Great store. Had the parts I needed and great service. Store is packed full of anything for your yard and he knew exactly what attatchment I needed for my echo. In and out fast and employee was great.

I had to have my Echo chainsaw repaired and after a 3,1/2 week misstep at Sedgefield outdoor power equipment I took my saw to WENO POWER EQUIPMENT. They are an authorized service provider for repairs on ECHO saws. All I can say is THANK YOU Sedgefield for screwing up and making me take it to WENO.Never have I had someone take that much time to help me out. I am not a novice or weekend warrior with a chainsaw nor am I a professional by any stretch. The service guy took the time to explain to me the likely reason my saw crapped out and yes it was user error. Not quite obvious user error but user error nonetheless. Anyway he took the time to explain to me that it is better to run the saw at higher rpms than to do what I was doing to cut my planks. He also made sure that I understood how to and how often to sharpen my chain to get the most out of the saw and chain.I live over an hour from WENO and even though that is the case I will not go to any other store for repairs or new equipment again just based on the first time going there I will not go anywhere else for service or sales.Thank you gentlemen for helping out and I will be back.

The guys are top notch and very very helpful. They also have a repair shop but had no problems instructing me how to do my own repair which I thought was very admirable. I highly recommend weno.

This store is a joke. First, their parking lot is horrible. People park in the way and they dont care. Second, I called two weeks in a row to order a lawn tractor tire. 1st time they said it would take 2 days to get in; they would call me when it did. They never called so I called and they said the tire didnt come in; it will be in next week. So, I waited. I drove up there tonight and the guy searched for almost 10 minutes and told me they have another size, not acknowledging that I put an order in. He said he didnt see my information in their computer. Then he just said, we dont have it; didnt say sorry; didnt offer to order another one or anything. This store does not care about business or its customers. Could not even acknowledge they made a mistake.

I recently purchased a zero turn online at Cub Cadets website and this was the company chosen to deliver it to us. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who delivered our mower took the time to show us how to use it and answer all questions we had. This is the first zero turn we have owned and having him explain everything to us and not rush to just deliver it and leave was wonderful!

I was that guy that showed up at 11:59, when they close at 12 on Saturday. Not one of the them made me feel like I was affecting their closing. I dealt with three people, one as helpful as the next. The reason I drive from Summerfield to High Point is obvious. Customer service is still a priority at Weno. Skip the box stores and head here first. Every aspect will be better than youve been getting elsewhere.

My wife and I bought a Cub Cadet riding lawnmower from Weno Power and it has been excellent. The service itself was great and they delivered it all the way out here to the edge of Randolph County. We definitely recommend them!

Usually they’re good. But I called for a part gave him the model number he sat the phone down and proceeded to leave me there while he spent 15 mins talking to someone else. I had no idea if he was looking for the part or if he just forgot.

Update. Bought another 131 after mine was stolen. First use weedeater bogged down. I thought bad gas (from them) replaced gas it did it again. So I take this brand new $550 weedeater in to be told I dont know how to use it. Basically an insult to me, same exact weedeater Ive ran for the last years same way I ran it and it ran perfectly fine. So he says theres nothing wrong with it sends me on my way. Get to a job the very next day same issue after 10 minutes of running (with the guard on and no string in head) weedeater still wont power enough to turn head. Obviously theres an issue with this unit but was told he refused to work on it because I removed the guard. What an absolute joke. Ive been a loyal customer for the last 4 years but Ive spent my last dime in that place. Will be going to Sedgefield from now on.

Have been doing business with David for several years always have been really helpful when I need advice.

I have been a customer for many years. This is not about anyone being rude, disrespectful or the quality of the work. I left my mower with Weno for a season service having an understanding it would be 4 weeks before it would be done. Week 8 I called for the 3rd time inquiring the situation. I was informed that Weno had lost an employee and they are behind. I was told it should be ready next week. After 2 more calls and almost 10 weeks I received a call that my mower was done. After 9.5 weeks I was charged almost $300 which $165 was for just the general service.

Great experience! I purchased an entry level chainsaw and they took the time to assemble it, fill it with gas and chain lube. Then they took it outside to ensure it ran. Great customer service!

The best small engine and yard equipment supplier by far. Knowledge, expertise, parts, service, they have it.

There were two Gentleman working in the store, I walk in and next thing you know its 20 minutes later standing there. The 2 guys who work there had not even addressed that I was a customer and that they would be a moment because theyre working on other things. Not one person working there said anything to me, even walked right past me. I dont appreciate that, the were very uncourteous.

Great experience when purchasing my Stihl equipment but the service after the sale was horrible. They will not register your Stihl equipment so good luck with warranty work. Luckily I kept my receipt and was able to have another dealer register it so I could get the warrant work that I needed. They do have good prices but I would have rather purchased elsewhere because the defect in my blower had to be fixed by another dealer. The owner is friendly but the other workers could use a little happiness to brighten their day.
