I am giving this location 1 star due to the fact I paid 76 dollars to have an arrangement delivered on April 30. When it arrived at the respected persons house it was missing part of the order. I left a message and emailed (no one got back to me). I then called the store again the next morning (May 1) and they said they would delivery first thing at 930am because the party would not be there after 12. They delivered at 12 making the party late to her bridal shower and did not even apologize. Just handed it to her and left.Please work on your customer service. It is not hard to apologize for the inconvenience.Thanks.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered an arrangement and they called me right away to tell me they only allow pickups until a certain time but they can move it to another location to best accommodate me. Then, my plans adjusted a bit so I called them asking if I can pick it up, and they said they can personally deliver it to the house. They didn’t charge me extra for the delivery which I found very honorable and fitting to my schedule. The family who received the arrangement was at a loss of words for how beautiful it was. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs something for a birthday, loss of a loved one, anniversary etc. They will definitely have my service again!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by the Edible Arrangements Hicksville Location, specifically, the manager Jessica P.I ordered a fruit arrangement online a week before to secure the delivery date. Ninety minutes before the store closed, they finally attempted delivery and no one was home to accept the delivery. At that time, the store called the recipient, but did not reach them, so the store contacted me. Upon receiving the message, 30 minutes later, I called back the store and the manager, Jessica answered the phone. Jessica told me that it was too late, the store was closing within the hour, and the delivery could no longer go out that day.It is not what you say, but how you say it that matters. While I am frustrated that the store waited so close to their closing time to begin to arrange delivery (not leaving them enough time to contact recipient, etc...), I am much more disappointed in the way in which Jessica spoke to me. She was extremely rude, short with me, and dismissive to the situation. I was shocked by the way in which I was treated. This was customer service at its worst.I have utilized Edible Arrangements in other locations numerous times and always been a satisfied customer. I will continue as an Edible Arrangements customer, just not at this location. It is a shame that the quality name and reputation of Edible Arrangements has a location that is being effected by the manager, Jessica.

Ordered for Thanksgiving. Platter was excellent, everyone loved it. Went in to pick it up and the staff was great. My whole family left eating chocolate bananas...we will be back for Christmas!

Great store, Ive been coming for years. Ive met the owner who is a nice guy and the manger Treena is great! Always happy and always gives me a chocolate strawberry on the way out!

Terrible. I placed an order and they didn’t get nothing right. First of all, they ruined my birthday surprise. They forgot my balloon and dipped strawberries which made my surprise look so simple smh. I had to call plenty of times to make sure my order is correct. It was ridiculous. They also went to the wrong house and told me they left a door tag and rung the bell. They didn’t even go to the right house. It was terrible.

Terrible customer service. I ordered an arrangement for same day-delivery. It was 4:44 PM when I placed the order because I wasnt sure if the recipient would be home from surgery early enough so I ordered as soon as I received confirmation they were headed home. The website never indicated that same-day service would be a problem and they charged me $14.99 delivery charge. I specifically chose the Plainview store to take the order. About 45 minutes later I get a phone call from the Hicksville store informing me that same-day delivery would not be possible because they had no more trucks available for the day. Neither store closes until 7 PM. I called the corporate number to complain and they just route you to the store which obviously isnt concerned with customer service. So I called back and repeatedly pressed 0 until I got a corporate agent. He looked up the information and just confirmed what the store said. At no point in time was any effort made by the stores or the corporate office to rectify the situation. A simple, well refund the delivery charge as an offer of good-faith for our mistake would have sufficed but that was never on the table. The lesson is not to do business with this company. Just think for a moment that they ask you which store youd like to process your order and then the stores just reassign it however they see fit. Whats the point of even asking the customer then if they arent going to honor the selection?

Placed a delivery before Easter same day delivery for an extra cost of $14.50. My friend didn’t receive any gift basket that I sent. I called the office and the manager is never available to call back.Never will I order from them again!
