This is the best store for top of the line kitchen furniture. They have the best quality furniture around.

Love Williams Sonoma stores and the quality of merchendise sold there but had extremely unpleasant experience on Sunday, January 6 around 4:45 PM at the store in Highland Park,IL. The store was fairly busy with customers and my wife and I had picked about $50 worth of merchandise and took our place in line to pay for it. There was about 5 personnel and 2 cashiers taking payments from customers. When we finally made it to the front of the line, the cashier on our side walked away to help another customer so we waited patiently for about 10 minutes while the cashiers were helping anyone with questions blatently ignoring us. No eye contact or assurance that theyll be with us momentarily! Got to the point that we looked at each other and decided to walk out of the store leaving the items on the desk. Dont remember being treated this way in recent memory and have no intention of coming back to the Highland Park store EVER!!! They obviously dont need my money!!!!!

Wonderful buying experience; excellent A++ associates and customer service. I made a short visit during my lunch break to browse the store for nothing specific in mind to buy as a gift for my wife.Beth greeted me, asked me questions to figure out what it was I may be searching for - as we narrowed it down to a Breville smart countertop oven, Beth went above and beyond to show me her in-store display, as well as compare the other like models.Beth searched online and told me how the process would work if I wanted the one that wasnt in the store that day, she also opened up a box to show me the size of the mini. When I left to go back to work, she assured me that anybody in the store will help when I come back and if I need to buy online then do it through them so the store gets credit [as it should of course]430pm I come back and meet Sherry, her welcoming greeting and reassurance that i definitely was working with the right person once again.. she understood what i wanted, called two stores, and just as she verified one store, Sarah says, hey.. we just got one of those back in the store!They saved me a trip to the city, they reassured me that the product was never used even though it was a return and to top it all off they offered to wrap it up for me, together they wrapped this big box and sent me off on my way with a huge smile, feeling like a hero for the wrapped gift for the wifey.

Best store for top of the line kitchen stuff.

Always been a Williams-Sonoma fan and always will. They have great customer service and you will always find what you need!
