Ive used Youshaei Rugs services for years. Yesterday I picked up a small Tibetan carpet that had been cleaned, blocked, and bound. The rug looked better than when it was new. This is their usual standard of service, EXCELLENT. But for me, the real value is that they pay as much attention to small rugs as they do to their museum-quality carpets. That is the mark of true professionals.

I recently had a 9x11 natural fiber rug cleaned and repaired. I had a great experience with Job Yousheai. I was called back quickly after inquiring about the process. They picked up my rug. I received a call shortly after with what needed to be done. They just returned it to me. It looks better than brand new. The team brought it into my room and put it down for me. Job Youshaei Rug Co was great find. I was looking for an oriental rug for my kitchen and happen to come across this shop after googling oriental rugs and Job came up with positive reviews. Now I know why. Job was very patient and informative as he showed me dozens of carpets until I came across the one I loved. I liked my rug so much, I ordered custom carpet runners for my staircase. Job the owner came to my house several times to measure my staircase and came on site during installation to ensure everything was going well. Sarah, the store manager also guided me through the process of choosing stair rails for the runner. The carpet installer guys from Job were great too. They were meticulous in their installation and very respectful being in my home. Great experience from start to finish!
