Our sales rep, Cathy Achino is great to work with. She is very honest and down to earth. Rather than trying to sell us, she takes the time to find out what is important to us and gives us the chance to decide if we want a feature or accessory. Everyone we worked with at Muller Honda was a pleasure to work with. I never felt high pressured at all. This is the fourth car we have bought from Muller and would highly recommend them!

We just purchased a new car from Muller Honda and couldnt have been happier with the buying experience. When we met Kurt Kim a little over a month ago, we could tell right away that he was honest, direct, and wasnt trying to sell us. It was more about the customer, building a strong relationship, and it was clear how important earning our business was to him. Not just for now, but for the future too. The timing wasnt right to buy and we did shop around, but came back to Muller after finding other dealerships to be deceiving and not forthcoming in their negotiations and customer approach. There are many reasons why Muller has such positive feedback, but to us the two most prevalent were the great sales team (Kurt Kim stands out) and their commitment to building a long-term relationship. If youre in the market for a new or used Honda, I strongly recommend Muller Honda.

Please understand the only reason there is 1 star is because I could not post without it.I had the worst experience ever at Muller Honda and am so glad I was sent a message asking me to leave a review because here it is.I went to Muller Honda because my car broke down and I needed help. I was instead taken advantage of. I signed a contract was told everything was taken care of and then was sent on my way. After 4 days I was told the car was still mine, if I paid $2000 more dollars and that this was standard practice. I didnt have that money and made clear how much money I did have when I bought the car.They did not offer to help me in any way, barely apologized to me and I no longer have a car from Muller Honda.These are terrible people who lied to me every step of the way.

Kassandra is very welcoming. This is the second time taking my vehicle to be serviced and they were quick in that I did not have a long wait time. Kassandra was able to view my car history for additional information to make recommendations of work to expect the next time I come in. The staff are professional and service area clean and relatively quiet. The lady who checked out my ticket is very kind and professional. I live in the city and will go out of my way to have my car serviced at Muller Honda.

My wife and I went to buy a car on 9/8/21 I was told by a guy named Larry that the car will be at their location on 9/14/21 and I should put a deposit on it. So I did and I never got a call back about that car since that day. Today I received a text message saying my car is ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and I was told the car was sold and they don’t have it. What kind of service is this? Their manger Jeff did not apologize and said you need to wait now, he also was mad and yelling at me for no reason. He told the guy who was by him to give me my deposit back and walked away. Wow, my dad and sister bought their cars from there that’s why I went back, but I swear never going back again and I will tell all my friends not too. I will share that location on my social media.

I have taken my car to Muller Honda every three months since I purchased it 5 years ago. My wife also purchased her car there 6 years ago. We are loyal customers and have always recommended this dealership highly. I went in for an oil change and I was told that I needed $3600 worth of service work. I asked the service advisor If that was correct since I had been there every three months and no one had ever notified me that I needed so much work. He assured me that everything was correct. I went home and pulled up all my old records and found out that just last year I had almost every service that they told me I needed this time. I called the service advisor back and told him that all of those repairs had been done within the year. He was minimally apologetic and when I asked to talk to the manager the manager said they did nothing wrong. He just said it was a mistake. However, if the service advisor would have just scrolled back less than three service appointments previous on the computer he would have seen I had all of those services he said I needed! My wife and I are extremely disappointed by this experience and would not recommend muller Honda to anyone nor would we buy another car there. I am really hoping this review has some weight and in some way I will be compensated. I have been so upset by this experience and have told many others the story.

I just saw on one of my friends social media that they had a terrible experience here with general manager Jeff being aggressive and using profanity while speaking to his customers who were in the process of purchasing a vehicle. A sales rep by the name of Larry indicated that they got treated this way because they were being “bitchy” when asking when they could pick up a car the put a down payment for over a month ago. Larry said that the general manager will refuse to respect them and now has to be a “dick” because they questioned the status of their car. Overall the GM needs to be put in his place he doesn’t need to disrespect people and not use profanity to his clients!! That’s ridiculously outrageous and he needs to be fired asap!! ZERO RESPECT ZERO FRIENDLINESS ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!! FIRE JEFF NOW!

