1.0 star rating 6/28/2017Bought I bowling ball here late May 2017. 10 days later the ball started to chip by one of the finger holes and had a visible crack. Brought back the the ball to the Pro shop where Mike said he would get me an exchange since the ball has a one year warranty. Well that was over two weeks ago. I have had to call Mike five separate times to try to get an answer on the balls status. He has yet to return one of my calls. Extremely dissappointed in this store and their lack of customer service. I would never recommend this so-called Pro shop for your bowling needs. Go anywhere else!!!
