They put in a pool for us. Cash and Gabriel were great. The only problem we have is its been 4 months and we are still waiting on the electrician! With apparently no end of the waiting in sight.. Verna s response is oh well he is busy. She has ONLY one electrician! I have been as nice as can be but that doesnt seem to matter. I am very disappointed with their service.Update.. as of today October 15th, the pool is NOW totally finished. The electrician came and finished the install and wiring. We can now use the lights, the automatic and salt regulator once B&H comes by and finishes the programing part. We are excited we no longer have power chords running across our steps. So thank you for completing the pool. Now when the inspector comes by on Monday we should be able to enjoy our backyard again. All and all is was a good experience and I would just say you definitely need more then ONE electrician. Also its not my responsibility to find another electrician when we hired you to do a complete and thorough job . Which is now what we have. So thank you Verna and the rest of your team it is a gorgeous space and a job well done.

The crew did an amazing job and has since been there for every question we needed answering as well as being there for all of our water testing and pool supplies. From start to finish, the company worked hard to meet our expectations and made numerous suggestions that helped us get a great pool and concrete deck at a great price. If we had to do it all over again, we would not hesitate to put our trust in B&H. They exude a Southern charm with good old fashioned roll your sleeves up and get the job done. We have tried diligently to work with Verna, the owner of B&H Pool. We have been patient, kind, & respectful & have regularly communicated trying to get our issues resolved so we can make our final payment and be done with this company.Our pool build started in March 2021 and there have been nonstop issues. After 7 months our build is still not complete. We have a liner with a hole and two failed inspections.Our first liner was incorrectly ordered without textured stairs. The installer was not told that the stairs were supposed to be textured so he installed the liner & had us fill the pool. When we realized the error, Verna offered us a discount to keep the liner, which we considered because we were tired of the dysfunction & we did not want to drain/refill the pool. Unfortunately, the pool started losing water due to a seam separation & we were forced to order a different liner. For a week we asked Verna to send someone out to patch the seam & we kept getting stood up & excuses.We chose a new liner & immediately had another hole. This time Verna tried to ignore the issue & did not want to submit it to Loop Loc, the manufacturer, or take responsibility. We asked her many times to send someone to determine if it was a manufacturing or installation issue, but she would not. We also tried to get her to submit pictures of the hole to Loop Loc, and she told us to submit the warranty ourselves. We called Loop Loc & they informed us that they do not work directly with consumers; they only work with retailers. The rep we spoke with was helpful and contacted our local rep so he could push Verna to work with us/them. We had to continually contact Loop Loc and Verna to get a replacement. Verna now has our new liner and has ghosted us for the past six weeks.We are also waiting on the electrician to correct the electrical issues so our pool can pass inspection, but Verna will not respond to us to let us know when the electrician is coming.Verna just wants final payment, which she has increased by $500 for late final payment & saying she is no longer paying to refill the water, which she agreed to in writing and Loop Loc paid her for. It is impossible to be late making a final payment when our pool is not complete! We told her many times that we will happily pay her once the job is complete, per the contract. Even with the final payment we have pending, we are still screwed because we have a failed electrical inspection, a liner with a hole in it, no replacement liner, and no one to install a new liner. We also have a portion of the concrete that has sunken in and is cracked. These things cost well over our final payment amount!You are only hearing a portion of the dysfunction we have dealt with. The incompetence is mind-blowing. She does not follow through therefore leaving us to make sure the build is done properly. Verna even told us all our inspections passed; thank goodness my husband checked with the city and found out our electrical inspection failed! Verna continues to try to argue this with us, and we have told her repeatedly how to look up this information. We pulled the failed inspection report and sent her the info. We have had to contact the inspector and he is trying to get the electrician to complete the work. If you have purchased a pool from B&H, check all inspections with your local municipality to make sure they have passed!I think the reason you are not seeing lower star reviews is because people are afraid that Verna will not honor the liner warranty if they upset her.We do not want anyone else to experience this dysfunction. It is worth paying more to have a competent and knowledgeable builder. We have received drama filled excuses, been stood up, lied to, had extremely poor communication, & may have to take legal action. Verna will respond to this review with excuses and will blame us and anyone else that she can. She will not take responsibility for the nightmare build she orchestrated.Edit: Chris McNaught managed our first build, not Verna. We didn’t know he left & started his own business.

