Our ac unit wasn’t cooling our house so we called eanes. We found out our old unit had a leak and was extremely old so we decided to get a new unit. My fiancé took the day off from work on the date we had scheduled for the new unit. The day before the installation they call and tell us they don’t have a part they need to install the ac. I’d say a month if not longer goes by and still no unit. We were using a window unit that we borrowed from a friend but it was not cooling our whole house. Eanes said they would give us another window unit for the other side of the house. They gave us a date and time frame for that. No body ever showed up, nor did they call to inform us they were not coming. Another month goes by and we finally have our new ac. That’s great and all but they left a huge hole in the ceiling after telling us they would hire someone to come out and fix it. Well we got the new unit at the end of July it is now about the end of SEPTEMBER. They have not once called about fixing the hole in our ceiling. We haven’t heard from them at all. We called them about the ceiling. Chris said he would look into it. Have not heard back from him and it’s been days. I will NEVER use eanes again nor do I recommend them. This has been a nightmare start to finish. I want the hole in my ceiling fixed

I have been a loyal customer of Eanes through the years and have always had excellent customer service. There were some issues with an installation, which was not Eanes fault, and they made it right. Excellent customer service, professional technicians and an organization that cared for my family needs during regular business hours and even after hours. Recently Gary came out and took great care to correct an environmental issue we were having and resolved it in less than a week. Kudos to Gary!! I recommend Eanes unconditionally!!

Gene arrived on time. He was patient and polite in introducing himself and listening to me explain my concerns. He spent over an hour in my brutally hot attic assessing my unit. His knowledge was broad and thorough which he used to evaluate my unit only to find it was running perfectly well! The cost of his visit? No charge. There was nothing to fix. Eanes replaced our entire system a few years ago, and we were and still are so happy with their work.We needed it to be serviced (during a heatwave, no less), and Jacob, our tech, was fantastic. I called Eanes in desperation. It was so hot in our house and I couldn’t take it anymore. I had heard about Eanes a few times but never needed anyone. I called and they scheduled a technician. Chad arrived and blew my mind with his knowledge, patience with my lack of knowledge, kindness. I wasn’t expecting to be so pleased with the service. He worked hard for a while to get the system fixed and we the difference is unreal! It has been cold in our house a couple of times!!Fingers crossed that Chad is our technician every time. I was so pleased with this experience that I purchased the Annual Service Plan. I would recommend them to anyone!
Andrew is AMAZING! Very professional and helpful. The reason for the 3 star review... I have been a customer for the past 2 years both commercial and residential. I have recently noticed a difference in the customer service aspect of things when I call to schedule an appointment. Its like they are now reading from a script. Almost robotic sounding, I did not like that at all! I had to answer the exact same questions twice last week regarding the age of my unit. Were there no notes made from my first call? Very time-consuming when trying to schedule a service appointment.
Yesterday we used your services for the first time. We had an appointment for Friday but you were able to come sooner and help us. Andrew Speer came and assisted us. Andrew was personal and friendly. He was excellent and efficient. He explained the service that was offered. Our air conditioner is running better than ever. My only regret is not using your company earlier.

