Brandon was great in helping us find a mattress we were satisfied with. We have visited the High Point location a few times before and each time we were left on our own to try out mattresses. Brandon was a huge help, he asked us questions that would help him help us in what would work better for us. We ended up buying a mattress that we were happy with and are now waiting for it to be delivered. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice before we left.

We had a great experience with Mattress Firm! The quality, price, and delivery of our new bed were all great! We bought a mattress, movable base, pillows, and bamboo sheets set. It has been around a year and we still LOVE our bed! I highly recommend the movable bases at Mattress Firm, and the bamboo sheets we bought are AMAZING! The people we worked with were friendly and super knowledgable. Our doggo loves the bed too. :)

Do NOT shop at Mattress Firm High Point. They fraud their customers by using misleading language and upselling you. If you decide to use their financing options, they will tell you you are approved for 10% more than you are actually approved for, because the bank they finance with let’s you go 10% over the line of credit. However, they phrase it so it seems like you are approved for all of it.. if they say you are approved for 1,100 you are only approved for 1,000. If they say you are approved for 2,200; you are only approved for 2,000. They make you think the approval is there but it isn’t. There is no way of finding this out until it goes on your credit report. Will never be shopping here again and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. New homeowners beware! They will prey on you and up your line of credit without your knowledge or consent, and tell you that you paid the difference between the credit line and the balance; when in reality, you only pay the difference between the 10% extension and the balance, and you won’t find out they upped the credit line without your consent until it goes on your credit report. I had money in hand and would have GLADLY paid it if they had told us the ACTUAL balance, however their deceit is costing them another sale from us. We had budgeted 1,000 dollars for a down payment on a mattress and would have used all of it! Because we thought the customer service was good we had planned to go back to buy a bed for our guest room. However after being tricked into a larger line of credit than we were told we were taking, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future. My parents were also in the market for a new Tempurpedic. I had told them what a great store we purchased from and they had been planning to go after they finished moving us in. I will be making sure they are made aware of the fraud at this business so they will not be scammed and can take their business elsewhere. I will never shop at this or ANY other Mattress Firm in the future. If you don’t want to have a larger line of credit than you had intended to have or were told you had, do NOT go to this store. They have and WILL commit fraud with hardworking customers under the guise of customer service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mattress Firm in High Point on Main Street. I hate buying mattresses with a passion but Ian Turner did a fabulous job getting me what I wanted in the budget I gave him. Labor Day sales are great and savings was over $900!I haven’t been sleeping well on my current mattress because it was WAY beyond time to replace. Don’t judge me...it is at least 20 years old and far past it’s prime. But like I said, I hate mattress shopping, much less during a pandemic. Can you say anxiety?!!! Safety measures were impeccable! Here’s to better rest with just two more sleeps on this old mess of a mattress I currently have. If you’re in High Point and in the market for a new mattress, tell Ian I sent you. SO ready for better sleep!

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm - High Point. My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress in which I was interested. I had done extensive product research prior to going into the store, but the sales person Jamie still was able to answer questions about the product and was clearly an expert. This is my second purchase at Mattress Firm and I will plan to go back in the future.

Updated review: From the start Chuck, the assistant store manager, has been super helpful. There was a hiccup along the way. Things happen. As soon as Chuck was notified and looped in he was incredibly helpful and apologetic. He handled the situation with professionalism, upstanding character, and true concern. It is very clear he cares about his job and the customers that walk through the door.Even though my purchase was not a high dollar purchase he treated me as though I had spent thousands of dollars.Thank you for turning this around and treating me with nothing but respect. I have always gotten my mattresses from furniture stores and they worked fine... until I realized what I had been missing by not going to Mattress Firm. My sales associate MIKE was the best. He showed us around, educated us, fitted us with the PERFECT mattress, and even got us financed (which was a miracle I wasnt expecting)! When got nervous about prices or was unsure about spending the money, he never tried to act like a used car salesman and try to pressure me into buying something I wasnt comfortable with. After everything was said and done we talked for a while. He even checked up with us after delivery! Never going to anywhere else for a mattress again. Thanks Mattress Firm!

So I have had the same mattresses since I was little and I’m 25 (yeah it’s been that long). So I was worried about going shopping for new ones but I went to the Mattress Firm in high point and the guy was so nice his name was Charles Johnson.. he didn’t give me bad vibes that he was going to rip me off and even went out of his way to get my mattresses the same weekend my bed was coming! Overall I got a great deal cause my family was like wow with a big chain like that how did you get a deal like that? Oh and love having new ones all I want to do is sleep now!

I would like to take the time to thank the staff at the mattress firm for all you help and experience. We changed our bed frame and it had a different base . Mike at high point figured out that I needed a different base and made it so I wouldn’t have to buy a new frame and they even deliver for free . Thank you again .

I recently visited the Mattress Firm store located in High Point, NC. My sales representative was Mike Landers. He is an awesome sales representative. I had no idea what I wanted. I had not done any research. I just left it up to Mr. Landers to help me. He was very patient and helpful. He offered multiple options for me to test. He asked me if I had any sleep issues or pain. He helped me choose the best mattress for my needs. I didn’t want the adjustable frame, but after testing it, I changed my mind. I definitely recommend Mike Landers when you’re ready for a new mattress!

Proving once again that Mother knows best.. I had done my research and was ready to purchase a Bed-In-A-Box mattress from one of the trendy online retailers when my mother suggested (insisted) that I just go try a few in person first. All I can say is I am very glad I did. I ended up with a very different mattress than what I thought I wanted. The Mattress Firm High Point SuperCenter made it quick and easy, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and I ended up with a mattress I love at a very comparable price to the ones online!

I was warmly greeted by Alex Shelton who was extremely knowledgeable about all the beds, mattress sizes, firmness, coils, ratings and taught me things I hadn’t even considered when buying a new mattress. After laying on a few and not having a pushy person convince me to purchase something I wouldn’t like, I finally decided on a Simmons! Alex told me about payment options and delivery schedule. I walked out a happy customer and would recommend Alex and Mattress Firm to anyone looking! Salesman are a big deciding factor when I purchase items especially big ticket items. We are really pleased with the customer service provided by Andrew Lindberg. It was Saturday evening when we went in to shop for bunk bed mattresses. Andrew was very informative and a great help to us. We ended up buying bunk bed mattresses and king size mattress (that we did not initially plan on getting) . Went looking for an upgrade. They were very helpful. We settled on a previously purchased mattress only to find out that it had been sold by another store and they didnt notify the team at High Point. They honored the discount price on a new mattress.

After having to deal with a mislabeled product in the store and an error in the system, he stood by his word based on how the product was marked on te floor. I highly recommend Jack and this High Point store for all of your mattress needs. They are FAR BETTER than the other 3 competitors in the nearby radius.
