Great location with an excellent selection, clean layout, and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Carmen in particular was super friendly and answered all my questions; she greatly assisted in helping me find two potential engagement rings. I highly recommend this branch!

Worst place to purchase jewelery because when you take something back for repairs it takes them for ever to get it back to you and one of their staff is so rude to everyone. Also if you go in without a mask they will refuse you service.

I was shopping at Kays on there friends and family promo. I was told that my payment would be under$50 a month for one year. And that wouldve paid off what I had purchased. Instead, my payment is $117.00 a month for a year and after doing the math. That will pay it off twice in one year. Very disturbing that I was taking advantage of like this.

Kim and Will were great when it came to helping my husband and I find the perfect wedding ring set. It took Kim like 5 minutes at the max to help me find the perfect ring and wedding band set. They were very thorough when it came to explaining things to my husband and I. Kim took a lot of photos for us and Will held our baby while we were having the photos taken. I definitely say that my husband and I connected with them on a personal level and would definitely recommend this Jewelers to everyone. I always give credit to the people that are nice and helpful to me and by far a really friendly atmosphere to be in. Thank you guys so much!

Kay Jewelers in High point is the most absolutely friendly environment I have ever been in !!!!!! Chireese the manager and Cecelia were just the biggest help in helping me and my husband pick out our first wedding ring sets. I was so nervous and unsure on if this was the right place or what to pick. But they made it very easy and stress free. They even helped us to understand their payment options. Would highly recommend for any occasion!!

We use to get great service here with very nice employees. Now its all new people who dont seem to care at all! The employees were talking to each other yawning asking if it was almost time to go home! The lady who was in charge was just as bad as her employees. Will never go to this Kay store again. Go to Kay at the mall in Winston there are much more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!

DO NOT order anything from Kay Jewelers online. I ordered a ring online to be delivered to the local store for pick up. I went to pick up the ring and it was not what I wanted. While in the store, I asked for a refund. Their system was saying the merchandise had already be refunded. How could that be since I had just gotten there to pick it up. The store manager called Corporate office only to be told that I had already been refunded. How could I have been refunded when I had not even picked up the merchandise yet. Corporate office could not give me a written refund receipt. They kept the merchandise and my money. I left the store with only the customer service reps word. I forgot to mention that I was in the store over 2 hours trying to get the matter resolved. The store manager was very polite and diligent in talking with the corporate office to get the issue resolved. They were jerking her around just as much as they were me. A week later, I am still waiting for a credit to be issued to my credit card. I WILL NEVER do business with Kay Jewelers again. They are the most mismanaged company I have ever dealt with. The only reason Im giving them 1 star is because I have to rate them in order to leave a review; otherwise I would leave them ZERO stars!

My experience was horrible first and for most I’ve been a customer there for years. I’ve purchased many Bulova watches from them . Each time I’ve purchased a watch they also sold me a free battery replacement warranty. In the past they would change the battery with no problem in the store. Just recently I took two watches in for battery replacement. To my surprise they told me they no longer changed batteries in the store. I was fine with that, but what I was not ok with is they kept my watches for three months! Then after constant complaints they returned them both without changing the batteries! Just a warning too those looking to purchase watches from them.

Ren (probably not the right spelling) was and is my favorite sales person ever. Most people see me coming and know I do not have money. So they tend to try and show me stuff and when I look like ouch I cant afford that they will step back and wait for me to leave. Ren is 100% the opposite, I am sure like most she saw I probably did not have any money. She still made me feel like my wife and I were number 1 even though we did not get but one peice. She was so nice and helpful that when we went to checkout I actually said yes to some add-ons. Being in retail I try to never buy the add-on because it only helps the big corporation. She however pointed out all the good the add-ons are and would be to me and others. So I walked out with my piece two stuffed dogs and some jewelry cleaner I will never use (wife might but I wont). Thank you Ren and to the store and company you need more people like her.

Was very satisfied as I am picky when getting jewelry for my girlfriend. The women that helped me was very nice never rushed me or got ayynoyed with me as I looked at several items. Was very pleased with the service as the women made sure I was leaving with something that my girlfriend would love. Will definitely always shop at Kays have had nothing but extremely exalent severity everytime I have visited any Kays Jewelers.

Terrible store! My mom bought me a necklace for mothers day and my daughter broke it so I brought it to this store for repair. I took it on August 31, 2018 and they said it would be done on 9/13/18. I just got the call that it was repaired yesterday (9/21/18) and went to pick it up today, 9/22/18. When I walked in, there were 2 women at the desk, 1 of them stuffing her face full of KFC. The one not eating came to the counter and I told her I was here to pick up my necklace. She was so slow, didnt know how to do anything on her own and had to keep asking the one eating how to do this and that, so I had to wait each time for her to clear her mouth so she could talk. My necklace was no repaired to the same condition as it was when purchased. The necklace was $42 and some change and the repair was $35....almost the same price as the necklace so for it to not be repaired correctly was disappointing. I asked the lady about this and she said she didnt know and when I asked her who I could talk to that did know, she just told me that it had to be repaired that way...but 5 seconds ago you didnt know anything about it? I waited almost 20 minutes to simply pick up a necklace that was 9 days late from the original date I was given and it wasnt repaired correctly and the staff was terrible. This store is awful and I will never be back. Customer service really failed on this one. The manager and or owner should really reconsider the staff they have here and the way they run it.

I recently took my rings in to be repaired and there was terrible miscommunication between associates. I was in the middle of the miscommunication and ended up being yelled at in front of other customers. I found the customer service to be extremely unprofessional and will not be going back to this Kay’s again.

Overcharged me to get . My rings resized and one recoated ($210). And then straight up asked me how I wanted to donate to charity instead of asking if Id like to donate. It was rude. And even though I had an appointment the lady overlooked me and went straight to the older couple that walked in. Pretty rude.Update: The day before I was supposed to get my wedding ring back I received an email stating that a new service request was made pushing my pick up day back 2 more weeks. And then the next day that (once again) my ring was at the service repair place. Where was it the first time? I wish they had told me they never sent it in I would have just asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. Today was that new service date and I STILL dont have my ring. I was offered a 20% refund. Honestly this is ridiculous. I would only ever suggest this place to people I hate. Honestly dont use this place unless you hate your jewelry and your money.
