Considering i complain about everything - im content and thankful this guy fixed my iphone. i was bummed after i dropped my iphone twice in the same week. i live in the city and often come to the island to see family . long story short, i stopped in just to check out the what these independednt shops offered and came back a week later- so far its been three days and so far so good the guy who helped me was friendly and considering i tried to replace my screen at first (and miserably failed) he did his best and repaired everything. . heres my before and after iphone 7 256gb

Probably one of the worst Phone repair stores I have ever been to. I had gotten my phone screen repaired a week before going to California and a day later, I saw lines going down my phone and the color of the screen was completely blurry and hazy. I called the store and the owners response/question was if I dropped the phone on the floor. First and foremost, I never dropped my phone on the floor after I supposedly got it repaired by this store. Second, if the phone fell on the floor, you mean to tell me that it would cause lines all across it when ive had this phone for quite a few years and nothing like that has ever occurred even when I dropped my phone a few times . It was the last time it fell that convinced me that i needed to get the screen repaired and went to this cheap store. Very fishy. I tried calling the store from my phone several times and it was ignored or sent to voicemail, knowing my callers id was showing. I remember last week when I called, the store owner picked up the phone in a matter of seconds because he did not know me as a customer. I would suggest not wasting money at this place. They sell cheap phone screens and give customers the run around/ ignore them when the issue was addressed. Go to IfixScreens HIcksville or Phonefixit who are both located near this store location as they are much more hospitable and do a better job with fixing screens/avoid cheap parts.

I had a broken screen, and he didnt have the replacement screen handy at the time, so he gave me a spare phone to use and got my phone fixed and got it back the next day. He did an awesome job. Very professional and courteous and polite and a good human being. I will always go to him to get any phone issues fixed.

Went in to get a new battery for my Galaxy S6 Edge, the owner was extremely nice and was able to swap it out quickly and for a very decent price and made a point of telling me that theres a 3-month warranty on his work. I highly recommend this location for phone repairs and will return here for all my future repair needs.

Guy seems nice enough but had no idea how to fix my s6 active in store after being absolutely positive he could fix it when i called. Actually started googling videos in front of me and then quoted $250. Went down the street, no problem, easy fix for $20. All he accomplished was scratch up my phone.

After getting my iPhone screen repaired at this location, it began to malfunction. When I went to Geek Squad they did a diagnostic test, and the results of it were horrifying! Whoever had been working on my phone stole multiple sensory items, and my battery; BUT WAIT THERE MORE! Not only did they steal them, but they swapped them with counterfeit replacements. Now my phone is completely broken, and I am out over $300 from having to get it fixed YET AGAIN! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I hope no one else is swindled like I was!! Take my advice, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO APPLE!!!!

Went to fix iphone 6 broken screen, he not only replaced the screen but in same cost gave me a screen protector too. Great guy to talk too, no hidden fee, reasonably bargains if he finds its a quick fix. Would recommend anyone looking for quick and reliable repair.

My sons iPhone 7 wouldnt charge past 15%. We tried multiple wires and adapters. We took the phone to Verizon who stated it would cost $120 to repair (the contract is up September 2018). The Verizon salesmen said why dont you go to my friend Vijay first? He will tell you if you need a new port. Hes honest, he wont sell you something you dont need. We went to Vijay. He said its not the port, its the wire. To which I responded, we tried 3 different wires at home and none of them fix problem. Must be the port. Vijay asked that we bring in the phone the next day so he could do a diagnostic on it. He called me stating he was he was able to charge the phone to 100% and sold us an updated aftermarket lightening charger. Problem solved. My son said the phone charges perfectly now. We were charged only $38. Vijay saved us $82.00. I highly recommend IFix. Vijay is a honest, friendly, & professional business man. We will absolutely return to him for our tech repair needs.
