I bought and had numerous outfits made from Sai Fashion and every time was left in awe. The quality and work done on the outfits is absolutely spectacular. Additionally, they have a tailor available on site and is always willing to do alterations the same day. Great customer service and prices. They offer unique pieces and are always willing to work with you. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a last minute outfit or want to have something custom made.

Store does have some pretty options. However, very disappointing experience with customized orders for my wedding reception. Called several times in advance to ask for an expected delivery date, but they would not provide an answer. Orders did not arrive in time for the events. Received a refund, but wish they had been honest earlier and given me time to find outfits from somewhere else instead of causing added stress during wedding week. Final products were not customized as discussed either. Overall, over promised & underdelivered…

Incredible experience here at Sai Fashion. Neil and Shivani were so sincerely interested in helping me find a lehenga for the first time. They worked with me to find something beautiful and within my budget and were very flexible with me for when it had to be altered by. I have never encountered such kindness, professionalism and the most genuine interest in creating a positive customer experience at any store before. They have an amazing selection, excellent prices and alterations on site. HIGHLY recommend!Give them your business! I went to a few stores before this one where I was told some extremely high prices were the minimum for a lehenga bc they knew it was my first time attending an Indian event and tried to convince me to pay $290 for a lehenga I could only wear once. Here at Sai Fashion, Neil and Shivani understood my needs and found me a gorgeous lehenga that I could afford and love. Neil helped me find a kurtha for my boyfriend when he couldn’t come to the store with me and made sure we had what we needed for the event in time.

I have been shopping at Sai Fashion for Indian weddings/events for the past year and a half. I always get compliments on every outfit that I purchase from them. It should come as no surprise that when it was time for my own wedding, they were the first place I began looking! I got my micro-wedding reception dress from them. They were very kind and helpful. I came to them last minute needing a dress for my friend’s wedding. As a plus size person I wasn’t expecting them to have anything in my size. They had something very close to it and they were able to alter it with super speed to make sure I had it in time and that it fit correctly. It was a very friendly and kind experience. The dress I got, as with all the others I saw, are beautiful.

My fianceé and I worked with Neil to pick out clothes for our wedding day. He communicated with both of us every step of the way and we received our clothes in a week! Love love love... they have variety of selections a d styles. Reasonable prices and the staff is very accommodating. The staff is very helpful and service is outstanding. They dont try to sell but actually listen to your needs. They keep their promises. I needed 10 chunis in 2 days and he rushed the order a d made sure i had them before the promised date. The quality of clothing is amazing, the fabric and colors are great for the price. It was my fourth stop but i left with a lot of clothing in an hr. I enjoyed my shopping here. Highly recommend them!

They were amazing. I purchased a hair piece and changed my mind after I had already bought it. It’s their policy to not refund or return but since I had just paid for it, they were kind enough to give me the money back. I appreciate that so much since it’s NOT their policy to do refunds. That’s a great experience.

Beautiful selection of clothes & nice staff. I came in on a Monday evening to pick out a Sari for a wedding that coming Saturday morning. Neel was very pleasant and helpful. He game me no doubt that the sari could be tailored in time for the event. As such, it was ready by Thursday evening and upon trying it on, the very nice tailor and clerk offered some last minute advice, tweaked the garment in minutes and I was on my way. I would highly recommend the selection and pleasant staff of this establishment.

Do NOT go here for a tailor or stitching. My experience is too cumbersome, long and frustrating to write out, but save yourself the headache AND time AND micromanagement. They are very sweet people, so I was hesitant to write this, but their professionalism, time management and quality of work is definitely less than 1 star.

Went to this store last night. What an awesome buying Experience. Bittu brother helped me find this awesome pink dress for my wife for the Christmas party. They did the alterations there. I didnt know they have such a wonderful collection here. If your looking for Indian or Punjabi Suits this is the place to go. Please check them out, you wont be disappointed.

We came here with no time to spare for my sisters wedding, and they were so accommodating with grabbing every outfit they thought we would like. Not to mention numerous alterations we all needed that they paid for. It didnt stop there, they also helped us find jewelry matching each outfit, and Ive never in my life have gotten more compliments then when Ive work outfits from Sai fashion or Sai bridal (located in hillside). The prices are amazing and so are the people!

I was really happy, in such a less time I found such a beautiful piece where I had limited time left before the wedding. Not only they tailored nicely, they also gave me the best price and a great service. Same thing they custom designed suit for my Fiancée, which came out really nice. I highly, highly recommend this place over any others. They are even better than Jackson Heights. The entire establishment and staff are beyond amazing! I was in need of an outfit for my sisters wedding with not much time to spare, and the owner Bittu was so helpful and willing to work with my budget and selection of work. They also altered my outfit as desired and steamed and packed the outfit perfectly.He does custom designing in any color, shape or form you want your dress. If I had a little more time before my sisters event I definitely would have taken up the offer but I know I will be going there multiple times in the future to do so.It is important to also note, Bittu is a great guy. I can honestly say he is not the type to over charge you or feel the need to get extra money out of you like the sellers in jackson Heights would. He does not pressure you to buy anything and wants you to take your time before making any decision. He is confident in his work and his business and always assures his customers would be back to do business with him because he knows he does not disappoint. Will DEFINITELY be going back!

Over the years I’ve bought many Indian outfits from sai fashions, including all my dresses for my brothers wedding. When it came to my wedding I turned to Bitu again. He made my ceremony dress and a couple of sherwanis for my husband to be. The outfits were beautifully crafted and were fitted to our exact measurements. We received so many compliments. Even our wedding photographer couldn’t believe it wasn’t a designer dress and he’s photographed hundreds of weddings. Once again thanks to Bitu and his staff for working so hard to make my vision come true.

Horrible service... Went there to buy couple of party suits but came out in couple of minutes. Horrible customer service and horrible owners attitude. Selection is not too good. It seem like they are doing a favor by showing/ selling stuff. Never going back again.

Sai fashion is the one and only place I shop for all my desi attire. They have a huge selection of clothing ranging from traditional to fusion. I have been going to Neeln and Shivani for over 5 years and always receive so many compliments on every piece. The two of them are always so accommodating and willing to keep showing you items. I have had several custom made outfits which I designed along with Neel and all of them were stunners. The have also made custom made sherwanis for my brother and son. Amazing is all can say about Sai fashion!