Do not use this company. They did not install when they said they would, and once the pool finally was set up it had a leak in the liner. We were told it was not their problem, even though we had not even used the pool. Once they finally came to look at the leak, they said they couldn’t find the leak even though the water is clearly coming out from under the pool. The service guy said there is clearly a leak and would come back and get in the pool to try to find it, but when we called back to talk to the owner about someone coming back out she said they didn’t find a leak with the electronic finder and that’s that. She is very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

At the onset, I went to B&H Pool & Patio for pool chemicals. Soon after I found myself in a huge battle with Mustard Algae. The B&H staff is pleasant, eager to help, and knowledgeable. They analyzed my water samples, provided feedback and walked me through each step of the way. I am happy to report the algae is defeated and the water is once again crystal clear. Thank you!!

I was in need of a part for my filter. They sold me the part and did not try to oversell me. They did however educate me in the different things about my filter. It turns out I did have to have an additional small part and I only knew that because of their knowledge!

They all use foul language and have poor manners. I wouldnt recommend this company if my life depends on it.

Great 5 star service from a gentleman named Joe - he absolutely fixed my pool, with a little work on my part, after multiple water analysis tests from other associates who were no help but just mindlessly selling products. I never leave reviews on any website, but I just had to voice my satisfaction. Ive had my pool water tested here numerous times and never had any positive, lasting results until he gave me some insight that the other people could not or did not want to provide. Now my water is ready for the summer; if youre reading this and need excellent customer service, I cant recommend Joe at B&H nearly enough.

The store is great. Friendy and all. I bought my new home and, the former owners paid for a new liner. It took 3 weeks for Bill jr to put it in. He would come by and only spend 30 mins top working on it, and it still isnt right. Coming undone, and wrinkles. I call them tomorrow about it. I dont wont Bill jr back at my house ever.

Nathan and his staff are wonderful to work with, and very accessible. They understand what it means to gain customers and keep them for life. Last year they helped us to covert to salt and we had our best year ever with our pool. All of our friends and family remarked how clear the pool was during the entire season. On my way out, it looked like I saw a spin for a price wheel if you make a purchase. I spent 80 bucks but no one advised me I could spin the wheel. Kinda disappointed in that. But there products are great been a customer with them since 2002.

Last spring, I had a new liner put into my pool that I had gotten from Pool and Patio around 12 or 13 years ago. The crew did a fine job, and we initially thought everything was OK. However, I noticed that the water level was going down every day, so I notified B&H Pool and Patio. A crew came out and did all they could to fix the leak, and they always said to let them know if I had any more problems. Well.....this scenario presented itself time and time again. I was concerned that the staff at B&H would begin to think I was imagining the leak, but they always came out, were polite, and did all they could..........to no avail. We closed the pool for the winter and the City of High Point confirmed that I had used much more water than normal and with cooperation from B&H, the city gave me a $ credit and the B&H offered to open my pool this spring, fix the leak, and add necessary chemicals to accommodate my inconveniences. Eventually, they called in a crew from an expert leak detection company, and these gentlemen were finally able to find a tiny leak that was indeed very difficult to find. B&H Pool and Patio, Verna, Nathan and their staff were always polite and professional, and worked with me for a little more than a year to find a solution to my leak problem. Now things are working as they should, and I owe it all to the patience and determination of B&H Pool and Patio. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering an in-ground pool.

Worse service I have ever seen in a contractor. If you need an in ground Pool run as fast as you can from these guys. No support /oversight during Pool install. Could not find Customer Service if it was printed on their Butt with both Hands. Your son basically called me a liar on the phone and it was one service call for the original problem which was the pump cavitation. As far as your warranty goes the pump was not installed per manufacturers recommendation, it was not mounted to the pad which caused it to vibrate and loosen the connections at the housing. Nathan says that you do not bolt the pumps down on any of your installations. Warranty or not that is shoddy workmanship and not to manufacturers specifications. May have been 18 Months but that was 2 winters and one summer, so a total of 7 months use. Good Job!! You dont care about customer satisfaction or dependability of your work just your 12 Month window. Good Luck with that ethic, the word will get out. Plus the warranty cards we were told you guys would process were found out in the woods 6 months after the pool install. Like I said I would not buy a Popsicle form B&H if they were selling them in the Desert.

Was able to buy new steps for my pool ladder. Friendly and helpful staff. They are running end of the summer sales now. They test your pool water and give you a print out of what you need and how to apply the chemicals.

Purchased gas logs, 3 visits to get all of the stuff, and had to pay extra service charges on installation because of this ended up returning everything and lost 20%

B and H is top notch! From no pool to swimming in 2 weeks. Staff at store very helpful and knowledgeable. Bill and his crew was fantastic.

