I have used this company twice now. I have to say that they were excellent! The owner even met me out one time to deliver my repaired laptop when I was unable to get to their office. That is incredible customer service. Prices were very reasonable and I have had no issues with the laptop since. Originally, I has planned to trash the laptop and buy a new one, but after talking to the owner, John, it turns out that it was more economical to repair. Plus I was able to save all of my important information. I strongly recommend this company to anyone with any computer problems!

Serious -- this place does amazing work - they fix computers real quick and at a very fair price. Great customer service and the dude wears cool hats. Anyway, I know where Ill be taking my machines for large or small problems.

I always get excellent service from Computer Problems?. They recently saved me from losing my data. My 8 month old computer crashed and my Windows backup file was bad and my laptop was encrypted for my business. Data is unreadable on an encrypted drive and in some cases can be lost. However, Rodney worked with our encryption vendor and was able to recover ALL of my data in case the computer had to be reloaded. However he was also able to recover my laptop. Thank you so much!!!!!!! Such a life saver. I recommend everyone to them.
