Terrible customer service. My dad was trying to get a refund for a broken wooden chair and was directed to multiple channels all of which ended up not working. My brother ended up tweeting them and they finally responded to that. So backwards
Was little skeptical of going here 1st due to people’s comments about poor customer service. But i was greeted at my arrival jn the store, Michael tried her best to help me with furniture and drapes.
Absolutely abysmal customer service! We purchased two sofas and the entire experience was extremely disappointing...a complete headache! The store manager agreed to refund 50% of the $400 delivery charge because they had botched it so badly...they completely missed the delivery window (after we hung around the house all day waiting), called us at 6:30am on a Saturday morning to let us know they wouldn’t be delivering the sofa at all, the sofa arrived with a large scratch, etc...Well, surprise surprise the refund was never provided, the store manager never followed up. Honestly the WORST furniture buying experience I’ve ever had...the staff we dealt with were smug, unprofessional & clueless.

If going to this store was my first experience with a pottery barn, I’d never buy anything from this company. Ladies that work here are extremely rude. Took my mom here to get an entire dining room set after telling her how amazing the quality of the furniture was and after the way we were treated, we left and she’s buying it at the store at Old Orchard instead. I shop at the Oakbrook and Naperville locations and both stores have the best customer service. I’ll continue to buy things from this company because I love their products, but will NEVER shop at the store in Highland Park ever again!!!
Worst customer service ever!! It’s sad how one employee can tarnish the whole company!!
Had to return a catalog item. Could have used a little help getting the item out of the car and onto their ramp.
