Both the food and service were excellent.We were a party of 6, two of which were 7 year old boys. We were accommodated in the outside seating area which was perfect.Our server was attentive made certain that we were served quickly without rushing us.
Had a really great experience for dinner. Our server was very attentive and so the food came out in a timely fashion. Everything was delicious. I had the special parm crusted chicken with gnocchi and my husband had the lasagna. Would Def recommend this place to anyone in town.
Food was delicious. Love the salad in a bread bowl! Service was a bit slow but thats to be expected now a days and was nothing terrible for how busy they were during the lunch rush.
Monumental Disappointment! The waiter did not know his wine list. We sat for 20 minutes with our drinks waiting for bread. We each ordered an appetizer. He didn’t bring mine. When I asked where it was, he said, “Most people don’t order 2 appetizers, so I forgot “! He didn’t put Parmesan on the Caesar salads. Had to ask for it twice. Our dinner was Literally brought out on the Same tray as my appetizer! My husband’s water glass got empty before filling. Need I say more? And this is a $25 an entree place! Never Again.

My friend and I were craving Italian food. Opted for dine-in. Our waitress didnt seem too interested in being polite or helpful. But the food was absolutely delicious. Both of us ordered the house lasagna and it was just the taste we had been yearning for.
I had a great dining experience at Giannos. The staff was friendly and attentive and brought the food out at the proper intervals. The atmosphere was relaxed, cozy, and comfortable. The food was incredibly delicious and the portions were remarkably generous... with plenty of options to choose from. The desserts are amazing as well. They also have plenty of parking available. Definitely one of the best dining experiences Ive had lately

The food here was absolutely delicious! I went for lunch and had the spinach lasagna but my co-worker had beef tips and tasted them as well. Both dishes were cooked to perfection! Our waitress was so sweet and helpful. I look forward to going again.
After not visiting Giannos for 14 months because of the pandemic we were happy to return on Friday night. Staff all wore masks, wish I could say the same for the patrons as they walked around the restaurant. Food was great as usual. Service from Callie was perfect as well - she remembered all of our favorites. One of the best restaurants in the area. Happy to be back.
So firstly, I love the food at this place. Usually my husband picks it up so Im not sure what hes encountered however, Im so disappointed. Maybe because its 10 minutes before closing but I stood at the counter and three staff, I assume two waitresses and the hostess, with yellow finger nail polish and a tan cardigan blatantly ignored me. No greeting hello, no Ill be with you in a minute. Nothing. Yellow finger nails even took the time to ball up an order paper and drop it in the trash, yet never even looked at me. Customer service is highly important to me. Even if the food is horrible, which its never been here, customer service is part of the experience. I will not be ordering takeout here anymore and Im so disappointed because I really love the food here.

My first experience at this Italian eatery. The food was marvelous and Ill definitely go back. There were too many entrees to try. The seafood diavolo was fantastic. I really liked the fresh french onion soup I had as a starter. You really need to go here.
The food and atmosphere are nice. The create your own pasta is cool, but the price, at least online, can go up fast with additions. Base starts at 8.99 which seems reasonable, but when you add a meat it jumps up $5-8 which puts it right at most of the other pasta dishes, start adding cheese or veggies and all of a sudden, your pasta is $30! There are a lot of other options and the service is great, so still worth a try!
Food was great, Penne Alla Vodka was amazing! Portion sizes were great for the price. Nachos seemed weird at first but were actually really good.

We ordered to go through Grubhub. The food was fabulous! We got manicotti, eggplant parm, spaghetti, a stromboli, plus a couple of desserts. Really delicious!
The portobello mushroom sandwich with roasted red peppers on ficata bread was full of flavor I added grilled chicken which turned out to be a very good decision. Highly recommend it. The pizza as well as the pasta on surrounding tables also looked very tasty next time Im in town going to have to sample a little more of everything.
I’ve always loved this place, but I’ve been less impressed on the food overall recently. Their chicken parmesan comes grilled. You used to be able to specify it breaded/fried, and they used to accommodate. But every time I’ve tried to order it like that recently, they do not do it. Whether it’s in-person, ordering takeout through the website or calling in my order.

We dined in yesterday at this restaurant. Beautiful design and decor, very quiet and comfortable seating. They had lots of delicious vegeterian options. We loved it. Best value, quality, taste, service and atmosphere. We would highly recommend and we will definitely go there again with more friends and family.

Went early on our anniversary. We were treated extremely well. The menu was loaded with Italian favorites. Wife had the Seafood Mix and I the Veal Parmigiana Milanese. Both were excellent. I dont say this easily. The bruschetta was served warm. Really, really good tasted with the spices used. We will definitely be back. The prices were moderate. The atmosphere was excellent. The only thing missing was white table cloths (maybe not practical with COVID).
The food is top-notch Italian and the fresh, warm rolls with a whipped garlic butter are incredibly delicious! The staff are very friendly and took care of our needs quickly. My lasagna was great and the ricotta and sauce tasted homemade. I recommend that you put this on one of your top restaurants to visit!
Drove the wife and mom here for dinner based on all the positive reviews here on Google and this place was amazing. Our plates consisted of seafood fra diavolo, a steak and cheese sub and a side order of meatballs. The dining room and restrooms were very clean. Big spacious well lit dining room with lots of tables and booths. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Food came out fairly quick but the portions were fantastic and the quality of the food is great. We left very happy with our visit and will definitely go back here again. With all that being said this is a place that I definitely recommend to anybody.
Gianno’s is a great atmosphere with delicious food and amazing customer service. Our waitress was super accommodating for our party of 3, which included a 2 year old.I’m sure all the wait staff is great, but Amber deserves recognition for great service - I’d totally recommend asking for her at your next visit!Visited 6/4/2021

