Im not really sure why the security guard felt the need to try to break down every step to the door when all he needed to say was drive to the other side of the building. Was the assumption that I couldnt figure it out? Getting loaded was quick and I was out in about an hour.

I did get out in under 2 hours, but they didnt seem very busy, and was 30 minutes from the time I heard the door close from the time was signing paperwork. Kind of a long wait between if you ask me. All the people look over worked and from the look on their faces, they are under paid too. But honestly I didnt run into a fella that wasnt polite and respectful, So...

Was loaded 3 hours before appt time. Granted they werent busy at that time and i was loaded and on my way in 1 hour. The key to success as a truck driver here and everywhere for that matter is to be presentable..be friendly and speak in clear plain english. If you cant accomplish these key things then youre review may be different than mine and really you shouldnt be driving truck without these things!!!

Taking too long to loadI got here on time for appt but I’m still waiting here to get loaded it’s been 4hrs already. It’s the 2nd time in 2 days Always come prepared with food.

3 hours to get loaded, it was busy time, overall not so bad

I come early 3 hrs .. they load for me .nice staff. and clean place.

No signs hard to find took forever to load my truck I would not recommend going back

Got there 5 hours earlier, wait 1.5 hours and got loaded, left 2 hours before my appointment.
