Most hilarious conversation. I was willing to pay extra for all their packaging material my only request was they use my shipping label since i have my own rates as a business. They had a book full of excuses as to why it wouldn’t work. Seems like they just don’t want my money! That’s fine because there are a million other businesses which can use the income. Would rather go to them.

The price is right the owner is nice. A wide selection of items. I like it because the items are packaged with class.

Best sugar free cookie selection. Only place in Long Island where I can find Sugar free Rainbow cookies! Also at great prices

I recently started ordering from The Cookie Outlet. Although I have never tasted their products, the first review from one of my recipients was quite favorable. Additionally, they ship very quickly and their Customer Service has been prompt, efficient, friendly (Diane, I think her name was) and overall, outstanding. They really work for your business and to keep the customer happy - an ethic that has too often become a lost art, unfortunately. Great job, Cookie Outlet!

Their cookies are great. I use to buy 5 lbs. of cookies at a time for parties, and make up my own trays. Their prices are very reasonable, the last time I bought cookies there it was like $7 for two pounds, instead of paying $15 a pound in a bakery. They also have candy, mazapan, and trays of cookies already made up. Believe me you wont be sorry you went there.

Came here several years ago. They seem to resell cookies from various bakeries. I dont know if theyre local bakeries. I bought over $60 worth of cookies to try a variety and was very disappointed. Most were old or just didnt taste good. There were no dates on the packages.

Excellent shop. Everything you could ask for cookie wise -- bulk cookies, cookie trays for every occasion, fresh rainbow cookies, nuts, candies -- you name it...They also have great service, and can ship these items anywhere!

Ordered cookies as gift. They contracted with UPS to deliver. Delivery was made to wrong address and lost. They would not honor the agreement, refused to replace the order. The owners attitude was poor. Would not accept responsibility that they sent to wrong street number. I will never order from this business again. They did say that they would ship my order again if I paid $60 dollars and had already lost $76 for non-delivery.

My absolute favorite place to go for cookies! I buy from them for every party and at Christmas time. I even buy platters to bring with me when invited to a party. Great cookies and Great service!

As a loyal customer, it is unfortunate that I am writing this negative review based on the handling of my customer service issue related to my holiday order. I placed my order on December 7th and requested the the 4 items be shipped to my office on December 15th in time for delivery to my customers. Although a partial receipt of my order was received at my office on December 18th, the remaining 3 items never arrived as confirmed by my staff. I contacted the company by email in early January and did not hear back so I called today to follow-up. According to Dianne, the company shipped (1) 12lb shipment to my office that should have contained all 4 items - the fact is 1 box arrived with 1 item as confirmed by the person who signed for the package. Although it is possible that this company inadvertantly shipped the wrong package to me shorting me 3 items, the owner is unwilling to to further investigate this or refund or credit my account. I was told that I should have called on the day that they order was received if it was wrong - I am attaching photos of the web site that has no terms and conditions or refund/exchange policy - As the saying goes, buyer beware....as long as you receive 100% of your order you should be OK however if something goes wrong, they are unwilling to issue credit or refund or better yet, send the order again -

Why pay supermarket prices when you can get cookies from the source? Buy the 5 lb box of rainbow cookies to send to my daughter in NC because no one knows what a rainbow cookies is outside if the metro area
