Andy and his team were amazing during my recent visit to the store. They were a great help processing a return that had to be shipped internationally. I highly recommend this location.

Very poor service. They made a mistake on the shipping address. Parcel was given with clearly written to and from addresses. Person entering information clearly made an error and parcel was shipped to my address where it was shipped from. I signed the receipt and did not notice error so I am responsible for their incompetence. All my shipping has been done here for many years. I will never return. BEWARE EVERYONE

This is the one and only UPS store that I go to. I go to the store at different hours on different days. So I have become acquainted with many different staff members. Each and every one on staff has been friendly, courteous and helpful. I always appreciate their kind attention to my needs. Many thanks.

I usually go to this store to drop off the package. People who work there are very nice and their service is pretty fast. I usually dont need to wait much to drop off the package unless there is only one person working with more customers.Overall, very satisfied with their service!

What a service. Just dropped few packages with prepaid labels. The both boys were enthusiastic and went extra mile to help. They were quick.

This is my third time at this store and I can honestly say every time I have been treated so kindly. Each time I came in the employees were very helpful and kind to me. I always use this location. I used to work at another UPS location and the service was nothing like this location.

Very dishonest here. I didnt have my package sealed or anything, i needed a box. It was an expensive pair of sneakers. The young guy who took my item said he would take care of it. He sure did. Amazon never received it. Ups claim i didnt send it from there, when i found my proof, and ask them to check the cameras, the owner said he wasnt going to do that, said it was too far back to look at the cameras. It was only a month. I bet if someone stole from him, he would check the cameras. He prob knew exactly who stole it.It happened again a couple of months later. Now i go the ups by Levittown p.o.. they are very honest there. They care and i never see them give anyone an attitude.

Very good service!!! Fast and effortless the woman who took care of me was very nice, patient, and helpful!! I went to Plainview first and had a horrible experience with a very rude & unprofessional worker who couldnt help me with my Amazon returns then I had to drive to Hicksville but at least now I know not to come back to Plainview and ONLY coming to Hicksville from now on!!

I use UPS quite often. First time at this store and gonna be last time too. They guy working here made such a fuss for a TAPE. I asked him if he could tape the tiny box for me. He says I should consider buying TAPE and that he thinks no one in hicksville has TAPE. Couldnt take it anymore so I said I will buy the freaking TAPE. He replies, why bother when you are getting it done for free.Top of the class customer service!

Manager complained I didnt tape it, asked him if he was going to start charging for it then proceeded to get irate and said he pays $3.49 a roll and if he had to tape everyones box hed be out of business...been going here for years will not be going back!!! Such a shame!!!

Eileen is great, she always helps beyond the limit and helps me even with unloading stuff from my vehicle to be dropped off at UPS .I just go at this location because of her !

Very Poor service. First call, they couldnt locate the tracking number. Then they found it because they didnt pay attention to typing in. However, they denied the package was shipped out from their location. Keep telling me that no tracking information about the package I dropped 2 days ago. Very bad service and my package now was lost.
