They are located in the furniture capital of the world so they base their pricing to be a competitive resource to the many Furniture companies located in or exhibiting in High Point for Furniture Market. However if you are a residential customer you can access these great deals. I had them trim glass that I already owned and cut new sections of glass. They have a very user friendly lobby with great staffers. This is an easy face to face transaction.

Our experience with Monica and her team at Furniture City Glass & Mirror was excellent, from the advice she provided to product installation. I called and explained what I thought we wanted for our new build, and Monica immediately recognized that there was a better product for one of the areas. She explained why a comparably-priced but nicer product would work better; and it looks great! She took the time to explain products without hard-selling them.The entire process was efficient: within two days the crew had measured and we received our quote; and within two weeks our projects had been completed. The price was fair (we compared one other installer) but the expertise and great product we got with Furniture City are what we are most pleased with-- thank you Monica!

The folks here are nice and very helpful. They do great work. We have purchased mirrors and had them installed in our home. We have had windows repaired. They have created table top glass in various sizes. Each time we have been pleased with the result. This is a great place.

We have been buying all different types of glass from Furniture City for years and my company loves them!! They are easy to work with and have great customer service.

We had 4 custom pieces of sealed glass made for a garden window in our kitchen that the old 1980’s seals had broken. It took over three months to get a quote from Monica and almost two months to get the PRE PAID / IN FULL windows installed (installer was very courteous and a pro). A few months later we noticed one of the side units had cracked. Installer came back out to see and never a call back from Furniture City Glass - was told it was in the hands of the owner James Murphy. BUYER BEWARE!!

Monica chooses n picks who she wants to give service too I call & came up there all for 2 weeks didn’t get a call Back all they said is Monica handle that & kept sending me to her voice mail she never reach back to me never gave me a date just lied to me & gave me the run around please save your time!!!! She needs to be fired n replace with some PASSIONATE STAFF!!! That’s doesn’t choose n picks her customers (if you know what I mean)

I called for a urgent/time sensitive, but straight forward/easy job. They were upfront from the start that they were booked up about 1.5 - 2 weeks out. I needed it done during/before that time frame and was pleasantly surprised when they quickly found a way to work me in for both needed appointments. They even found a way to work me in when I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen issue. They came out the first time and removed multiple large mirrors. The second visit they came and reinstalled the mirrors as well as remounted them a little higher and also added different framing upon request. Both of the 2 men crews that came out to my job were very professional and pleasent. I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could. You get what you pay for and they were definitely top notch quality. I would definitely recommend and use again.

James Murphy and his crew have been fantastic every time I have used them. We just had a break in at my office and they arrived to take measurements before the police got there! As soon as the police were done they were back replacing the shattered glass and even cleaning up the mess that was left behind which I felt was above and beyond what they were there to do! My company has been using Furniture City Glass for over fifty years. Their service is always high quality and at reasonable prices. They have always responded to my emegency situations very fast, which is critical when dealing with store fronts.

This company is so unproffesional and rude. I called them to replace the glass in my door and they sent a man out who said he would measure my glass, which he preceded to do. Then just left without saying anything else and since I needed this glass replaced urgently I called another glass company to come because this place gave me no follow up whatsoever . Then I called them to make sure they knew not to come back just in case they were planning on it. The woman I spoke with was so rude. She said she wasted her time, in sending someone out to me. This place is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give them zero stars