Pretty good Italian cuisine. I really enjoyed the calamari. Lasagna was on par for any decent dish I have had.
Dine In or carry out. The pizza is awesome, the calamari appetizer is perfect. All the entrees & sauces are made fresh, portions are huge (if you order dinner you’ll get enough for lunch tomorrow too). Their house dressing is to die for and youll regret not saving room for the tiramasu. I’ve always had great service here

I live in Waxhaw NC and a friend of mine is from High Point and on Mothers day we needed a nice restaurant in High Point to celebrate her day. I called Caroline and asked her where should we go and her response was Giannos the best place to eat in High Point. We took her advice and she was absolutely correct. Faith our waitress was the best, she had knowledge of every thing on the menu and being Southern we all love ice tea and drink quite a bit and Faith never let the glass go empty. From the appetizers to the main course the food was excellent. If you are just hungry or need a nice place to celebrate an occaision this is your place. Incredibly sweet and helpful staff! 3 stars because of the food. We got the oyster Rockefeller which is my favorite appetizer but there are a LOT of onions in it which I found odd. All I could taste was the onion. We also did the build your own pasta and there wasnt enough sauce as it was sticky instead of creamy.They were super busy so we may give it another chance.
I’ve worked at giannos for half a year now and let me tell you, the team is amazing. Management is great. Everybody is like a big family. The food is amazing and I know everyone try’s their absolute hardest to guarantee the best service possible. Come give us a shot and I promise you will not be disappointed.
One of my absolute favorite restaurants in High Point. You can always count on delicious food, attentive service and their menu offers something for everyone in the family. I highly recommend Giannos for any special occasion, or theres always take-out and now you can even enjoy a yummy meal outside on their patio. Love it!
We have been going to Giannos since they first opened. The business was sold several years ago, but the food is just as outstanding as before.The crab cake and onion rings are fantastic as appetizers.My favorite dish is the Charleston Chicken. I just cant let myself order anything else. Everyone I have eaten there with loves their food.Best Italian in town!!

I ordered on Uber eats many times. Amazing every time. Quick, affordable, and absolutely delicious! They have the create your own pasta option which is fantastic for me as a vegetarian and their desserts are so tasty! Love this place!
The menu is hit or miss. The French onion soup is amazing. Their red sauce for the spaghetti and the lasagna and anything else that requires red sauce is sweet. They put a lot of sugar in the red sauce. I’m personally not a fan. The service was fair. She was pleasant but food came out entirely way too late.
The food is absolutely amazing. Stone oven, homemade sauces, dishes, Italian sausage, dressings are the best. It was so good we ordered a dish to go because we live 2 hours away. The desserts are the best. The wait staff were great however, the young ladies at the front require more tact when interacting with all customers. I noticed a difference in treatment with some than with others in their demeanor. I wish we lived closer, Italian food is my favorite and they are yummy.
The food was excellent but the take out was not packed properly, every entree had the to go container crushed and they leaked everywhere! A better job of packing the to go order would have earned a 5 star review.

Ordered through uber eats. Food was so unimpressive. No flavour at all and rolls they gave us were rock hard from being microwaved 100 times. No garlic bread? Really? My husbands sauce tasted like margarine and milk. I cant believe people like this place. It was such a waste of money oh and they didnt send us the dipping sauces for our appetizers. Thoroughly disappointing. It reminds of a kitchen nightmare episode.
First time trying this place on 10/31/2020. Had planned on having my wifes party here back in April because she loved this place, but due to the pandemic they werent able to have people in the building. We decided that Saturday after work to swing by there so I could try it. We got there at 2, but unfortunately they were not open until 4. So we almost went elsewhere, but Im so glad we didnt. The food was amazing, the customer service was beyond anything I usually witness. I told my wife I felt like I was at Disney. People kept greeting us, making sure we were satisfied, and kept complementing our 1 month old. I had the build your own pasta, with fettuccini, meatballs and cheese. My wife had the cheese ravioli. Both were really good. We got the firecracker shrimp and it was really tasty as a appetizer. Something I hadnt had since the boathouse at Disney. Just overall, this place met beyond my expectations. If you like good Italian food with an excellent service, please try these guys out!

We always love Gianos. Were not in High Point too often, but when we have the opportunity, we eat here. Their food is consistently great. My go-to meal is the Chicken Picatta. Even my granddaughter couldnt get enough of it, and shes 18 months.

This was a spur of the moment stop. First time visitors and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING! The server was very polite, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He was training someone and was doing a great job! He explained things as he went along, but not within view (earshot) of the guests. As a food service manager I can appreciate the art and patience in this. I was undecided on my meal choice asked for advice and he really hit the mark. Was not over bearing but still attentive. Checking on our table frequently but not to interrupt our familys outing. The food was delicious! As a pregnant woman, I chose many items on the menu and was not disappointed in anything! All while following guidelines to keep us safe during these tough times! Thank you for a great experience. We will be returning soon! My apologies for not remembering the servers name. 😔
