Used to love this store, but apparently they have bad policies and have no issues screwing over their customers.I have frequented this location off and on the last few years, and slowly became my go to. After my most recent visit, I bought a disposable cart, and tested it in the car. Didnt work. Thought it needed to be charged. So I drove home, charged it for 20 minutes, and still the same result.Immediately called and asked the employee if I could exchange the item for a different. I was told to come up here the next day and the manager would get me taken care of.I called and spoke to the manager and supposedly all the employees have customers test the products before leaving, because once you exit the store we can no longer exchange product.Ill ignore the fact that this is a flat out lie (maybe its policy, but Ive literally never been asked or seen them ask anyone to test anything before leaving), but you would think any decent business would allow an exchange (not even asking for my money back) once they see I have my receipt and its been less than 24 hours.But apparently not at this place. Its such a shame to have to never visit this store again, because I actually do like it, and have spent decent money here over the years.But I wont sit there and allow bad business to rip me off more than once.I would honestly just recommend going to Glass City Smoke Shop. Its just down the road. Better prices and you dont have to worry about getting screwed over.Only reason I gave the review 2 stars was due to the employees being so polite and it being a clean store.

These guys run a great little vape shop in High Point. Very friendly staff, always knowledgeable of their vast inventory of products, and fair to market pricing. Comparable to ordering online after shipping, with a small convenience price markup. But hey when you need it now and local, its fair to expect to pay a few more dollars for some vape juice. They are very adept at helping you find something you will like as well. I have never had a bad experience here. They are also pretty on point on keeping stock levels of coils, cartridges, etc. Cigarettes are very reasonably priced, as well as many other forms of nicotine delivery systems. They have a decent loyalty program that gives you a discount every couple of visits or so. Depends on what you buy frequently, and how much. Ill go out of my way to go here, before going anywhere else.

Since the ban on flavored E-cigs I had to adjust to something new today. This store located in High Point NC was where I stopped to see what items they carried. I was greeted as soon as I came in, and after a short period of time I was helped. The associate that helped me was extremely knowledgeable in a vast amount of products. At first I was just going to buy a disposable pin to use, but after talking to the associate she helped me find a new device. I previously used the NJoy before the ban and I personally enjoyed it. Although I did not realize how heavy it was in comparison to the Zero device. The associate also informed me on the different types of juice and how to use my Zero. Overall it was a good experience the customer service is some of the best I have ever seen and the prices are very fair. Just a very good experience for my first time, I will be spending and supporting this business. Lastly I highly recommend anyone curious or switching, to go ahead and drop in and see what works for you.

Just went by this store for the first time last week and was beyond happy with the help I received! I was welcomed in by Jalen who is the friendliest guy Ive ever met! He is very knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly what Im looking for even though my explaining for what I needed was quite vague. Had a smile on his face the whole time! Such a great fit for the store!! Give this guy a raise, he deserves it!

This place is amazing. The staff is always helpful, especially the dude with the red beard and their prices appear to be super affordable. They have an amazing selection of mods, coils, juices and even Kratom. I actually look forward to going to this store when my supplies are low.

This was my first visit. Clay was so helpful and nice. I found some new liquids to try and also found out I could get a new nautilus mini tank that I had thought was no longer available in the tanks market. I was so glad to find this out. This will definitely be my new vape store!

Very helpful for the relatively small store. Its quite impressive how many different areas of the store there is compared to just the size. They can provide an all-around tobacco and vape experience. They do have a walk in humidor inside along with a large selection of juices for vape and other smoking supplies.

Went in with little to no knowledge of vaping devices and wanted to drop smoking. Staff asked me some questions to figure out what I needed. Within 10 minutes of walking in I walked out with a product and ejuice that met my needs. Very happy with purchase and staff interaction. Will be going to this store for all future needs. If I remember correctly, the sellers name was Garrett. He even added a military discount to my purchase. I didnt realize it until I looked at my receipt after I left.

I made a purchase in the Winston Salem location.Very disappointed in the shop! I purchased a BB Tank and tried to attach my cartridge to it and it did not work. A few days later I tried to return it. I was informed that all purchases were final and regardless of defect they would not exchange it. Of course they dont tell you that before you purchase anything. I will not support or recommend the business.

Bought a device from them about 3 weeks ago and after one day, it started getting very hot and I was worried about the safety. I took it to the store and the guy who works there told me not to worry about it since the battery itself wasnt getting hot. 2 weeks later, the same device stopped charging all together. I called SMOK directly and they told me it would take 4 months before I would get my replacement. They asked that I call the store I purchased it from. I called Status and the lady who answered the phone told me there was nothing that could be done and its not their issue. This is horrible customer service and basically theft. I have told numerous people how great the staff was here, but after being told my problem is not theirs, I will take my business elsewhere. Buyer BEWEARE!Update: We’re sorry you lack the competence to understand basic business and policy.And I apologize that you lack the competence to understand basic customer service. I walked into your store and handed you money for a product. The product was defective right from the start and I was immediately forced to deal with the manufacture (less than 14 hours after purchase). Your staff showed zero care that I purchased a faulty device. Pawing your customers off on the manufacturer is the easy way out. Ive had friends who purchased faulty devices from other shops and they were able to exchange them out with no hassle. Its easy to write a sarcastic response, but apparently hard to provide your clients with a fair and just return/exchange policy. And by the way, its youre.

Just had to take a moment to brag about this shop!!! Sunday evening I was leaving dinner and I am not a fan of walking.
