The best car experience I ever had! I highly recommend visiting Audi Exchange over other Audi dealerships around the area because they will go out of their way to help find you the right car, even when the market is bad. Very friendly, professional, and treat you with care unlike the other dealerships I went to visit.Look for Kenny to help find you the right car because he will do the best that he can to get you the best deal for the model youre looking for. I needed a car by today and Kenny was able to find a car from their other dealership, drive 2.5 hours to go get it, and come back just to have it ready for me by the time I arrived. Had a wonderful experience at Audi Exchange. No one likes the process of car shopping, but this was as good as it could be.The facility was great (free coffee and cookies and comfy waiting areas), the salespeople were kind, informed, and easy-going, and the whole experience was very low pressure and casual.My husband and I went to get him a new car. We put it under my name though since my credit score would give us the best rate. In these instances, I just assume I’m going to be treated like I’m not even there. But the salesperson and finance guy both spoke to my husband and me equally. It was really refreshing to be addressed like my choices and opinions mattered when buying the car even though I wasn’t even the one who was going to be driving it.The entire experience was great and super quick.

Buying a car shouldn’t be a difficult process but…somehow it always is. After searching for my desired ride locally without luck, I turned to the internet. I found 7 vehicles which interested me. After eliminating 4 of them (you’ll know who really wants to help you make a deal and who wants to play games) I chose the Audi Exchange in Highland Park because they were responsive, attentive, and anxious to make arrangements for me to own this car. My sales guy, Scott, was product smart, spent time with me on the particulars of this vehicle. He also made sure to make a point of telling me to call him anytime I needed anything. Don, in the finance department, walked me through a pile of paperwork as we exchanged stories of our kids. While I will have my car serviced 300 miles south of The Audi Exchange, I will strongly consider any future purchases there.

I had a great experience buying my first Audi at the exchange. From my initial interaction with Milan on their website to buying the car, I knew they were interested in making the sale. My salesman was Trent, I highly recommend him. He is a very nice guy, answered all my questions, and he tried to make the deal happen. All the staff there were very nice and made me feel comfortable. Typically, I cannot stand car dealerships. The Audi Exchange Highland Park made my car shopping as well as buying experience painless! ‘Brian Balinski was incredibly helpful and patient well I test drove several different cars before settling in on one. I did check out four other dealerships in the Chicagoland area and had the best customer service by far with Audi exchange. Brian found the car I was looking for and even sat with me and showed me all the features! I really appreciate it all of the attention to detail.

I was looking for a very specific Q5 build (blue with beige interior premium plus model) for my wife. When no other dealer in IL could find the car, I finally connected with Manos at Audi Exchange. He pulled out all the stops to find one in Missouri. Due to the chip shortage, cars are in very short supply and The Exchange must have done some spirited horse trading to get me my car. The buying experience was great and when we picked up the car there were no surprises, just a smooth visit with a great group of people.

Great place to buy a car, but horrible to get it serviced. After going in for a routine, annual check, I started driving home and one of the belts started whining so loudly, the noise was deafening. Called them back to voice my concern and they basically made me start the whole process of service over again. They were overbooked and short staffed, according to the service agent. They basically said it would take 5 days before they could fit me in, finally another service agent went out of his way to help me and got my car into the shop after a few days of haggling. He told me it is a complicated belt to replace, so one day turns into three before the situation is fixed. It was very frustrating at this point, but I didn’t have much of a choice once they started the work. Finally, get my Audi back after more than a week from the initial service visit. Left the lot, got half way home and the check engine light comes on. Call back and guess what….. back to square one with service, at the back of the line with over a week till they will take a look at my car. While I understand they are extremely busy, they should also respect their customers and how to expedite issues they may have caused. What a massive headache…..

Terrible/Horrible Customer ServiceThe service advisor was rude, lacked empathy, was uninterested and was not willing to listen to my problem at all.I observed low pressure light is ON and a clearly visible bubble on my front tire and went to the center to get it checked for any issues. The service team mentioned there is no bubble on my tire and closed the request but I was able to clearly point out and show them a bubble. They mentioned its no big deal and I wasnt comfortable with driving my car with a bubble on my tire as it a highly risky thing to do and can result in an accident.When I showed them the bubble and requested to recommend the next steps, they after a few attempts in convincing them then agreed to replace it and again took my car in for service.After all this, the staff was unapologetic and wasnt even communicating well.There are always shortage of Loaner Cars and the staff never agree to provide a ride home or book an Uber home. I expect a better service from a luxury brand like Audi.

I took my 2014 Q5 to the Audi Exchange to for the first time @69,000 for a check engine light issue. It turns out I needed a timing belt replacement. Despite my disappointment at what felt was a premature failure of this part, I was pleased with the work performed and the way that the service advisor handled the repair.I worked with Alex Green and would recommend him if you go there.

I came in for a simple oil change and wash. The service was quick, friendly and professional... until the sales representative approached me with the quote for recommended service. He explained to me what issues should most likely be addressed to keep my vehicle running well. After explaining this, he made a belittling statement saying I dont know if you have the authority to make these decisions but.... Making this statement was very unprofessional and unexpected from such a well reviewed place of business. He assumed that the vehicle was not mine due to the way I looked or for another reason. After making those remarks, he continued to assume that I would not be getting the service due to the cost. I had more than enough time and money to have the service done, but I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I have never had a sales representative disrespect me by assuming my vehicle was not mine or that I could not afford it. Overall I was disappointed that this had occurred at a business I had enjoyed and respected.

During my Q7 search, this dealer was the only one that provided a good initial quote. Others either tried to get me to come visit them before they’d release pricing, or priced everything at MSRP less rebates, rather than displaying an intention to discount the vehicle until I was in-person and ready to buy. Where do I start?! After having an awful experience at another Audi dealership, I was nervous the experience at Audi Exchange would be the same and I couldn’t have been more wrong! Brian was extremely personable, answered all of our questions and allowed us to test drive our vehicle alone (because who needs a hall monitor when you’re trying to make a major purchase!) After deciding we wanted to move forward, Dan in the finance department was amazing! He spelled all the numbers out, explained all the warranty options and even chatted about his family! From the time I made the appointment until the time I put the key in my new vehicle, the process was seamless, transparent and overall amazing! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Was @ Audi Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park, IL yesterday looking for Q3 premium and the customer support we got from Kenny Rua, one of the Audi executive was just high standard right from the time we entered the showroom till the time we got out of the showroom beyond his work hours.. He has well assisted us at each stage of the purchase right from the test drive till the final purchase of the vehicle.. went there with my family and my whole family was overwhelmed by the customer service at this showroom.. Had been to couple of Audi showrooms in Chicago but didn’t get the assistance provided in this showroom.. Would highly recommend visiting this showroom for any purchases or to have the real Audi experience..

Prompt service, 2 things I didn’t like was on the site they advertised pick up and was unclear how to set up also on the site used the text request and never heard anything back I had to call after that sales person was prompt to call or text back
