Fast, competent, and inexpensive... What more needs to be said?

Make sure you get what you pay for. They were persistent about us sitting inside while they worked on the car. We sat for a good 30 minutes as they pretended to fix my car. My window wouldn’t roll up which caused for a new switch I paid $175 (which was expensive but I have a new baby and it’s cold out) to later find out they never put the new switch in. Just rolled the window up and sent me on my way. I know this because a hour after leaving I have the same issue take the car back but this time we didn’t wait inside because we had the baby with us. You guys I WATCHED AS THEY CHANGED MY SWITCH IN 2 MIN AND EVERYTHING WORKED AS IT SHOULD. I’m disappointed, y’all tried to steal my part, knowing good and well you didn’t put my new switch in the first time....never again

They always treat me good! absolutely no complaints here, I even had a problem with the tire that I bought from them that I could not present the receipt for and they still gave me a discount they Rock!

Very professional. Friendly. Didnt try to dupe me with bad tires (just because Im a black woman). Ive been coming here for 3 years. Never failed me yet. Plus I pay attention to whats considered good or not. lol.

They tried to complain to me about what they had to do. Which caused a hostel environment just shut up and stop complaining about something I already paid for

The price was good but the people that work there are not professional at all... They say one thing to you an then pretend like they didnt say what they said to you. Just very very unprofessional people.. I will not b returning to fix any windows or recommending any body to go there ..

They lie about beating other prices or better prices. But for a tire sensor for my vehicle they was going to charge me $75.00; however, auto zone, oreillys and advance auto parts was charging me between$48.00-$55.00. So I spent $212.00 instead of $300.00 plus not adding the tax to the 300.

Ive had my fair share of bad experiences with you, be it on the phone or in person. But its always at one of your spots. Either Im being hung up on or not receiving the answers I need. But there is also some good out of one of your spots, which helped me replace my tires when I was on low times which I am thankful for. But oh well I know everything has a good and bad side

Asked for a certain color and quality part to be installed. Prepaid the install. They installed a wrong color, cracked part. Then wanted to up charge me to make it right. Make sure you see your part(s) before you pay for them!

I go in here for a 2014 Nissan Maxima occasionally thanks to Michigan potholes. These guys have the best service and pricing in all SE Michigan. Would highly recommend over any of the places in the burbs too.

Was told there was a new $45 tire for my vehicle, showed up only tires of $79 and up

Had them repair a window someone broke into overnight. They didnt clean the glass out of the track so it screeches when it goes up and down. The guy got grease all over the seat and left permanent marks on the inside of the door. Also did a terrible job cleaning the glass out of the car and got offended when I asked him to clean out the rest. Had to take the car elsewhere.

I have never gone there, but my Sister and her husband got my rim there a so thank you for that.
