day off to receive the other part.Items werent delivered as promised and customer service was very bad.
