Exellent place to buy parts for you subaru and very nice workers on parts departament

Nothing unusual. The part was out of stock, backordered, quickly delivered to the dealership. When I received the notification about order status there was like that:Status: ShippedShipping Method: Local PickupGuys, can you be a little bit simpler?

Good support over phone and in person at pick up.

Order online for discount. Local pick up is best.

Customer service was great and updated me on my order at least once a day! Order wasn’t delayed and the items were great! The only thing I wasn’t so happy about was the wrapping paper I had purchased. I was hoping it would be a bigger role but sadly it was not. I would just recommend them making a larger role of wrapping paper!

Muller Subaru is always A+! (We live near Napleton Subaru in Schaumbrug) but drive to Muller in HPark as they have never disappointed!) Muller is fair on its pricing for not only the cars themselves, but parts and services plus have helpful associates. Another example - ordered a part online for pickup at fair price @ Muller and didnt get the confirm slip yet for pickup. My wife thought she was doing me a favor & went to pick it up right away. Turns out they didnt have it ready yet - but she said the parts service counter rep got it ready for her anyway. They are just good people through and through there. Thx!

George was great! I sent him an email and within just a couple of hours, he called me. He helped me find the part I needed for my sons car and walked me through the process of having it shipped to the dealership.The part also came in quickly. I sent the same request to Liberty Auto City a few days before contacting Muller and still havent heard from them. The only thing that I didnt care for was during pick up. No one was there to greet me and point me to the direction of the parts center. Since I had not been there before, I found that a little off-putting. I actually had to stop someone and ask if they worked there and ask for help. It was definitely hard to identify who is an employee or customer. The person that helped me at the parts desk was very friendly and courteous. If I could rate the parts department, I would give George and his team a 5. I would rate the actual dealership at a 2 or 3 because I didnt feel welcome and wasnt offered assistance.

Installation of my 2” hitch went smoothly. Bike rack is on and ready for many years of use!