I have been pleased with the service I have received from Eanes.I especially recommend their service man Victor. He is alwaysmost interested that you are pleased with the service he has provided.
I was told by the Eanes team that my control board and furnace had failed and needed a replacement.I got not confirmation of time or date of the arrival except the day we had the salesmen comeout.The team arrived at 7:30am on the agreed upon day. About 4 hours later they said there was an issue with the thermostat, it was shorting the new control board - which is exactly the issue we had initially with the old control-board and furnace.They said they needed to rewire the thermostat to a new location because there was a short on the circuit and they couldnt figure out what it was.After drilling a hole into my wall and installing the new thermostat at another location - the short error continued to happen.At 1:30pm they left and said - they had done everything they could and they put in a request to have another technician come out.The other technician arrived later that day - spent another 5 hours and couldnt figure out what the short circuit was coming from and called yet another technician.At 7pm the third technician showed up only to find out that the short circuit was a misplaced connector on my outside unit and that neither the furnace, or the control board or the thermostat or the need to drill a hole into my wall was the issue.Almost $6000 later I have a massive hole in the wall of my hallway that was unecessary, a new furnace - that was unecessary and a new control board - which according to your own technician could also have been unecessary to start with, and a new thermostat which was also unecessary.Im very unhappy, extremely frustrated and disappointed with how we were treated as one more sale for your monthly goal and there was very little to no transparency in that process.I also received a credit card? from Synchrony Bank which was not mentioned at all during the contracting part when we were mistakenly convinced that we needed a new control board and furnace and now I have to spend more time to go try to sort this mess out and figure out what it all means because nothing - much like the furnace situation - was explained to me or my wife.We reach out to you - expecting you to be experts and help us throughout the process - mainly because we dont understand refrigeration but thats the opposite of what we got here.We will not be recommending Eanes any time soon and we truly hope we dont have to ever rely on your services - at least not with what our experience was over the last week or so.Now - I have to go find someone to fix the hole on my hallway, call this new credit card that showed up at my door to figure out what thats all about and handle the mess of what just happened - oh and pay the bill - which, again, was unecessary.Words can not describe how my wife and I feel right now with all of this.

Eanes was my choice of 3 HVAC firms 6 years ago when I replaced my system. There were competitively priced but their expertise was well above the other firms. They continue to deliver excellence in the routine maintenance they provide for my system. I Highly Recommend Them.
We had our first technician (Jacob) out to our home to do a walk through of what was wrong with our AC unit. He explained that there was a leak in our system and that our unit needed about 3 gallons of refrigerant. Then, we had another technician out that told us something completely different was wrong with the system. After our second visit, we had to wait about a week with no AC for the part to come in. The technician who came out and made the repair (Mark) was supposed to arrive between 12 and 4 so I took took half of a day off of work. The technician did not arrive until 5pm. No one called to provide us with an update or to apologize for the inconvenience. We noticed after he left that there was nothing noted on the invoice showing that he added more refrigerant to the system, just checked the charge of the unit. This was a little confusing to us and so we simply called into the office for clarification. The first time we called in, they transferred us to a voicemail that was full, the second time, they put me on hold for 15 minutes and the call was disconnected, the third time they stated that they would give us a call back once they had an answer. No one ever reached out to us with an update. We reached out again today, they set us up with another appointment because apparently it was too difficult for them to reach out to an employee of their own company to verify whether or not this took place. They were also not able to connect me with any member of their management team. I will have to take another half day from work for them to come out to my home and check the refrigerant when this should have been taken care of in the last visit.
Bryan and Paul were fantastic on the installation. They arrived early and at least one of my units was always on keep the house cool. I cannot say enough good things about Eanes from their customer service to Keith who was extremely professional. The price was fair and installation was seamless thank you all at Eanes well done extremely satisfied customer.

All 3 techs who’ve come out for different jobs have been friendly, good listeners and good communicators. The scheduling process has been easy, accurate and well organized. The payment process is easy. I like that they send a little bio about each tech over in a text before the tech arrives. Eanes has done 2 repairs for me and both solutions were simple and effective. Techs have been good about making recommendations without being pushy or trying too hard to upsell services. I switched to Eanes for HVAC service from a different company and am very pleased with the change.
First of all William was an OUTSTANDING representative and technician for Eanes! We had a A/C cleaning and PM scheduled and found a failing blower motor. It would have been very expensive to replace in a 23 year old unit.William professionally shared the status and quote to repair, then asked it I was willing to hear an option. While the final solution will cost more, it was a better investment in the long run.Additionally, William was able to provide and install an interim solution the same day at no additional cost based on the overall HVAC decision we made.Great job.

