Customer service was great place was well stocked and clean

Store Manager help get my grandparents back on the road. They traveled from Mississippi for a family reunion. They needed a battery for their 2016 Fiesta. After verifying that I was the store manager from another autozone store they allowed us to have a smooth transaction using the BHPUT system. I really appreciate this store for their help.

Super ratchet. Every time I’ve gone, there’s a 10-15 minute wait for someone to help me whether or not there’s a line at the counter. Last week, I walked the entire store twice and no one spoke to me. Whole staff needs to be fired. Never going back

Friendly Fast Service!!! Greet you upon entering the establishment!!! The staff there, are customer friendly. Make sure youre being serviced in a timely fashion. That helps getting your vehicle needs stress free!!!

Called the location on Mound Rd and was put on hold for 10 minutes, the location on Woodward answered right away. They also had my part in stock so I could get my car repaired. All good.

Very helpful. Needed coolant - clerk was able to find brand and cost without looking it up, and he was correct! Good prices, selection, reasonable COVID procedures - correct, lawful but not suffocating. Treat customers very well. Helps educate.

These people up here are always helpful. Theyve pointed out issues on my truck i had no clue about. Ive been help alot up there. They change my lights of couple of times and my battery and they put a cover on my steering wheel for me. These people are legit. Best auto zone in detroit for sure.

I love AutoZone all of my parts come from AutoZone I loved a great customer service how they come out and check your vehicle, all of my parts that comes from AutoZone almost our lifetime and they guarantee their parts.

This AutoZone is walking distance from my house and it seems like everytime I go there they dont have what I need and if they do have it they dont have anybody totally know how to cross reference parts I think the solution for this is they need more qualified managers thats able to teach and motivate the workers

I needed a starter so I called to order it. The guy that answered three phone told me I had to drive (my car wont start) ten miles up to the store and order it at the counter. Go back home and wait for the item to come in...then..Go back up to the store and pick it up. Thats going to be 4 uber trips. Yeah right AutoZone,good luck staying in business.This is the first time Ive ever been told by ANY auto parts store that I couldnt order a part by phone. I guess Ill call OReillys. Theyve always ordered my parts when I give them a call.
