This is long overdue. I have an 2001 kia optima that was hit in the parking lot at work. Ken/Owner was extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable. He went over and beyond looking for a headlight assembly part that would save me from buying the whole set assembly - (a new Kia headlight assembly is around $700) Isom automotive is a 5 star business (in a sea of zeros), period. Ken and his staff get another 5 stars for excellent customer service efforts. They are consistent and professional, friendly and kind. Chuck and his sons always go out of their way to help me in any way they can to keep my car serviced an on the road. And I appreciate that. They are reasonably priced on their service. and dont try to put stuff on a car that you dont really need. Ive also purchased tires for my vehicle from them which were also reasonably priced and good tires for the money. And I always see them for my car inspection. And have used them for oil changes in the past. So its definitely been great all around service for my vehicle.

They were my go to guys but after this last time I cant trust them anymore. I ended up paying them double the amount they said it would cost to have my car fixed just to turn around and have my car overheat on me after leaving their shop. Apparently one of them didnt properly put my car parts back on and it ended up causing me to have to replace my water pump. Smh Get it together fellas!

This business has illegally used my families lots to park their vehicles and has systematically refused to stop trespassing on our properties. It has gotten to the extent that we are finally having to pursue legal action to stop their actions. This is not a legitimate business.

Bigoted people. Homophobic and transphobic. A local woman was hanging up activism signs opposing sexual harassment on some abandoned property and one of them ran over there, called her a male anti-gay slur, and ripped them down. They clearly support sexism. The woman above has to ride by their shop and they spread lies calling her a he-she, yell f*ggot at her, etc.
