I had my second experience trying on dresses at this store (the Highland Park location) and it was fantastic. There was such a wide variety of dresses to choose from and there were plenty of dresses in the style I was looking for. The funny thing is that the dress I ended up picking was the exact opposite of what I thought I wanted... so I appreciated the stylist challenging me in that way. I felt comfortable the entire appointment and loved something about almost every dress I tried on, they were all beautiful! At the wedding I received endless compliments on my dress and felt like a princess.The downside to my experience was the amount of waiting I had to do once the dress was purchased. I was fully informed that it would take a long time for the dress to come in but when I called for updates, it was hard to get someone on the phone and then when I did get ahold of someone the only update was basically that the dress was not in yet. The dress was custom (essentially two dresses that I tried in put together) and took ~8 months to make. I received a call late in the day before a holiday weekend informing me that there was an update on my dress, called them back immediately, and did not hear anything back until later the following week (I reached out a few times before that). I completely understand being closed for a holiday weekend (assuming that was the case) but I thought it was really poor judgment to leave a bride (who was less than a month out for her wedding) a voicemail saying there is an update with absolutely no context and no response for so long. I would have preferred to have gotten a call the following week rather than worrying that something was wrong for almost a week. I also thought it was strange that the staff changed several times over my waiting period. The sales associate who helped me quit within a couple days of me being there (I was assured it was not me or my family that caused it haha), her boss who helped me with my fitting quit and apparently went to a different salon after that, and I heard that there a couple other staff members that I had interacted with on the phone also left. I dont know if that is normal for the bridal salon industry, but I thought that was really strange.At the end of the day I absolutely loved my dress - there is not another one like it! I feel that the selection at Simply Luxe is incredible. However, the customer service was not what I wanted it to be considering how much I paid for the dress and the location (the North Shore - demands high service!). Luckily I was appeased by how beautiful I felt on our special day (my husband agrees)!

After visiting 9 bridal stores, yes 9, I guess I had saved the best for last because I found my DREAM dress here! The staff was extremely helpful and super nice, making the experience of choosing THE dress that much sweeter. I also had my alterations done by Renate, their seamstress, and she is truly magnificent and very talented. Her attention to detail is amazing and will have you in the perfect fitting dress for your big day. She is also the nicest woman. Would HIGHLY recommend Simply Luxe in Highland Park. I am beyond grateful I found them!!

I read the other reviews for this bridal boutique and I am more than happy to add one more 5 stars review ( I would have put more if possible 😉) the boutique was cozy and clean, elegant and welcoming. Dana was the best! She did everything for me in order to find that ONE dress. I am very happy that I have find this boutique. Dana again, you are a great person!

I recently purchased my wedding gown from Simply Luxe Bridal Highland Park. Where do I begin?! This store is so chic and comfortable! When my group and I walked in we were greeted right away and offered champagne. Dana was my stylist and she was amazing!! We talked about what styles I was liking and what my bridal vision was. After that she pulled dresses for me and we starting trying on. The first dress was it and she absolutely hit the nail on the head! I can not thank Dana and Simply Luxe enough! I went into my appointment last week with no idea what kind of dress I wanted and dreading the process. Morgan was so helpful and had an amazing sense of what styles would look good on me. The store was gorgeous, and my whole experience was nothing but positive. Finding the right dress was so much easier than I expected and I can’t wait to wear it at my wedding in December!!

The best Bridal Salon in Chicago! From my first consultation to my final fitting, the team at Simply Luxe went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, cared for, and beautiful. The shopping experience was lovely, and there was an overwhelmingly beautiful selection of dresses to try on. Five stars!

After shopping at so many stores in the city, I came out to Highland Park to visit my parents and go dress shopping at Simply Luxe. I am so impressed that they have such a large selection for having opened in December. Dana was amazing to work with. She listened to my dress requests and provided a dress shopping experience that Ill never forget. My mom and I had just the best time and Im so thrilled that I found my gown at Simply Luxe. Such a cute store! We had an absolute ball here picking out my daughters dress. The staff were all so wonderful and they have a very expansive collection of dresses.

The dresses at Simply Luxe are absolutely STUNNING. Morgan, who helped us out, was an absolute dream to work with. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and brought in a few surprises too. I had a budget of $6k and there was a lot to try on around that price.

I loved my experience here! I had a really hard time finding the gown I loved in Chicago. I have been to several stores in Chicago and very disappointed with the selection/experience. Susan was amazing at not only helping me find and customize my dream gown from Martina Liliana but she made me feel like a bride!

Simply Luxe, new to the area, is wonderful in terms of its aesthetics and staff. I had a wonderful first consultation and decided that, if I could not find a better dress elsewhere, was going to go with one of their dresses. Unfortunately, the customer service was so irritating and disappointing that I ended up purchasing elsewhere. I hadtried to get into contact with them several times via email and recieeved no response. Then, I called and never got a call back. I am aware of their limited open times/days, and even on their open day, was unable to speak with someone on the phone. They also offered a special down payment offer on my first visit; all to turn around and ask for alarger down later on. I do not appreciate such business, but to each their own. They certainly have a wonderful collection and decor and I would highly recommend working with Morgan if possible.