I contacted Eanes on a Sunday because my AC no longer was blowing cool air. They had a technician on site that same day. The technician (Cory) was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He explained what the problem was, what he could do to fix it, and explained pricing up front. I booked Eanes to complete the repair, which they did today. The same technician came out and did another excellent job. I really like the text notification in advance of the technician arriving, with a picture of the tech and some of his background. This is one of the most professional and well done experiences Ive had with this type of repair company. Well done! Youve got a customer for life!
Great service. The technician, Billie, was really nice and a pleasure to talk to. He helped us with our issue and answered some other questions we had about additional services. A very good experience overall.
Very poor experience from start ( 4 weeks ago) until today ( pending issues). Install crew was rushed and did a very poor job. Compressor not level ( see pic), air leak elsewhere etc.. When I asked about the compressor not being level I was told it is by design so water runs off. Install crew also could not make unit work with my Nest thermostat, so after a while I was told Nest is not compatible ( per installer this happens sometimes ?) and the Honeywell thermostat was installed. Install crew then decided to take the Nest without asking ??? When I called a few days later about an air leak the gentleman that came to fix this also worked on some electrical connections. When I asked him why he stated that several safety features were not completed during install. He also asked if the install crew had informed me that they needed to return so I can only assume several things were not done properly. No, they did not inform me that they would need to return. The gentleman said he couldnt level the outdoor unit, that was a two-man job, and someone would get back to me for an appointment. Also mentioned the Nest thermostat to him, he said it would be taken care of. A few days after not hearing anything I contacted Eanes through their website and got a call from the installation supervisor who then came out to look at everything. Several further issues were found and the way it was installed it would not have passed inspection. Several issues were documented and would supposedly be addressed quickly - including the Nest. I did get a call that evening and we set (yet another) appointment for a crew to fix the issues. The crew came, addressed the issues, so that is taken care of ( 3 weeks in total). What did the crew not bring ? The Nest. I was told a service tech would reach out to me to install that. That was 6 days ago, since then dead silence. I find it amazing that one can spend over 8k on a unit and this is the quality of service we receive. We have been a repeat customer from Eanes for several years, but based on this we will take out future business elsewhere.UPDATE: finally received our Nest, a brand new one. Start to finish 27 days.

Danny was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions specifically about my AC unit in maintenance tests ran/ clean parts as well as an update on my heater unit. He was here to do a check up on my older working AC unit that was having no issues. He also went into my crawl space and checked out my heater and relayed to me exactly when important parts of it had been replaced. He is very knowledgeable and competent about my 26 year old AC and heater units. I will request that he is the technician to come back to my home for the heater checkup maintenance this fall.I had never used Eanes before, but he talked to me about this company in a positive way as where it’s status is now and the bright future for this company. The truck he arrived in was bright and clean looking and looked newer. Everything about his visit and exam of my system was very professional. Although he is a newer employee for Eanes, he is a very experienced HVAC tech just new to our area. I felt confident in him and this company.
Jakob from Eanes was determined to find the problem to our a/c upstairs unit. He worked for hours in our attic to get an expansion valve replaced. The summer heat is an uncomfortable place to be for any time in an attic. My AC system was 24 years old, OEM from when the house was built. It was leaking R22 so needed to be replaced. I opted for a top of the line Lennox heat pump with a propane back up furnace. My goal was primarily to reduce my propane heating bill which was oppressive and reduce my summer cooling cost as well. The new system is very quiet and really holds the temperature constant all day. The system was not cheap but, then again, you get what you pay for. The installation team did a fabulous job. Very neat and professional. When they left you would not know they were there except for all the new equipment installed. I see this as the beginning for a long relationship with Eanes. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely horrible. We received a brand new unit last year and it has already broke in the dead of summer. We waited a week for the part to come in to fix it with the temperature getting up to 87 upstairs. (where all are bedrooms are) it was fixed 2 days ago and is now broken again. I called and they said someone could come Monday (2 days from now). Do not use this place!

Every technician that has come to our house has been exemplary in customer service. Our technician Evan was super helpful; even gave us a tutorial of our thermostat after he finished his work.
Poor experience. Tech suggested a new unit for $12k. After 2nd option the fix was cleaning the drain pipe. Had much better experience in the past with Eanes.

Ive been with Eanes for over 10 years since I replaced both my AC and heating units with Carrier equipment years back. I worked with Keith in their High Point division when I had a decades old gas heating system under my 1946 home, Eanes did a great job and there were no extra charges - although I know it was little more challening than new homes. I also added a new Carrier A/C system and it has been great. The only issue I had with a part on that unit was replaced under warranty at no cost.Ive been very happy with this company, all of their technicians have been very professional and courteous and seem to know what they are doing.

