Absolutely loved my free custom club fitting experience from Gene, who was very professional and knowledgeable. the store had limited inventory earlier this year but things have turned around. they now carry every one of your golfing needs, and the customer service is outstanding. plus it always feels good to support the local shop. definitely will be coming back in the future!

Well you try to support the local shop and the overall attitude of the staff is short and pure old rude. I asked for an item which they did not carry, open to any and all suggestions they literally shut me down by saying Sorry we dont carry that - Goodbye turned back and that was it - are you serious how about maybe this item is a good maybe even better? So off I went to another store where I bought a different item than originally desired BUT they explained why the other was as good if not possibly better. So I bought my Golf Buddy rather than my Garmin and off to the courses I go. Think twice before going to this place, you may find a better result elsewhere, I sure did.

NY Golf is a terrific place for all things golf. I find the staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They allow potential club buyers to try-out clubs and have a golf swing analyzer to evaluate swing speeds, ball flight, etc.

Im not sure what Robert means because when I came here looking for a GPS/rangefinder, Tom spent a lot of time with me explaining the differences among each model and what he would personally recommend for me. This experience was so much better than the one I had at the PGA Superstore, where no one would help me after fifty minutes of walking through the store.

Fast knowledgeable friendly will use again
