DaQuain LP Terry was so nice, and did everything possibly to help us. He sat and listened to me talk and talk like we were long time friends. We appreciate everything he did for us. Purchased a 2016 Elantra GT in April 2019.The sales guy was a cool cat. Made a great deal that I thought was reasonable. Purchased the car and soon found it to be a repeating nightmare.This place is owned by Reidsville Nissan. They are suppose to do a complete inspection.I have since the purchase...Replaced tires(knots in tires discovered day after purchase replaced should have failed NC inspection. Replaced out of pocket. Dealer would not accept they should have replaced them before putting car up for sale)Cabin air filter(replaced due to hearing a noise in A/C. Rats nest was on filter)Air Filter(Replaced the following week due to it being packed full of debris)Returned several times to get my GPS card they claim they had but couldnt find. They removed it for security purposes.Had to replace all 3 wipers the following month because the rear was rotten with no blade and the front wiper kept sliding apart.Now I am having to completely replace the brake pads and rotors.They play the game of making you think they are working on it but eventually keep making up excuses until you give up.Buyer be warned. Ive spent over $500 in repairs and parts in less than 6 months.My mom purchased a car at the same time from them and have similar issues.

I wouldnt buy a car from this dealership they want fix whats wrong with a car you get from them after two days of getting it. They dont do nothing but lie about it when you take it to them to get them to fix it. Their employees and managers aint nothing but liars. I wouldnt suggest no one to go up there and buy a car.

The best experience Ive ever had buying a car, and traveled 2 hrs to get there! The entire staff; from being greeted at the door up to the nitty gritty of the finance team; was wonderful, friendly and made us feel like we were part of their family. Biggest shout out to Lee Smith who helped me realize I really wanted the other Infiniti QX80 and was amazing throughout the entire proces. I highly recommend Lee and this dealership. I will definitely make a return trip when we need our next car it was worth it.
