Great service, price, communication and installation. I called about a dozen different places and they were the best price by a mile. The technician gave me a quote I could not refuse. My technician was great. Arrived on time and installed both door and motor perfectly. Something was wrong with the door after he left, but he came back the next day and fixed it. Now it is working perfectly. Very professional and quick.Gave me the best bang for my bucks.He was excellent and gave me a run through after the installation.

Called them after seeing one of their trucks in my area. A real person picked up the phone on the second ring- provided an estimate and they were able to schedule my job same day! The service provider came out and he was super professional, knowledgeable, efficient and replaced my torsion springs like a seasoned pro (Thanks!). Overall experience was superb and I will call them again in the future when I am ready to replace my door.

Had an issue with our garage door where our spring snapped due to the cold and had our cars stuck in the garage during the recent cold wave. Called, left a message and they responded promptly as well as fit us into their schedule that day even though they were obviously slammed with others like us having issues with their garage doors due to the cold. Seriously a great company that offers top notch customer service and support along with excellent communication.

They are fantastic. A few weeks ago I had an issue with the sensors on my garage. The technician came in, assessed the situation quickly and had the door operating again with quickness. Then this past weekend the sensor was acting up again, ugh- so inconvenient.

The technician completed the job according to his schedule and did extra work to raise the old door opener at no cost so it would operate correctly. After I paid him I noticed that he missed small things due to the fact that it took a lot longer to finish and by the time he was done it was too dark. He had no problem when I called him. He returned the next day after his other job and completed it. We are very happy with his workmanship and responsiveness. We will gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I have usethis service twice now and both times were great. On the last visit was fantastic and didnt even charge us since it was such a simple easy fix. I highly recommend these guy.
