Goodness! This was a marvelous spot to do a few staple goods. All of the stuff that we seriously need was good here. Such an astonishing help!

Typical blah Jewel, not what you would expect in Highland Park. Sunset foods is more HP, Antons offers more fresh selection and Woodman offers far more selection and better prices.

This store is always well stocked and easy to navigate due to their wide aisles and organization. It has ample parking space and their curbside pickup is convenient and easy to use.

Very clean and tidy. The choice of the vegetables and fruits was not really good. The stuff was really welcoming and nice. Most people with masks.

I prefer this Jewel to the one in Vernon Hills, which is closer to my home. I usually go later in the week so things are stocked up and rarely can I not find what I want. The store has good produce and frozen foods sections. Its smaller and easier to shop than the VH location.

I travel to other Jewel locations as the staff is so unfriendly at this location that its just so sad to me and makes the shopping experience very unpleasant. the general vibe of this store is sad and depressing. But the most I am bothered by is an unfriendly people there. They all are very unhappy and grumpy and mean to customers. Are they all related? They all look the same and behave the same- sad!!!

The vegetable wall and grocery section is always so clean.

Everyone is helpful and they keep a decent variety of items.

Good supplies of products we use and many special offers to reduce prices. Checkout staff cheerful and efficient. Parking lot staff member assisted elderly woman out of her car and then resumed collecting carts.

Thw supermarket is well supplied. The place has a nice size kosher section, which has a nice assortment.

I am always impressed with how quickly the line moves, how efficient the clerks are, how clean the store is at all times, and how friendly the staff is. Keep it up yall! You rock!

This store has almost everything weve ever felt that we needed on our grocery lists. Nice, orderly store layout and pleasant staff to assist when necessary.

Busy sore in the weekends, but thankfully they managed to keep a large staff on hand. Im not sure but I think the prices in Highland Park are higher then other Jewels in Lake County. They carry a lot of stuff that other Jewels dont, so pick your battles. Thanks to the large staff lines move quick.

Check out girl was so busy talking to the bagger in Spanish which is rude to carry on a conversation that the other person doesnt speak in front of them when I asked her a question about coupons at the very beginning of the order she ignored it and then when I followed up at the end of my order which was messed up I had to go to customer service to get it fixed

In general we go to jewel because of the quality of the fresh produce.

Jewel osco is apart of Albertsons. I’ve used Albertsons gift cards here a handful of times. Go in today 5 people who can’t Figure out how to scan gift cards just decided today was the day they don’t accept this gift cards... just say you don’t know what you are doing but don’t lie #whatdidiexpectgoodcostumerservicefromjeweltho

Nothing to disinfect the cart handle anywhere in site upon entering the store. Did not find hand sanitizer until at the checkout. I normally have my own but let someone borrow it and did not have it with me this time.

I love going to this Jewels because the food is always fresh & in stock! Plus I can get my banking needs done at the same time!!

All of the more ethnically popular alcoholic beverages are locked up now. Asked two different employees for assistance, never got any service for almost MINUTES, had to settle for a less favorable choice.

Best price on salmon and meat. They even have prime steaks now.Staff are fantastic. Be late ND to them they work very hard to keep the store stocked and clean.

Oh dude this Jewel is the jam it has way more things than normal jewels dont have. I dont know how they do it but they manage to get stuff that I only seen in like Fresh Farms or just only there. Definitely worth going to this one for your daily driver needs and specials

Produce isnt the best of Jewel stores in the area but bakery is stupendous. Kosher selection year round is very good. Helpful, friendly deli and butcher counter people. Usually slim on cashiers.

You have to shop smart here. Read their advertisements to know what is on sale. Check the produce before you purchase. Not everything is good like in the pictures. There is a great selection of kosher meat, cheese, and stuff from Israel. Check out the kosher deli section. Fried chicken, and grilled chicken is a bargain and already cooked. Easy meal.

They are on the bubble. Have not shopped at the Highland Park Jewel for better part of 2 years. Had to use the TCF bank so I purchased less than $20.00 in fruit and protein bars. Used self check out so was not exposed to the rude cashiers. Been shopping at Sunset Foods instead of Jewel and Sunset Foods is the best grocery store in Chicagoland.

If you like hazy IPA, I find the Sam Adams New England among the best.Yesterday, Saturday, it was on sale at Jewel for 10.99 a 12-pack! I, of course, I purchased two.

The store was out of severals of the sale items including the free item that was only posted yesterday. This has happened before especially with the free items and I find it very frustrating. When an item is advertised as being available for 3 days I dont expect it to be out of stock in less than 2 days.

Love this place. We just moved here a couple days ago and needed a decently priced grocery store. This is the place. Lots of fresh veggies, great prices and fantastic sales. They even have a kosher deli.

Where I ways shop. Not only do they have all the products and produce I need they also have the nicest employees! Produce Manager Scott is always ready to answer any questions and our favorite cashier, Barbara, always greets us with a smile!.

Overall a good experience shopping here. Most employees are friendly and hard working, yet, there are times when they are more interested in what their coworkers are doing than focusing on the customer. Baggers are hard to find at times and I have ended up bagging myself and even called the manager from my cell phone to break her away from an employee huddle to help get the lines moving. The cleanliness and presentation of the store is always good.

This Jewel always seems out of order. I can never seem to find what I need, and the employees are not very friendly or helpful. The lines to checkout are usually long. I prefer to drive 10 minutes out of my way to a different grocery store.

El Ranchero Tostadas are always three months past expiration date in the front row, then get newer as you move to the back of the shelf. Always have to dig to the back to get newer ones. Whats with that, is it the vender stocking it or what. Otherwise its a great place to shop, really.

This is my favorite Jewel. Laid out logically and attractively. Employees are helpful, courteous and efficient.

The kosher Jewel. Has lots of Kosher products and even a kosher deli section. Staff here has always been very helpful and friendly. This is the Jewel I end up at most of the time.

Great Kosher Deli with great chicken and soups. Less hassle than the one in evanston with about 75 percent of the same stuff and everything is cheaper.

My favorite Jewel Osco at North Shore. Professional and competent staff. Huge choice of fresh produce, meat, cheese, frozen food, kosher food etc. Many items on sale. Very clean and well organized store.

The friendliest Jewel Osco I have ever used. The cashiers are very experienced and have been working there for a while. Its really just feels like an old-school neighborhood grocery and less like a chain.