Well, that was easy. Made appointment to test drive car, negotiated via email and telephone, filled out 90% of paperwork remotely, signed our names in a few places at the dealership, and drove off with our new car. No gimmicks, no tricks, no last minute surprises. Working with Larry and Pawel was great. Never felt pressured to act quickly and the process was smooth and painless. Would certainly recommend!

I’m hoping to post a more positive update in the near future. This was a horrible experience!!! I arrived on 8/10 for my scheduled appointment to get my electrical harness replaced. I found out that they never ordered the part that they diagnosed - had to be replaced. I also found out today - it will take a whole day to install the part. They were told when setting up my 8/10 appointment that I need my car to go to work at night. So Muller Honda was expecting me to pick up my car at 5pm when I am at work? Again, FAIL by Muller Honda! So I have now rescheduled for another appointment next week. They said they would schedule a loaner for me. I lodged a complaint via email on Muller Honda’s website and got an automated response. I am angry!

From someone who used to be in the business, trust me when I say your experience at Muller Honda will be vastly different than other dealerships! My salesman was Howard, who was very pleasant to deal with, fair and up front, never pushed me in any direction but help make my decision my own rather than the typical sales man manager tag team that usually happens 99.99% of the time. The sales manager Alan was very easy going and worked the deal to close leaving me happy with numbers. The finance manager Danny was amazing to deal once again straight up not pushy and hooked me up with some service discounts to sweeten the deal!Muller Honda has my recommendation and will be telling others about visiting them for their next vehicle!

Had a terrible experience with Muller Hondas sales manager Matt. The day started off fine with Larry being helpful over the phone and Kurt helping me in store. Kurt showed me the trade in value for my car, and it was 4k lower than Kelley Blue Book so I countered. It went all downhill when Matt came over to discuss price. Before I even spoke he came in very combative, talking down to me, not explaining where his number came from, interrupting me, and not letting me speak. I explicitly asked multiple times for him to give us his next best offer and he refused. After taking a moment, we decided to walk, and I explained to Matt that if he had outlined why there was such a difference between our numbers and spoke to us with respect, we could have come to a deal. His response was that he deals with a lot of jerks. So he decided that we were jerks before even speaking to us, and treated us as such. We are a Honda family, looking to make a lifelong connection to a dealership, and now we do not want to come back to Muller because of Matt.

I just purchased a high mileage (132K) CR-V at Muller Honda in Highland Park. My daughters car had damage beyond which it would make sense to repair and she needed a car to take to college and (hopefully) for a few after that. I walked in and talked to their used car guy Jim Coveliers. To be honest, I probably could have gotten a similarly situated vehicle for a little less somewhere else. Buying a high mileage vehicle always involves a bit of a leap of faith. That leap was made easier the other day. The simple fact is that I trust the Muller name. I dont think they would put a vehicle out there that didnt meet their high standards. I have bought several cars at their Highland Park location over the years. In my book, Mr. Muller has earned the right in our community to ask for a small premium for his cars. As always, his staff is very professional. Thanks Jim and Muller team!

I went to Muller Honda (pre-owned) a while back to look at some SUV’s. My family purchased a used Toyota Corolla from Luigi about 6-7 years ago and it is still a great car! So when I was looking at some of the SUV’s I decided to hold off for a while on purchasing one so I could come in with a good down payment. About a month or so later, I received a call from Jim C. that they had just got in an older RAV4 that was in great condition with low miles. I couldn’t believe that after I hadn’t been in for a while Jim and Luigi kept me in mind about what I was looking for and knew this would be a good fit. So I went in checked it out and decided to get it. There is no haggling, the prices are very fair, and they treat their customers so nicely. As Mr. Muller says, “You will NOT be disappointed”….this is the truth 😊

