Chris and his crew helped us with some foundational work on a new-to-us home we recently bought. He was always very responsive and on time. More than that, he was very professional and friendly. He even went out of his way to advise me on other tips as a first-time home buyer. I also really appreciated how he made sure I understood what he was doing for 100% transparency. He was so friendly that I found myself heading down to the cellar to chat with he and his crew -- I felt weird going back up to my work-from-home office because I just wanted to help and hang out with them! We chatted just for fun after the project was done. He is did a wonderful job on our cellar, and he is an even better guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

We used Sandman Associates to replace an old timber retaining wall with a new block wall. They also added an aluminum fence on top of the wall. Mike and Chris were great to work with. They were thorough in determining what we needed, were knowledgeable in providing a recommendation on the type of block and how the wall should look, were responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and would constantly provide updates on the progress of the wall. They were several thousand dollars cheaper than a quote we received from a local landscape company. We would use them again and definitely recommend their services.

Simply the best. When we bought our new house, we found extensive issues with the chimney and structural beams. They were professional, timely and responded to calls quickly. They did an incredible job. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We couldnt be happier with the extensive structural work completed by Sandman Associates in our 1920s basement. From the start, Mike and Chris were patient and quickly responsive to our long list of questions. The quote we received was far more reasonable than comparable, local basement repair companies. They took the time to walk us through the exact plan, once in the home, and did so with various members of the family. During completion of work, Mike was communicative and flexible in daily start /end time and the team was respectful of our home as they entered and exited.
