Closest grocery to us so picked it by default. Personnel are generally nice, meat selection is acceptable, produce is average, bakery and sandwich area quite good. Pharmacy is consistent.

Always a friendly staff. The store is always arranged so tidy and neat. They have the best sushi in any supermarket ever. Sadly they are now closing at 9pm 😪😪...totally awesome store. Recommend to everyone. Stay great!!!

Its always a pleasure to shop at Publix. Everyone on staff is super friendly and they all go above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate my desires. The item I wanted yesterday at the deli counter (their delicious and tender Mojo Pork) was not offered yesterday but I was told to call ahead next time and if they have it in stock they will prepare it for me any day! 😀

This store is very nice and exceptionally clean. The employees are friendly and go above and beyond to assist customers needs. I also love the already put together combos they sell in the butcher department. You just pop it in the oven and make your sides. They also are one of the cheapest pharmacies on certain medications. Its all around a great place to grocery shop.

Ordered hoagies with my coworkers twice at this location. The hoagies definitely were delicious. Made just as we asked.My only complaint is the second time we ordered, the guy who prepared the hoagies didnt label them, which caused us to have to open each sub in order to determine which hoagie belonged to who.

Like to mind my business, but when I need help there is always someone willing to offer it.

This review is for the bakery. I ordered 70 cupcakes with a days notice and the bakery was on point. My class absolutely loved them!! They kept asking me where I got them like it was from some fancy bakery and when I told them Publix they couldnt believe it. $45 for 70 cupcakes was a steal! I would have paid more than double for the quality! Absolutely delish!! Order something from the bakery..you will not be disappointed!!

If you want true variety in a grocery store this is the place to go. They accept EBT & have many healthy choices. From gluten-free to non-dairy yogurt.

Outstanding. The place is clean. I’ve never been approached for money in the parking lot. The employees are attentive and seem willing to assist me. They seem to have a good attitude and work ethic. I’m impressed. Keep up the good work guys. Oh they got food too. But you can go get food in a lot of places. Getting your food here is just a step above the others.

Publix is a superior grocery store in High Point. Being an avid Harris Teeter shopper for over 17 years, I wish Publix existed back then I would have eaten more fresh food! Publix produce is much fresher, their pre-packaged cooked food prepared by its staff is far better. Their bakery items they bake in house are far better! I just wish there was one in Northwest High Point.The staff are extra friendly too. Thanks Publix.

Love the steamed seafood they have here. You pick it theyll steam it for you they do an excellent job of wrapping it up to so when you get home depending on how far you like your food will still be hot.

Clean store, Friendly helpful Staff. Not as High Priced as people say, and you dont have to worry about your Cart rolling downhill. A plus for mothers of young children.

As someone who moved to North Carolina from South Florida, I was excited when they decided to open a Publix here. I absolutely love this store and my only complaint is the Deli. No one in that place knows how to cut cheese. Even worse is that they get annoyed when you tell them it is too thick. They show you one thin piece and then cut it thicker to complete the order. Since I am paying $10 for a pound of cheese, I want it cut the way I want not the way that you want to cut it. The last 4 x it has been the same way., I will take my business elsewhere.

Its a little on the high side but its a nice place food is great and people are always willing to help you.

My first visit and was very impressed with store and product selections.

I will NEVER return to this Publix location. The employee by the name of Renee was extremely rude and bitter. I had never experienced anything like this any of the other times that I’ve been here. Maybe it’s because she’s an older lady. However, that is very unprofessional and no one should have to deal with that. It’s sad that she’s the reason Publix will lose customers.

This was my first time actually shopping here, my girlfriend and I went 7/20/21 around 9 pm. We saw the Deli open and decided to try a sub. Idk if they were new or not, but the young lady taking our orders were so slow. They also burnt the bread of both of our subs. So that was whatever, but the worst part is the checkout experience. Whoever the young caucasian woman with glasses and black/brown hair was, made us feel uncomfortable as she was deliberately standing on her tippy toes to ensure we scanned each item. And we did. I felt like it was due to our race because she didn’t treat anyone else that way, we noticed. Other than that, we found everything we needed which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

Brand new store with a lot of extras. Deli sandwiches, cakes, and all kinds of of stuff in this place. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Always feel respected there. Sanely organized, easy to navigate, highest grade and freshest produce andpackaged goods and highest grade meats, poultry, seafood, fresh and or frozen. Clean environment. Intelligently operated and employees are dedicated to superior customer service, make eye contact, and dont appear haggard or downtrodden due from poor management.A sigh of relief; worth every extra penny, nickel and dime to return home not feeling Ive run a marathon race on a hit afternoon!that 3 and best fudh a meat selections fresh and frozen. Pharmacy is busy but I still am tested as if no Im their only customer.

Very clean store, very helpful staff. Employees act like the enjoy being at work and it shows in the way they talk to you. Other grocery stores it seems more common that employees see you as interrupting them, at this Publix I never feel that way. Good selection of upper mid range grocery items. The only criticism I could pose is that the store layout is a bit awkward and constraining. Nice place though, is one of my usual sources for food.

Publix is the best supermarket chain in America, in my opinion. The only reason that I didnt give it five stars is because the stores outside of Florida are not quite as good as the stores in Florida.

This review is for the curbside pickup only!!My order was only a few items and it was ready early that was the only good part ...when I went to go pick it up I had to wait almost 20 minutes and I was the only car waiting for a pickup the whole time I seen plenty of employees outside collecting carts so I was lost at why I had to wait so long for 6 items I guess next time I will go inside myself

Got my prescription for free!! And in walking around realized the prices were lower than other stores I shop at.

We had been to publix in winston salem and i can say this one is better. All employees are so freindly. Good variety of products. I liked the sushi section and bakery. 4 star because we spent an hour getting wic and still couldnt get it because their computer wasnt ringing the items that were under wic.

Really good market. Publix is one of the few markets locally available where we can find all the products we need without having to run to multiple stores. We love the deli (carries Boars Head meats). The soups are good (weekly menu picture included)). The variety of produce and packaged goods is also a plus. The fresh bread available is reasonable though I think at least one of the local Harris Teeter stores offers a better variety. Publix is definitely worth the extra drive for quality groceries.

This Publix location is why I favor shopping with this chain. I ordered items for a family that loss a loved one and one of the main items was missing. Ryan the manager went over and beyond and personal to, the chicken being delivered, THANK you so much Ryan, and Publix thank you for hiring an amazing store manager!!! I love in GA and having this task completed for me meant the world to me!!!!!

I really loved this store and enjoyed shopping here, especially since there are signs when you go in stating how customers are required to wear masks. I have even heard it again emphasized over the speakers. Well, thats the extent of it. They love producing a false sense of security to get people in and get their money, but Publix does not care about your safety or their own policies. This policy is not enforced at all.An employee in the meat department also does not wear a mask. I was told this employee has a doctors note. However, he was still allowed on the floor in close distance with customers and did not even wear a face shield.Publix is fine with deceiving its customers. However, it seems to draw the line with enforcing public health measures for the safety of its customers.

Great crusty bread. ..some grocers do not know how to bake a hard crusty bread.

The deli takes forever to make a sub, there are never any chickens done during dinner time and the self checkouts constantly ring up a different price than advertised.