Was upset that workers who moved items in my car put my jug of Prestone on my back seat. The cap was loose, due to the jug being tipped over. The seat was soaked with window-washing solution. This could have been avoided 2 ways:1) I should have been asked to remove the items from the back of my car when I dropped the car off. I did not think to do so because the work being done was to a door, so I thought that the items behind the seat, on the floor, wouldnt interfer. I was wrong. I guess workers had to access that area to mount the door and to fully clean/disinfect interior when body work was completed. Wish Bob or someone would have told me to clear out the back floor.2) Other items were moved to my trunk. The bottle of Prestone could have been placed in my trunk. Even if it leaked, at least it would have been into the trunk, and not on the back seat.I give Bob in the body shop credit for pulling the car back in to the shop and having the seat vacuumed, which left it only damp, not soaking wet. He also had a small area on the exterior touched-up on the spot. It had been forgotten amidst all the other repairs.I was not offered compensation for the wasted window-washing solution, which was likely half a jug or more. I was not offered compensation for the aggravation. I know I am only speaking of about $5.00 to replace the Prestone (its a below 20° solution), but principal involved.In general, I am pleased with the body work, and I know Bob and Mike and the other workers have been stressed. But you asked for feedback, so I am honestly sharing.Ms. Beth Greenwald

We purchased a certified 2016 Civic in January 2020. In July of that year, the A/C went out, so they replaced the condenser free of charge since it was under warranty. Last week, the A/C went out again. My immediate thought was that they did not identify the issue correctly the first time, or that their initial work on the condenser was faulty (everybody has bad days). I called the service department hoping that they would at least offer to diagnose the issue free of charge since it seems out of the ordinary that a 2016 vehicle, and one purchased 15 months ago as certified, would encounter 2 issues with the A/C, especially in less than 9 months. . Instead, they offered to take a look at it for $235. I am disappointed that they are not standing by their product by at least making sure that they are the cause of the problem. As a result, I am taking the car to a reputable local mechanic who will charge $75 for the same diagnostics. I purchased this Honda with the notion that Muller was a reputable dealer. Sorry to say that I no longer think that way and will have to think long and hard about ever purchasing another car from them.

I had a less than ideal experience at another Honda Dealership when purchasing my Civic, so I chose Muller when it needed service. I had a few problems that needed attention. AC was not working, back brakes were scraping, and regular scheduled maintenance. Luke was my service agent and took a quick ride with me to diagnose the sounds coming from my wheels so he could give me an approximate idea of what was going on. Before I left they walked me through potential charges, depending on what was found during the diagnostic process. Luke sent me an invoice of suggested maintenance and the costs associated for my approval. He helped to answer my questions regarding each service and the costs. They serviced my car within the same day and it feels brand new. Not to mention they gave me a ride to and from work that day! Overall, I would highly recommend their service department.

Service was completed promptly, but it never fails, they always try to sell you on service that’s not suggested by the factory. It’s recommended by the dealer. That means it’s not needed and would be a waste of your money.

I purchased a brand new crv from here and their service is so terrible that I had to switch to Honda on grand in Elmhurst IL. I try to schedule service appointments online and they said theyre not available until 1 or months later. I cannot fix the recall on my vehicle or get simple oil changes. Also, their finance department gives you the highest interest rates for new vehicle purchases. NEVER COME HERE.

In general, I’ve had good interactions with Muller Honda service. They strike me as honest and have worked with me when a repair caused another repair, in terms of compensation. Some repairs have taken longer than expected, but they have provided a courtesy vehicle when that has happened. Good one to one communication when I’m present.

The customer service is pretty horrible. They are rude. I ask a question and they talk to me like I’m an idiot. I ask for a department and they “transfer” me and hang up every time. I bought my vehicle here and everything went smooth but so far been having rude employees.
