Truly a rare find! Small, local coffee shop with some yummy baked treats! Staff appears to be mostly college-age students, but service is excellent and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Cool atmosphere to just relax with a good coffee. We will be going back soon!

Place was very clean and the employees were so sweet! Got brown sugar iced latte & it’s taste perfect It was my first time being here. They didn’t try to rush me. This place is a coffee shop I’d recommend to ppl in this area price isn’t expensive.

The atmosphere inside is lovely. Customer service Ive experienced is friendly and quick. This place is leagues above Starbucks, theyve got a better price and arent super busy. My go-to in High Point.They have such a wide variety from lattes to teas, packaged baked goods (vegan friendly included) and more. As for their coffee, their house blend is delicious and they have several other packaged for purchase.

Easily my favorite coffee shop to frequent. I love to come here and read, with their banana bread latte, or whatever else strikes my fancy. The atmosphere is so calming, the music is complimentary to the surroundings, and I love the comfy seating. The fountain inside really adds to the unique factor, and I love the sound of running water. Perfect place to get away from the real world a while.

Quaint little coffee shop thats a great place to stop and grab a cup of something to drink. The interior is extremely well decorated. The ceiling is covered with coffee beans bags, and theres a running fountain with fish inside as well. Definitely worth the visit!

Came for Yoga stayed for the coffee. What an amazing place. The atmosphere is just chill, relaxing and there’s a large selection of coffees, teas, sweets and more. And what cool idea to have a yoga studio and coffee shop in one. I love it.

Absolutely horrible experience. Before we even walked in we saw the worker lounging on the counter with his feet on the counter and on his cell phone!! We should have left but decided to give it a try based on the good reviews, well that was a big mistake. It was only downhill from there. We walked in and the worker stared at us, proceeded to finish texting, then walked over. Didnt greet us, just stood their staring at us. We asked for recommendations on what to order, he had no idea. While making our drinks he continued to mess up my order (which was a standard drink from their menu). He poured it down the sink 3 times, spilled it all over the floor, and continued to use the same cup, just continued to rinse it out and start over. He finally told the other lady working he had no idea how to make it. She shrugged and walked away so Im assuming she didnt know what to do either. He finally finished, didnt apologize or say anything. Just set the cup on the counter and walked back to his texting spot on the counter. The drinks were horrible. By far the worst experience!!

DeBeen in High Point is a gem! The coffee is great and the ambience is inviting and fun. Staff are always professional and fast. A group of friends and I are going to start going biweekly and DeBeen is the spot we have decided on because of great experiences!

Since the coffee machines have been turned around for the customers to pour them; the coffee shop atmosphere has Trendle downward.The people working there take your money and go sit down at a chair looking out the window and playing on the phones. And why is the creamer out for every guest to touch when we’re supposed to be going through a pandemic that is airborne which means person-to-person contact will transmit.

DeBeen is awesome! It’s right between my home and work so I pop in on the way in to the office or sometimes during my lunch break. The first time I went in the barista suggested the Brown Sugar Latte and I haven’t looked back since, haha! Always friendly and love that they are local and woman owned!

They were super friendly, and helpful. I stayed there for a few hours doing some work, and purchased several drinks (all of which were AMAZING, especially the frozen macha.) Also had a very good bread treat. SO delicious! Very patient, and they have a great vibe. Unfortunately the inside sitting are was closed (for obvious reasons) but they had an adorable outside area I was able to sit at. It was an awesome experience, and would definitely come here again

Great coffee experience. Sophie was my barista and she was very nice and very helpful. I ordered a quad espresso and a 16oz iced drip, both black, both very good. The espresso was very good, I prefer a lighter roast for drinking black but considering the espresso was a darker roast it was still very palatable and pleasant. Iced drip was excellent. I also had the vegan tiramisu, it looked like all of the baked goods were vegan (I am very much NOT a vegan), and I was so impressed. Jen has a gift, the tiramisu was delicious. Strictly as tiramisu, I’d prefer the non-vegan being that I’m not a vegan, but if you’re vegan I don’t see how you could find a better tiramisu. If you’re not vegan, don’t think “this better be good tiramisu” (be fair), you have to think “I hope this dessert is good” and I promise it was a ridiculously tasty dessert. It paired so well with the coffee, I was really happy with my experience. Thanks so much Jen, awesome awesome job on the baked goods, I’ll be back!!

Great atmosphere and best White Mocha I ever had.

This is my favorite coffee shop. The house blend coffee is the absolute best regular cup of coffee you can get anywhere around here. I’ve been staying at home recently because covid, but it’s always been a really good place to get work done and the internet connection has always been reliable for me.

This is a very happening location! When I went, it was teeming with college aged kids. The atmosphere, while busy, is serene. Theres a beautiful fountain with fish inside. The coffee I had was a good quality and their menu was pretty expansive. A great location with something for people of all ages.

I told the nice ladies what I usually get, and they gave me a yummy Merry sumn sumn, a hot peppermint mocha coconut milk that was different & delicious, homemade tasting like the muffins I grabbed the Pumpkin espresso choco chip & look forward to the Blueberry muffin for breakfast. Very fast service and very nice staff. They always add anything I want to add the the coffee or alter. I never have had any issues with a wrong order. I can live without the pastries, but the coffee is delicious! :-)

Drinks are very good and the people are very friendly, but havent had as much luck with the baked goods. Maybe they should consider bringing in baked items from a local bakery.

