Awful experience. Let me start by saying, I told Randy what was going on with the car and how it won’t crank. and he quoted me a decent price (obviously cheaper than the MERCEDES BENZ dealership )BUT after a week, they didn’t even diagnose the car !!! THEY asked to drop it off in the front of there driveway. Then, I find out it’s the neighboring business driveway. So the were very rude about getting the car moved out of there driveway after a week. The owner quoted me for labor and part of it was to be outsourced; because of his limitations. I understood that part. But the part comes ready to plug in. Not a single screw needs to be removed to install. Takes 2 minutes to remove and replace the ecm on the top of the engine on a CLS 550. Just an air intake has to be removed. They made me feel like they didn’t want to look further into the problem with my car, since it wasn’t a quick fix.The receptionist is very proud to be rude with customers, because she has to hear it from the owner. she brags about it ” I am the way I am, with all my customers and if they don’t like it, oh well”I Will not spend my money with a business that doesn’t take care of their customers. All this to say.... I didn’t save any time or money with this buisness. Plus I spent an hour trying to make this understandable and to the point.

Do not take your car to this shop (if you could even call it that). I’ve had a terrible experience with these people and I would not wish it on anyone. There is a drastic lack of urgency and care for the customer. I’ve been without my vehicle for about two months now and they still can’t give me a diagnosis. Needless to say, I will never make the mistake of fooling with these people again and I will be taking my business to an actual Mercedes dealership.
