I had the pleasure of meeting, probably the best hearing specialist. Sandy, is very knowledgeable. Kind,friendly and considerate. She did the test, then went over the results. Explained my options and suggested a follow-up. Best care anywhere. Love her dearly.

These are the best hearing aids. My right aid had to be repaired to the left one. I was worried I was going to have to have a new one ordered. I came in and Sandy got my file and called the manufacturer. The lady on the phone was able to walk me through “resetting and reinstalling the hearing aid to my Iphone. Twenty minutes? And this happy camper was back in business. Great service!!!

They need to hire some help, the lady was there all alone and had to keep going to answer the door, she wasnt able to spend all her time with me due to interruptions. She did the best she could to take care of everyone.

Sandy was very helpful and answered questions.I have been to different hearing aid businesses and a down fall in general is that all models are not available in offices. Pictures would be helpful for all types offered. I do like Beltone for quality.

Great service, great staff, great product

Cheryl and staff are great! I was able to get a full service hearing test at no cost. I suspected that I have hearing loss and thats why I had a hearing test. I went to Cheryl in High Point because I have heard great things about the place. I have a Beltone close to my work place and I passed another local on my way to this location. The other locations are good and with good reviews. Cheryl had great reviews. I have had nothing but great service and assistance. I bought a pair of Amaze hearing aids and what a difference in my life.
