And all of the materials are branded with the Pella name which gave us confidence that the best materials were being used. Where do I begin. I recently purchased a new home and needed to do some improvements. First item on my list were windows and doors. I had three major companies come in and give me an estimate, one of them was Pella. The other companies put on a fancy show but I wasn’t impressed with their crazy prices.The last company that came into my home was Pella. I meet with their representative Patrick. He is a down to earth individual who was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t play games. He went through my home measured all my windows, walked me through the process and gave me an honest quote. I was so impressed with him and his company! I decided to move forward with his quote.It took a couple of months to get my windows and doors but oh boy was it worth the wait!! The Pella crew was amazing!! They were clean, neat and very respectful in my home. They went above and beyond!I was so impressed, my representative Patrick even came to my home the day of installation to make sure everything was going as planned.I am so pleased with the work performed I would recommend Pella to anyone. Mike was very knowledgeable with the different types of windows Pella provides. I was undecided on which type would be the best fit for my home, so Mike brought me samples of the windows and explained all the different upgrades that are available for each window. Although I have not gotten my windows and doors installed yet and cannot comment on the actual product, I can comment on the superior service we received from Mike. Mike is knowledgable, patient and hardworking. I am not the easiest customer to deal with and ask a lot of questions. Having been with the company for so long, Mike was able to answer all of my questions or quickly find out the answer. He did not pressure us with any sleazy sales tactics and allowed us to take the time to figure out what really worked for our home. Whenever I contacted Mike, he was extremely responsive and helpful. We wanted to replace a few windows and a sliding door. I spoke with Michael Inglese, and since I already had measurements, he gave me a detailed quote in 30 minutes - he made that look easy. While showrooms remained closed for Covid, I relied on Mike for his expertise and product knowledge. At times I felt like I was asking too many questions, but Mike returned my calls and text messages right away. Mike also has a keen understanding of the installation process, and that put me at ease - a gentleman!On the scheduled date, Mike (a different Mike) the Installation Contractor arrived for what was to be a one-day job. I tend to be particular about things like this, but Mike, his son Nico and his crew blew me away at the attention to detail, craftsmanship and professionalism. The job took longer than a day, but with Mike it wasnt about time, it was about getting the job done right. He treated our home like it was his own.Wow! What an amazing experience!

We were looking to replace a few windows in our home and were deciding between Anderson and Pella. We were totally turned off by Anderson’s pushy salesman tactics. When we met with Mike from Pella he couldn’t have been more professional and wonderful to work with. We ended up replacing every window in our home. Great experience and amazing customer service. Where do I start and share my utter disgust for pella corporation. We purchased front facing windows for our home $10,200 through pella financing and after 6 months of waiting, 1 week prior to install we were told they ran out of materials to make our large 60 sq ft window which we eventually found out was a lie and they supposingly lost the window. Took is 5 days of arguing to find out the truth, during all of this we were treated worst than garbage all because its not pella your dealing with yet some sub company that handles all of pella orders in the tri-state area which we did not know. They are rude and have a 1 on BBB but they hide under the Pella name. Management was rude and very unhelpful in figuring out how to just get our windows and put them in. Linger story short they refunded us though the financing company and stated we can not help you anymore because they did not want yo make us a new window that they lost. We tried contacting pella Corp and they stated they only make the windows and dont deal with customers. Worst experience with a company in my life. BE CAUTIOUS you are not dealing with PELLA but yet a 1 BBB company called dhb or something. Pella will never see a dollar from us or anyone we know.

In July 2018, St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Port Washington, NY had large customized windows made for the cloister and 4 sets of double hung windows for the church offices. From the beginning, Adam Friedman measured in detail and gave a comprehensive proposal. He came several times, and so did his team. In 4 days, the windows were installed, to the joy of the church. We had a great experience will Pella. Our salesperson, Clif Kretkowski, was a delight to work with. His knowledge of his product is extensive and explained our choices perfectly and completely. I even chose the pull-out screen which we discussed in detail. Im getting better at using it and am happy I got it! When it is closed, the view of beautiful garden is not marred by appearance of a screen. The sound the door makes when you shut it is like a spaceship! It has ample locks and many ways to make it easy to clean. I can even remove the decorative framing for easing cleaning. Im grateful my husband knew the Pella is the best. We just ordered 6 windows now for the house from Cliff so that I can be warm next winter. Use Pella! You get what you pay for!