The two technicians Chris and Braxton that came to install my new AC/heat unit were very professional and proficient in their workmanship. They cleaned up the area when they were finished, kept me up to date during the entire installation process, answered any questions that I had and showed me how to use my new thermostats. I would highly recommend them, they were thorough.
Everyone from beginning to end (Daniel, Ken, Wilbert and his crew, and Gene and his crew) ALL were very professional, patient, understanding and helpful in clearly explaining the process with me of what was needed for my system as well as what to expect in the coming days. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. They all had great customer service skills. This was a very good experience and 10x better than what I experienced two summers ago with a different company when my AC unit went out and it took weeks to fix because of shipping parts from Texas, or availability. That company had no concern at all that it was 90°F in my home and I had an infant. I was just another person on the to do list. Not with Eanes, there was a minor mixup on the schedule but when I called to explain they made arrangements to come out the very next morning.I have a home insurance account and couldve used them and it maybe would have cost less but in my experience quality isnt cheap so I still chose Eanes over $$ which says alot. When it comes to money they have multiple options to choose from and they werent pushy, so dont let that stop you from calling. Im glad I stuck with my gut and called the experts this time around. My house is cool and I slept like a baby. Thanks to ALL of you Guys. They say you better call Saul...I say you better call Eanes!!!

Eanes used to be a good company to provide maintenance and service. They now have a call center to take your calls. Its next to impossible to speak with anyone working for Eanes on the phone. The service is still outstanding but 90% of the time they are later than expected. The technicians are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The cost of fixing a problem is outrageous!!! I ask for an itemized statement and was told they do not,would not provide one after work was completed and paid for. Im very dissatisfied with the unhelpful attitude of the Eanes employees Ive spoke with. Im seriously thinking of not renewing my service contract this year.

Terrible company, they dont have any communication with each other, sales person promised outside filter installation, they installed it after their 3rd visit. I called them after every visit to point out missing services that are promised. Now after they install outside filter for HVAC unit, all air pumped inside to house from old filters spot which is 20x20 and sucks all air, basically no air comes from small air grills but big one. I am scared about when they will come to fix this and what they will break or change next. It is like a nightmare, I hope I can get it fixed before winter.

Chris and Braxton installed a new furnace/air handler/AC coil for us this past week, and they did a great job. They overcame some hurdles and challenges with intelligence and professionalism. Any issues that arose were addressed and dealt with to our satisfaction.The job site was left clean and free of debris, and they were even great to our dogs. Eanes is recommended.

From the moment we contacted them to check for an issue and through the process of having to install an entire new system, they were diligent and professional! Mo was our rep and he took time to explain needs for repair in terms that made sense...He never once tried to upsell us or push for anything further than what we could afford. We appreciate his passion for his job and how he helped us get through this transition with understanding. They offered options and comparable rates that worked incredibly well for our budget. Each employee did a great job providing feedback and updates on everything to ensure we stayed looped in from start to finish. Everyone who visited our home took precautions of wearing masks and helping us to feel safe while work was being done! Beyond 5 star service! Blair came out today to perform maintenance on my HVAC system. From the get-go, the service offered was exceptional. Was having issues with the system and he worked to get things back to normal. I have used Eanes for several years to service my HVAC twice a year. The few occasions when I had problems they always put me as a priority and a tech would arrive in less than 24 hours. The tech that comes most often is Chad and I cant say enough good things about him. He takes his time to carefully inspect the unit, he changes my air filters (a blessing since I have 11 foot ceilings), even cleans the outer grates. He wears shoe covers and is very careful to lower the attic ladder so it doesnt scratch my wood floors. This time he even took time to find a tiny nail that had fallen out of the house number on my door and put it back in for me. It may not seem like much to people but it is indicative of his quality work and character. I always request that Chad be the workman they send because I have seen his work ethic. A friend had highly recommended Eanes and I am so glad I took their advice. I would highly recommend Eanes to anyone.

We are very pleased with the quality of service we received from Victor Ayala. I would highly recommend them.Follow up visit due to our HVAC broke down. Josh was able to determine the issue and due to the age of the system we have decided to replace it instead of repairing it.