Terrible experience. Took 58 days to have a new liner installed. Liner was measured wrong and new had to be ordered (we think). After deposit, new cost incurred. Pool required new lights, and other add ons that were not mentioned initially. In addition, the cost of filling a pool 3 times versus 1 time is not cheap. She has extended no apologies, discounts or courteous service in any capacity.Work crews from B&H would be at our home day in and out arguing, yelling and complaining throughout the process. Our move was delayed, and then liner still not installed as promised. There are still gaps in liner, knee prints at bottom and numerous other concerns.I have no idea how this company has the rating it does when the quality of work is so poor. Every other professional that has been consulted has agreed with the fact that B&H is the worst and most of their time is spent fixing problems as a result of B&H.

We decided to purchase a fireplace for natural gas last summer and found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. After the City of HP approved it, they came out and installed it. We have truly enjoyed our addition to our home and last winter when the electricity went out, we stayed toasty warm the whole time....Thanks B&H, you folks are great!!!!

Go some place else unless you know exactly what you want or need. The kids running the show dont have a clue. Took several water samples in and the problem kept getting worse. Could not give a good explanation as to why the first sample required 8 bag of shock then 2 days latter 12 bags of shock then another 2 days 50 bags of shock!!!!!!!!. Needless to say I walked out. BTW the city water is not the problem they tried to say it was since I had not put any in since opening the pool.Took 1 sample to Leslies in Greensboro walked out with less than 30 bucks of chemicals ( none of it shock) and in 2 days my pool was clear and ready to go.I guess it pays to go with true nationally known professionals.

This place is dishonest and does a poor job on installing pool liners. People make mistakes but when mistakes are made you make them right and fix the problem. Our liner was installed in December 2018 and hasn’t even been used and we have 3 holes in it, 1 of which is unrepairable. They are unwilling to help so therefore we now are having to pay for another liner to be put in. So unprofessional.

I have cancer and the only thing I wanted was to be able to swim in my pool. Now with summer they cant even fix a new liner because now they are too busy. Their insulting and rude!I bought a pool from them paid $3800 up front and guess what a month later no pool. They said they have had my pool for 2 weeks. All i got was excuse after excuse. Like the number you gave us does not work. Funny it works every time i use it. When i called them on a monday they never said anything about having the wrong number.If you could not get a hold of me wouldnt you ask where we can reach you at? All they told me was my pool would be installed that week. Well no pool and no call by anyone.Than i gave them my number and still no call to update my on whats going on. Their installer Chris from backyard pools also had my number. Guess he cant use the phone either. Did not even return my calls. It was always me calling them. Finally i had and called them for the last time to find out where my pool was because it was supposed to be installed on Tues. or Wed. of this week. No rain on Tues. no rain on Wed. no pool either. And you know what they tell me. If you would pay your phone bill we could get a hold of you. I also said i give them untill Friday to install my pool or i would come there to get my check. She says to me come get it now we dont want your business. So i went down there and got my money back. Which they gave me as soon as i walked in. No fuss not a word. Which makes me think they never had my pool to begin with.

Ok, let me start by saying that a company has to push me pretty far before I will take my time to do a review. That being said, I called and requested my pool be cleaned and serviced for the upcomming season. A day and time was scheduled, I waited at home for the service person to arrive, he was a no show, no call. I called and was told he would be there the next day. So once again I waited again no show no call. I called again and was given another day and time. This time they arrived, so far so good until I was told they were done and as soon as all the alge was dead they would come back to vacume the pool. I ask if they put salt in the pool (I have a salt water pool) I was told I did not need any except that my system was telling me the salt level was so low that the chlorinator was not working ( which is what keeps the water clean and clear). So I said to the men that infact I did need salt and they then told me they did not have any so they would bring some back in a few days when they came to vacume. I said no I would like the salt put in today so I ended up going and getting the salt an putting it in myself. Two days later I called to tell them that the pool was ready to be vacumed. As you might guess I was given a day and time and no one showed up. This happened 4 different times. At this point I went to the store and told them I did not want them back to vacume I would do it myself. I also requested a partial refund of the money I paid on the first day they worked on my pool. I was told I would get a check in the mail. Today I open the mail box and what do I see..... Not a check but an invoice for all these chemicals they say they used!! I called to talk to someone and the first time they put me on hold and then disconnected me, the second time they picked the phone up and just put it down, no hello nothing. The third time I was told they were to busy to talk to me right now. I will never use this company again and I would not suggest that anyone use there services. As for the products I cannot comment on them as I do not have any experience good or bad.

Last year I purchased an Aquabot from B & H. I needed it serviced and took it in to the shop yesterday. The staff was friendly and assured me that I would have my unit back soon.