Lisa was very friendly from the moment i talked to her on the phone until she came over to the house. She was very helpful and pleasant in person. She showed me different options and suggested the best choice for my house. She made the whole process stress free and easy. She laid out exactly what was going to take place and when. Install day came and i must say that Albert and his team was equally friendly and professional. They showed up at the time they said they were going to. I was very happy with the whole experience. There was just a small scratch on one of the windows that my husband noticed when he got home. I called Lisa without any hesitation and she immediately took care of this small issue without any complaints. My husband and I are very pleased with how the windows came out. I had 2 doors changed. My patio door was changed to a prairie-designed sliding door and the den door was changed to an in-swing door in built-in blinds.I and my husband are very pleased with the quality of both doors. From the selection of the design to the payment terms with zero percent interest for 5 years, to the installation and removal of the old doors, the service was impeccable and we are very pleased with the quality and handiwork. The guys that did the installation are very crafty, skillful and professional. The boss of the installation team as well as the agent came and followed up to make sure everything is done right.The agent Jack Gerdes was such a pleasure to deal with, gave us insights on the products yet not too pushy, giving us ample time to decide and go on with the project. We negotiated and agreed on the price without feeling ripped. I did some research and canvassing of prices with various companies and I am very pleased that I chose Pella.We rearranged our living room and it seemed like its very spacious looking through the prairie doors, incorporating the outdoors in the design of the living room. And the light coming through the glass door in the den is very well controlled to our liking with the built-in blinds. It looks sleek, clean and elegant.

Delivery and installation occurred exactly when promised. New window fit perfectly and installation team was very efficient. Work included completing trim on two previously installed windows and that was accomplished perfectly as well. Lisa coordinated the ordering and installation, leaving no stone unturned for ensuring everything went smoothly. I now have Pella windows on the rear side of my entire 4 story brownstone and the ones that are 5 years old look as good as the newer ones. I am a highly satisfied customer.

We just bought a new house and contacted Daniel Tai from Pella to assist us with purchasing new windows and doors. He’s been extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process and has made the process extremely easy. We had some dented issues and screens upon arrive and Daniel came to inspect and immediately scheduled a repairman to come and fix or replace. My father purchased windows from Lisa Stewart over the summer. We were very skeptical about our purchase because we have had some bad experiences in the past. However Lisa stuck to her word. Horrible experience with Pella. The sales person was wonderful until the service was rendered (said all the right things, accommodating to schedules, returned calls, texts and emails). Prior to installation the manager calls me to ask for an additional $250 for the company’s error in measurement. They finally installed a damaged door with nail marks and cracked window. The dark mahogany door was delivered with a white exterior frame. The interior frame (top and sides) were white and the bottom had 2 different colored unfinished wood pieces. My calls and emails with pictures have not been answered. It’s now 10 days since installation and I still have to look at the unattractive door!!! I will NEVER do business with this company again! Their ownership of errors and service recovery is nonexistent. No empathy or apology were offered when I first contacted them the day of installation- they spoke over me and never allowed me to finish my explanations. The emails with clear pictures of the defects have gone unanswered. They lack the basic skills in customer service!

I recently had a bathroom window installed by Pella. I cannot say enough about both Diana, the sales rep, and the installers who I had the pleasure of meeting. Professionalism from start to finish. Diana worked with me for hours finding the best fit for a difficult situation. I had beautiful tile that needed to be cut through very carefully, along with siding on the outside of the home. I was nervous to say the least, but the outcome was just beautiful. The installers were total gentleman, making sure all my rugs were covered, and as polite as could be. My brother could not get over what a beautiful job they did, (he installed windows and doors many years ago). I would recommend Pella highly.

He didn’t try to over sell us we got exactly what we wanted within our budget. Albert the installer was kind and professional, you could tell that they took pride in their work and the installation was perfect! When they left the only trace of them being here was the beautiful new door. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Pella on what I think was a complicated job because my house was actually constructed (with stone) around the double front door I was replacing. The salesman, Jack Gerdes, was on top of all these details, making certain that the installers were resolving unanticipated issues. The installers were very nice and thorough in their explanations and conscientious about their work, obviously committed to getting the job done well and Jack followed up with them and me repeatedly to make sure I was satisfied.

The price was more but they came to the table with an upgrade idea that I liked and went with. I’m glad I did as it made a difference!It should also be mentioned that the team that did the work were timely and professional. Proficient and clean!Needless to say, I just placed the order for third and final phase from Pella!

I purchased a home in Levittown and I needed to replace my back sliding door. I went to the showroom and spoke with Patrick Gonzalez. He showed me the door with the blinds in between the glass. She went above any beyond to talk us through our options and also dealt with a last minute change we threw at her after the order was placed with corporate. We replaced all the windows in our Brooklyn brownstone which are all very irregular sizes and the measurement crew came out quickly and efficiently gathered all the info. Has been the easiest home improvement project weve done so far because of the Pella teams great communication and customer service.
