If I could give a zero star I would! Had what was told luxury vinyl waterproof floor installed close to 2 years ago, the floor is buckling and when we finally found the number to call Billy Lee the person who installed the floor he states the buckling is caused from moisture (but this is suppose to be waterproof flooring) we get someone else to look at it and they easily spot that it was an installation issue but the original installer Billy refuses to fix this without charge and then tells us that the waterproof floors we purchased over 4000.00 is not waterproof!

Satisfaction not guaranteed! After saving for two years, we were finally able to pay for new laminate flooring and were excited to contact Flooring Creations to do the job. We were looking for a local, family owned business, as we thought they would have more pride in their work than a larger more commercial operation. The installation seemingly went well and was completed in three days. Unfortunately, our floor began to buckle up in a few places several weeks after it was installed. We discovered that there were several areas of the laminate that did not have the necessary expansion gaps that allow the laminate planks to expand, and the laminate was pushing against the wall causing it to buckle. Expansion gaps are a standard procedure when installing laminate and I assumed there would be no issue getting this mistake corrected. However, I contacted the owner, who refused to fix the floor and literally told me to call someone else to fix it. I was taken back by the lack of concern and how willing he was to leave me an unsatisfied customer. It was also shocking to have the owner of the flooring company that installed my floors tell me to call another flooring company to fix their mistake. Flooring Creations is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, has no website or customer service support, and offers no guarantees on their work. As it turns out, I would have likely been in better hands with a larger more reputable company than going with this small local one. I would urge anyone considering contacting Flooring Creations to request at least a 90 day guarantee in writing so if mistakes made during installation cause any issues you will have something to hold them accountable. Ultimately, I would suggest avoiding this company since customer satisfaction is not one of their priorities.
