I purchased a F350 with a 12 ft. service bed for my construction business on 2/18/2021 from Dillon. I paid $13,100 cash for taxes and tags out the door. On 4/5/2021 I had to text Dillon to see where the tags were, 46 days later. I did receive the tag on later that day but was still 16 days past the 30-day tag he had given us. 3 days later we were pulled over by NCDOT for not having proper plates on the truck. After looking at the paperwork the truck didnt have a weight tag and was registered improperly with a gross weight of #6000, The truck weights over #8000 lbs. empty. NCDOT give us a verbal warning since he could see that the truck was just brought. He stated that the truck needed to be parked until the proper tags was purchased. I contracted Dillon on 4/08/2021 and he said he would like into it. I sent him a picture of the tag and the paperwork that came with the tag. 4 days go by and no response, so i texted him again on 4/12/2021 and he said he would asked someone again about it. On 4/16/2021 I sent another text saying I needed update, meanwhile this truck is a paper weight at my office because NCDOT told us to park it. Dillon then said he would have someone contract me once again by noon on 4/16/2021 and you guessed it, no one called. At 1:38pm on 4/16/2021 another text was sent to him stating that no follow up call was done and again on 4/18/2021 and again on 4/19/2021. On 4/19/2021 he sends me a pic that shows a plate fee of 38.75 and said that the weighed plates are higher. and that they wouldnt take care of it. So now Im here looking to get this resolved so we can drive the truck I bought in February back on the road, so I can stop losing money due to the fact we can’t drive it. I have contacted the DMV and the women said it is the responsibility of the seller and the person getting the tags to declare the right weight. And that the Vin# weight needs updated to included current gross weight. This is very concerning that a commercial truck sales company that has been in business for 11 years doesnt make sure that this information is correct. At this point all i want is a weighted tag to cover the current gross weight. As time moves forward, I will have no choice but to go after lost revenue. Also, their customer service is so great that he hung up on my today.

This was a great place to find our family van. Worked with Dylan and he did a great job. He treated us with respect and was honest in helping us find the ideal situation. This was a small place where they still treat you with respect and as family and not just a number or a sale. I recommend Dylan to help you find what you are looking for and Logan was awesome in helping us in the checkout process.

Bought my 2008 GMC 3500 Crew Cab almost one year ago. Dillon was exceptionally helpful in answering my questions and allowing my mechanic to inspect the vehicle.The price was fair and the truck has performed flawlessly doing everything I need it to do.I would be very comfortable buying another vehicle from this dealership especially if Dillon is the person I get to deal with as the sales person.

Went to buy a van the salesman was very nice had me trusting him I let him know I have 4 grandchildren that are with me alot and needed a van I could trust. He showed me a booklet on the warranty looked great. The van started making noises so I called was told to take to a mechanic and give him the warranty. Pulled out my papers and the warranty wasnt the one I was shown. This one didnt cover half of what the one I was shown covered. Now I need a power steering pump and its loosing water from somewhere. Will not ever buy another vehicle from them. Now my daughter needs a vehicle and staying clear of them. Ive only had the van 3 months wish I could return it.In response to to you I didnt bring my can back months later for you to fix anything. I only suspected that the van need a water pump that wasnt it. It was the radiator a s the radiator fan was all cracked and broken so $400 dollars later it is fixed. As for the warranty I was shown a brochure for a different warranty I should had looked closer to the paper work I signed. Lesson learned dont trust car dealers and read your paper work before signing.

They Real nice to you until they get your $$ SmH I’m stil waiting on a Sunvisor For a vehicle that I purchased from them over forty days ago (oh I’m aware of the the terms) But that goes out the window when I was promised one from the seller lol Then when I returned for the Visor Only too get Yelled by asking a question BY THE so called owner Hilarious.. than was told too calm down when I was just standing there looking at his fool self looking crazy lol than he gets more maddening when I asked where the guy or the pregnant lady whom I was dealing with the before ..Guess pregnant lady was in the back yelling something idk So Unprofessional.. Oh I called her after I left to complain about the lil Man dude who was disrespectful Her pregnant self states that she didn’t hear all that commotion (lol) And she was in the back with her Grandma (WtF) idgaf about ya Grandma lol Again yea Crazy Crazy Crazy.. nice cars but U GOTTA HAVE THICK SKIN when you deal with These Folks (typical) So yea I never got my sunvisor from them because they are STILL ORDERING IT from VanYork which is up the road lol sixty days and stil counting lol

First of all ... I will say the staff was very pleasant . But that is about all I will say positively .I bought a 2008 Subaru Legacy three months ago and since then have had numerous problems with it . The most recent problem was the motivation for me writing this review ... my transmission gave out last week ...This was certainly the straw that broke the camels back. After replacing two fuses and three tire bolts (nearly lost a tire), I am so disappointed with this expirience as my first car. I bought the car for 7k ... which was already over my budget, now having to spend 2k more to replace the transmission ?Wish I would have gone elsewhere to say the least ...As I was sitting in the Johnsons Bros office a woman came in and said her car that she bought from them was overheating AGAIN, and their response ? They said they had no loaner car to give her because they were busy fixing yet another customers car, and that customer was using the loaner.I guess I shouldve paid better attention to the warning signs. Dont make the same mistake

We bought a Chrysler 300 about a month ago, half way home we realized the windows didn’t work on the drivers side, we called and Dillion said he would order us the switch. About a week or two later we called and he was “shocked” we didn’t receive it yet, a few weeks later we still didn’t receive it. We call again and he says he has the part and he’s mail it to us. Here we are about a month or so after purchasing the car, we ordered the part ourselves only to find out it was only $20. I guess they sell that little cars that they couldn’t afford a $20 switch. It was horrible doing business with you Dillion, thank you for ignoring all our calls the past week!!

Do not buy a car from here. Bought a 2009 Nissan murrano from them about ten months ago and I have had nothing but problems out of it. Very expensive problems that I could have not created within little timing. My payment is close to 400.00 and literally it is not cranking at the moment. I informed them that things were wrong they started to ignore me & claimed they would get to it of course they never did!! I have to bad catislist converters, my motor with my windows or locks don’t work, fuel pump and gas gage. Numerous of problems!! Please be mindful of this car lot. Also over charged me. The value of the car is not worth what I’m paying and they New that before they sold it to me. They lied about the warranty and how much they were charging. Pay attention to your paperwork, warranty, and car!! Again so someone else want have a horrible nightmare like this don’t buy a car from here!

Sold me a lemon and has ignored any responsibility. They blame the man who sold them the car, Flash Gordon. Took it back 3 times to be fixxed and yet the problem persisted until the car was dead. At this point they made constant excuses as to why they held no responsibility. To much detail to go into but the bottom line is that these people dont care about getting you a good car or helping when they find out they sold you a broken car. AVOID

WORST place to buy a car. They sell broken cars, when you take it back to get worked on they say they fixed the problem without actually doing anything, they ignore your phone calls and they make excuses so they dont have to help you. This place is a waste of time and money, dont go there.
