9/12/2020. I was there around 10.35am and the sales rep did not even want to entertain me and said he does not know nothing about the STO stucco I was going to buy; I said to him, I know what I am getting --yet same resistance!Pathetic customer service and rude people. At the end company losing business.

Tri build is garbage and allied doesnt stand by there product at all. All they do is tell you its your fault. Do yourself a favor go down the block to abc instead. I lost a 100 grand a year account because they have no clue what there talking about and like an idoit i trusted them thinking they knew the products.

It takes too long to get the material always😒

The worst place to deliver, had many drivers from different companies complain about them for taking forever to unload....7 am appointment and they wont start unloading you till 9, thanks to 9 different drivers from different companies that were able to snap pics of them smoking and texting in the back of the bldg, meanwhile they say theyre busy, union job i guess, but i hope those guys where smiling on camera at least.

This location has terrible service wait outside for a half hour for one little item