There are places that sell coffee, and there are local coffee shops. DeBeen sells coffee, but is a great coffee shop. Its what most people think of a neat place to hang out, socialize, meet people, do biz, and drink some coffee and have a nice muffin. The staff and owner are great people and very friendly. Today, I tried something new. We had a 5K event across the street from the shop, and as part of that, I bought some of their granola bars. They were great. Granola and great usually arent in the same sentence with me, but everyone that tried them loved them -maybe too much. I think I ate 2 (we cut them in half, and I had 4 halves). Check the place out. Get a cup of Joe or whatever your thing is, hang out, and chill.

This local coffee shop is filled with great people and serve amazing coffee. Flavors like southern pecan coffee. They have different muffins daily with tastes of the season. Theyre so moist and delicious. They host yoga classes and display local art. I wish I had one near me in California.

The truly impressive selection includes the caffeinated and non-caffeinated alike, ranging from a simple cup to a nitro cold brew to any number of specialty drinks. Im partial to the banana bread latte, but there are plenty of promising permutations. While I cannot speak to the baked goods, the coffee usually lives up to its promise.That said, while some find the interior, laden with artwork and merch, to be endearingly quirky, it can also be a bit visually overwhelming, and pre-COVID, DeBeen was often not a quiet or relaxing space. Baristas are personable more times than not though you may occasionally encounter one who seems put out by having to make a beverage. Lastly, if you do not snag a parking space in front, the side/back lot can be dicey.These points aside, DeBeens commendable assortment and loyalty offers present compelling reasons to keep coming back.

I liked the iced coffee they had and I liked the outside patio area. Id visit again.

A charming little coffee shop!I stopped there randomly, while passing through the Triangle area -- and what a wonderful surprise DeBeen was! A convenient location, a friendly cashier, good coffee -- hooray! On top of it all, the shop was exceptionally well-decorated, with lots of style and flare, and even a majestic tile fountain in the back, complete with living fish. Truly, the place has soul.As it were, I left DeBeen feeling rather enriched.My thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. This place is great with good coffee and nice employees. I wish they would replace thier hand me down chairs. The only casual chairs in the place make me wonder if I need to take a shower after sitting in them.Other than that the coffee is good, service is fast and nice, prices are good. There is plenty of parking in the back / side lot as well.

Great if youre in college (Im not). More of a trendy hangout with lots of kids hanging out. I only went because the Starbucks around the corner was closed (moving to a brand-new building)

Ive been coming to the Great Place for years now. How did I never leave a 5* rating? The Staff is so hospitable, the Atmosphere is outstanding, fresh baked goods daily and all the great coffee beans they have available. Love stopping by during my work day.

Very earthy and nice! There are a variety of chairs and this kinda gives a bohemian feel to the place. Nice coffee. But can improve on the food options. Overall a pleasant place to hangout with friends, read a book and so on.

Simply the kindest, most down to earth coffee shop. Excellent selection of cafe drinks and baked goods, including alot of vegan and gluten free options. If you enjoy a laid back coffee shop with an awesome atmosphere then this is your new home!

This place is so cozy! The ceiling is covered in coffee sacks which is neat! If you like peanut butter try the Newman. Its a cold frappe mix of peanut butter and white chocolate. They have side room where they offer yoga.

Stopped by since my husband and I were downtown, its a beautiful location with comfy couches and chairs. Lots of local products like kombucha, which isnt available everywhere. I love that they have almond milk as an alternative even though I didnt realize that until after I ordered. The only reason I gave it four stars is my husbands muffin was supposed to be brown sugar and strawberry, but it just tasted like a whole wheat muffin with one chunk of strawberry in the entire thing. Not flavorful at all considering the price. Still seems like a nice meeting place with comfy and cool vibes

Im an artist with an exhibition at DeBeen in August, so of course Im very grateful that they allow artists to gain exposure for their work. Not to mention all of my friends in High Point love this place. It is a great gathering space for friends. Warning: If you dont like hanging with friends drinking good coffee, in an artistic inspiring environment stay away!

This is one of the quietest coffee shops Ive ever and they roast their own coffee beans. The owner Deb is a wonderful & lovely lady. They sell homemade snacks, cookies and brownies. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys.

Medium size venue for a coffee shop. Good mixed/blended/iced coffees and teas. Dont expect Starbucks speed but the resulting drink is comparable.Great place for an artist to sit and draw. (decent lighting and atmosphere)

I have always liked this place but the other day I was blown away by their spiced dirty chai. I had it made with almond milk. So so so good! Best coffee drink I have had in a long time. Everyone that works here is very kind.

Delicious coffee, they have a large variety of non dairy milks and the baristas are always very friendly. Just a great atmosphere overall!

It’s gives a very boho look with a yoga studio attached. Lots of college kids hanging out with homework. Nice place to hang out for a coffee. They have these small bites which I did not like so much but the coffee was great.

Always love it. The folks that run it are great and have great product and service. There are always neat people there. We had an informal Boy Scout meeting there Monday night.

I was very happy to find this place as it has gluten free/vegan food options for my sister who has very limited dietary options. Some coffee flavors they have are sugar free, too, which she likes very much.

Love this place. It is a relaxing place, great service, unique environment, clean bathrooms and areas. Will recommend.
